Abstract
The invention provides a protection device of a chip test fixture, and belongs to the field of chip testing. The protection device is used for protecting the chip test fixture, and the chip test fixture is arranged on the front surface of the printed circuit board; the protection device comprises a protection cover, the protection cover is provided with a cavity, and when the protection cover is fixed on the printed circuit board, the chip test fixture is located in the cavity. Background
After the chip is manufactured, the chip needs to be placed on a chip testing fixture for testing, and the chip testing fixture can also be called a precision testing socket. The protection device of the chip test fixture can isolate the chip test fixture from the outside, thereby effectively protecting the chip test fixture.
Optionally, the protection device further includes a fixing unit for fixing the protection cover 3, and the fixing unit is used for fixing the protection cover on the printed circuit board 2.
Optionally, the protective cover 3 is detachably connected to the printed circuit board 2 through the fixing unit.
In specific implementation, the fixing unit may be a magnet, a hook and loop fastener, or a component capable of attracting each other.
