Background
With the development of science and technology, the pile foundation is widely applied to the fields of subway construction, stations, airports, house buildings and the like due to large bearing capacity and stable structure, but how to control noise is a difficult point when the existing pile machine is constructed. The current common methods are: the drill rod is rotated forward and backward quickly to drive the drill bit to throw away the muck; the main cable is quickly retracted and released, so that the slag soil in the drill bit is shaken out. However, from the construction point of view, the defects mainly comprise that 1, long-term shaking of the main cable can accelerate the aging speed of the cable. 2. For a cohesive soil layer, the residual soil is difficult to throw out, and the efficiency is low. 3. Rotating the drill rod quickly can produce a loud noise.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a mute slag-removing drill bit for construction of a bored pile of a rotary drilling rig, which can reduce construction noise during drilling and can quickly remove slag in the drill bit.

a silent slag-discharging drill bit for the construction of a drilling cast-in-place pile of a rotary drilling machine comprises a drilling barrel, a square head upper disc assembly fixed at the top end of the drilling barrel, a left and a right drilling plates fixed at the bottom end of the drilling barrel, a slag-discharging disc and a plurality of force transmission rods arranged in the drilling barrel, and a pressure disc which is positioned right above the square head upper disc assembly and is of a circular structure, wherein the square head upper disc assembly comprises an upper disc and a square head reinforcing rib plate fixed on the upper end surface of the upper disc, the top ends of the force transmission rods penetrate through the upper disc and are fixedly connected with the pressure disc, the bottom ends of the force transmission rods are fixedly connected with the slag-discharging disc, the left and the right drilling plates comprise a lower ring, a left fluted disc, a right fluted disc and a plurality of cutting teeth fixed on the left fluted disc and the right fluted disc respectively, the top end of the lower ring is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the drilling barrel, the left fluted disc and the right fluted disc are both obliquely arranged, and the fixed points of the left fluted disc and the lower ring are radially symmetrical to the fixed points of the right fluted disc and the lower ring, the bottoms of the left fluted disc and the right fluted disc are both of triangular plate structures, the sharp corners at the bottom ends of the left fluted disc and the right fluted disc are inclined downwards to the circle center of the lower ring, the plurality of cutting teeth are respectively fixed on one side edge of the bottoms of the left fluted disc and the right fluted disc, the cutting teeth on the left fluted disc and the right fluted disc are inclined downwards, and the orientations of the cutting teeth on the left fluted disc and the right fluted disc are different.

(1) the pressure plate and the slag discharging plate are fixedly connected through the dowel steel, when the drill bit is lifted out of the hole, the disc on the drill rod presses the pressure plate to push the dowel steel to push the slag discharging plate, so that the slag soil in the drill cylinder is quickly pushed out of the drill cylinder, and the drill cylinder can be used for different soil layers, and is low in noise and wide in application range; in addition, the drill bit is convenient to construct, operation habits of a drilling machine do not need to be changed, construction efficiency is high, cost is saved, and economic benefits are improved.
(2) The wear-resistant strips are arranged on the outer wall of the drill cylinder, so that the wear-resistant strips have a great effect on the aperture, and the strength of the drill cylinder is enhanced.
(3) The invention has low noise during construction, can be normally used in places with higher noise control, has strong applicability, can effectively avoid noise pollution generated by construction and improves the working efficiency.

referring to fig. 4, the left and right drill plates 3 include a lower ring 31, a left fluted disc 32, a right fluted disc 33, and ten picks 34 fixed on the left fluted disc 32 and the right fluted disc 33 respectively, the top end of the lower ring 31 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the drill barrel 1, the left fluted disc 32 and the right fluted disc 33 are both arranged obliquely, the top ends of the left fluted disc 32 and the right fluted disc 33 are both fixed on the inner wall of the lower ring 31, and the fixed points of the left fluted disc 32 and the lower ring 31 are radially symmetrical to the fixed points of the right fluted disc 33 and the lower ring 31, the bottoms of the left fluted disc 32 and the right fluted disc 33 are both in a triangular plate structure, the sharp corners at the bottom ends of the left fluted disc 32 and the right fluted disc 33 are both inclined downwards to the circle center of the lower ring 31, every five picks 34 are respectively fixed on one side edge of the bottom of the left fluted disc 32 or the right fluted disc 33 through corresponding pick cutting seats, the picks 34 on the left fluted disc 32 and the right fluted disc 33 are both inclined downwards, and the picks on the left fluted disc 32 are different in orientation from those on the right fluted disc 33.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
before drilling, the bottom end of a drill rod sequentially passes through the pressure plate 6, the square head 91 and the upper disc 8, and then a fixing piece passes through a connecting hole in the square head 91 to be fixed with the drill rod, so that the drill rod is connected with the drill bit; when the drill rod is lifted, the disc on the drill rod extrudes the pressure plate 6, and the pressure plate 6 presses the slag discharge plate 4 downwards through the dowel bar 5, so that the slag soil in the drill cylinder 1 is quickly pushed out of the drill cylinder 1.
