Technical Field

Background
The temperature transmitter is used as a temperature signal conversion instrument, is arranged in an instrument shell at the top end of the temperature sensor, and is mainly used for receiving temperature signals collected by the temperature sensor and converting the temperature signals into standard analog signals.
The temperature transmitter is required for uploading the main transformer temperature in the transformer substation, the models of the temperature transmitters are different, and the input and measurement ranges are different. The substation tenders and purchases differently, and the thermometer producer is more, and the model differs, and measuring and control device model is more, and temperature transmitter selects the input signal scope singlely, can not satisfy the user demand. In addition, the existing temperature transmitter does not have the temperature compensation function, so that the detection result has errors.

Preferably, the temperature detection module is provided with different measuring ranges, and the temperature detection module of each measuring range corresponds to the signal input module one to one.
Preferably, the signal processing module includes a filtering module for performing filtering processing on the detection signal received by the signal input module, and an AD conversion module for performing analog-to-digital conversion on the signal filtered by the filtering module and outputting the result to the signal output module.

the controller is connected with a signal input module used for receiving a detection signal of the temperature detection module selected by the range matching module, the controller is connected with a signal processing module used for processing the detection signal received by the signal input module, and the controller is connected with a signal output module used for outputting a signal processed by the signal processing module;
the controller is connected with an ambient temperature detection module used for detecting the ambient temperature of the connection point of the temperature detection module, and the controller calculates the ambient temperature of the connection point of the temperature detection module into an output signal of the signal output module in a compensation temperature value mode and outputs the final detection temperature.
The temperature detection module is provided with different ranges, and the temperature detection module of each range corresponds to the signal input module one by one.
The signal processing module comprises a filtering module used for filtering the detection signal received by the signal input module and an AD conversion module used for carrying out analog-to-digital conversion on the signal filtered by the filtering module and outputting the result to the signal output module.
If the output signal of the temperature detection module is the voltage dividing resistor R1, the voltage dividing resistor R1 is connected in series with the ground resistor R2 in the AD conversion module, the free end of the voltage dividing resistor R1 is connected with a fixed voltage, and the intermediate point voltage of the voltage dividing resistor R1 and the ground resistor R2 is used as the signal processed by the signal processing module.
The AD conversion module is connected with a preprocessing circuit module used for obtaining a wider voltage range and stronger current driving capability, the AD conversion module is connected with a protection circuit module used for preventing overhigh voltage and overlarge current in a loop, and the AD conversion module is connected with an optical coupling isolation circuit module used for isolating signals output by the opposite signal output module and reducing interference.
The range matching module switches the range temperature detection module through the relay group.
The signal type judging module judges the type of the signal detected by the signal detecting module, the range matching module selects a proper range temperature detecting module according to the signal type judged by the signal type judging module, the temperature detecting module of each range is in one-to-one correspondence with the signal input module, the signal input module receives the detection signal of the temperature detecting module selected by the range matching module, the signal processing module processes the detection signal received by the signal input module, and the signal output module outputs the signal processed by the signal processing module, so that the temperature transmitter can be accessed into the signals to be detected in different measuring ranges, and the application range is effectively expanded.

the controller is connected with an ambient temperature detection module used for detecting the ambient temperature of the connection point of the temperature detection module, and the controller calculates the ambient temperature of the connection point of the temperature detection module in a compensation temperature value mode into an output signal of the signal output module and outputs the final detection temperature.
2. The temperature transmitter with temperature compensation of claim 1, wherein: the temperature detection module is provided with different measuring ranges, and the temperature detection module of each measuring range corresponds to the signal input module one by one.
