Abstract
The invention relates to an emergency protection device and method for cutting out frozen pipes during construction, a phi 133 seamless steel pipe is used as a main body of a circular pipe protection cover of the device, a DN40 ball valve is connected to the top of the pipe to serve as a grouting joint, a DN25 ball valve is connected to a pipe body to serve as an inspection and relief valve, a DN100 flange plate is connected to the bottom of the pipe, a box type protection cover is connected into a hollow box body by a thick steel plate, a water-swelling rubber strip is arranged on the bottom frame of the box body, a DN25 ball valve is connected to the side body of the box body to serve as an inspection and relief valve, the box body is connected with a top sealing plate through bolts, and a DN 40. The invention combines the actual conditions of the construction site, adopts materials which are easy to process and operate and are common in the construction site, effectively solves the emergency device and the treatment method of sudden water leakage in the pipe cutting construction, reduces the major loss caused by leakage in the pipe cutting construction of the frozen pipe of the communication channel, and improves the safety and the security of the pipe cutting construction.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an emergency device for cutting off construction of a freezing pipe of a connecting passage, in particular to a special emergency protection device for leakage at the bottom of an annular space or an orifice pipe and a grouting reinforcement construction method.
Background
Along with the accelerated development of cities, central cities are continuously enlarged, the population of the cities is rapidly increased, the demands of people on subways are increased, the subways are more and more deeply constructed, and the construction difficulty and risk points are gradually increased. Urban rail transit is used as a system project which benefits production and life of thousands of households, and has wide and profound social influence.
The freezing pipe is cut off to be one of the risk points of the subway tunnel construction, and half point negligence cannot be caused in the construction process. The tunnel structure is prevented from being damaged and even the tunnel is prevented from being changed into the line due to the fact that water leakage during construction cannot be processed in a timely and effective mode. Therefore, an emergency protection device capable of rapidly treating leakage in pipe cutting construction is urgently needed, serious consequences caused by the leakage water are reduced, and safety guarantee is provided for the pipe cutting construction.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an emergency protection device and method for cutting off a freezing pipe, which can rapidly and safely deal with sudden leakage during the pipe cutting construction of the freezing pipe.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an emergency protection device used in cutting off construction of a freezing pipe comprises a circular pipe protection cover and a box-type protection cover, wherein the circular pipe protection cover adopts a phi 133 seamless steel pipe as a main body, the top of the seamless steel pipe is connected with a DN40 ball valve as a grouting joint, a pipe body is connected with a DN25 ball valve as an inspection and relief valve, and the bottom of the pipe is connected with a DN100 flange plate and is connected with an upper flange plate of a port pipe through a bolt; the box protection casing connects into hollow box with the thick steel plate, and hollow bottom of the case portion frame has the water-swelling rubber strip, and hollow box side body connects DN25 ball valve as inspection, relief valve, and hollow box passes through bolted connection top shrouding, connects DN40 ball valve on the shrouding as the slip casting joint, and whole box protection casing passes through expansion bolts to be fixed in on the concrete pipe piece.
Furthermore, the circular tube protective cover and the box protective cover are respectively used for protecting, isolating and grouting and reinforcing the annular space of the orifice pipe and the leakage position at the bottom of the orifice pipe.
A construction method of an emergency protection device used for cutting off a freezing pipe during construction comprises the following specific construction steps:
1) selecting a corresponding circular tube protective cover or box-shaped protective cover according to the leakage position, and installing and fixing the circular tube protective cover or box-shaped protective cover on the leakage position;
2) opening a grouting ball valve and a pressure relief ball valve to perform grouting reinforcement on the circular tube protective cover or the box-type protective cover;
3) closing the pressure release valve when the pressure release valve bleeds out, and stopping grouting after the circular tube protective cover or the box-shaped protective cover is filled with slurry;
4) the slurry is solidified, and the water leakage is sealed.
Furthermore, the circular tube protective cover is butted on the orifice tube flange plate through the tube bottom flange plate and the sealing washer and is screwed and fixed by bolts.
Furthermore, the box-type protective cover is directly covered on the freezing pipe at the leakage position and is sealed by a water-swelling rubber strip at the bottom.
Further, when the freezing pipe is positioned on the concrete pipe sheet, the box body is fixed by using an expansion bolt, when the freezing pipe is positioned on the steel pipe sheet, a screw rod is welded on the steel pipe sheet, and when the freezing pipe is used, a bolt hole reserved on the side edge of the box body penetrates through the screw rod and is screwed and fixed by using a nut gasket.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
aiming at the risk condition existing in the construction of cutting pipes of freezing holes by a freezing method of an interconnection channel, the protective device can quickly isolate and seal the leakage part by grouting when the leakage water is generated in the construction of cutting off the freezing pipes, and avoids the severe influences of tunnel settlement, structural damage, pipeline and structure cracking damage and the like caused by a great amount of water and soil loss due to untimely sealing of the leakage water.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples.
The invention relates to an emergency protection device specially used for cutting off a freezing pipe during construction. Because of need to cut off after the contact channel construction finishes and freeze the pipe, there is the risk of percolating water when cutting off the construction, especially when involving the pressure-bearing water layer or other bad soil layers, in case the post-processing of taking place the seepage is untimely, will cause serious consequence. To quickly control the leakage water situation, the leakage water channel is closed. The invention also discloses the device.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, an emergency guard device for use in construction of cutting a freezing pipe includes: DN40 ball valve 4, DN25 ball valve 3, phi 133 seamless steel tube 1, DN100 flange 2, thick steel plate, vertical steel tube, expansion bolt, screw, nut, spring gasket, sealing washer, and water-swelling rubber strip 7.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the round tube protective cover 10 adopts a phi 133 seamless steel tube 1 as a main body, the tube top of the phi 133 seamless steel tube 1 is connected with a DN40 ball valve 4 as a grouting joint, the tube body is connected with a DN25 ball valve 3 as an inspection and relief valve, and the tube bottom is connected with a DN100 flange 2 for being bolted to an upper flange of the orifice tube 11.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the box-type protective cover 12 is connected into a hollow box body 5 by thick steel plates, a water-swelling rubber strip 7 is framed at the bottom of the box body, the side body of the box body is connected with a DN25 ball valve 3 as an inspection and pressure release valve, a box top sealing plate 6 is connected with the box body by bolts, a DN40 ball valve 4 is connected on the sealing plate 6 as a grouting joint, and the whole box-type protective cover is fixed on a concrete pipe sheet by expansion bolts (the position of the steel pipe sheet needs to be welded on the steel pipe sheet.
A construction method adopting an emergency protection device for cutting off a freezing pipe during construction comprises the following steps:
(1) protective cover mounting
When the pipe cutting construction has water leakage, a protective cover is selected according to the field leakage condition (a circular pipe protective cover is adopted for annular space leakage, and a box type protective cover is adopted for hole pipe bottom leakage. The circular tube protective cover is butted on the orifice tube flange plate through the tube bottom flange plate and the sealing washer, as shown in figure 2, and is screwed and fixed by bolts; the box-type protective cover is directly covered on the freezing pipe at the leakage position, see figures 5 and 6, and is sealed by a water-swelling rubber strip at the bottom. The freezing pipe is positioned on the concrete pipe sheet and fixes the box body by using an expansion bolt, the freezing pipe is positioned on the steel pipe sheet, a screw rod is welded on the steel pipe sheet, a bolt hole reserved on the side of the box body penetrates through the screw rod when the freezing pipe is used, and the freezing pipe is screwed and fixed by using a nut gasket.
(2) Grouting to seal water leakage
Opening a top grouting ball valve and a side body pressure relief ball valve on the protective cover, connecting a grouting pipeline to the grouting ball valve to start grouting, closing the pressure relief ball valve to continue grouting after grout overflows when the pressure relief ball valve begins, stopping grouting after the grouting pressure rapidly rises, and closing the grouting ball valve after the protective cover is completely filled with the grout.
(3) Leak water seal condition inspection
And after the slurry is solidified, opening the pressure relief ball valve to check whether leakage exists, continuing grouting if leakage exists, and completing sealing of leakage water if leakage does not exist.

An emergency guard for use in cut-out construction of frozen pipe according to claim 1, characterised in that: the circular tube protective cover and the box protective cover are respectively used for protecting, isolating and grouting and reinforcing the annular space of the orifice pipe and the leakage position at the bottom of the orifice pipe.
3. The construction method of the emergency protection device for the frozen pipe cutting construction in the claim 2 is characterized by comprising the following specific construction steps:
1) selecting a corresponding circular tube protective cover or box-shaped protective cover according to the leakage position, and installing and fixing the circular tube protective cover or box-shaped protective cover on the leakage position;
2) opening a grouting ball valve and a pressure relief ball valve to perform grouting reinforcement on the circular tube protective cover or the box-type protective cover;
3) closing the pressure release valve when the pressure release valve bleeds out, and stopping grouting after the circular tube protective cover or the box-shaped protective cover is filled with slurry;
4) the slurry is solidified, and the water leakage is sealed.
