The emergency full-open door according to claim 1, wherein the guide device (10) comprises a door connector (101) mounted on the upper part of the outer door, a screw shaft (102) is fixed on the door connector (101), a rotating shaft (103) is sleeved on the screw shaft (102), a guide wheel bracket (104) is connected on the rotating shaft (103), the upper end of the screw shaft (102) extends into the guide wheel bracket (104) and the rotating shaft (103) are axially positioned on the screw shaft (102) through a nut (108); a horizontal guide wheel (105) and a vertical guide wheel (106) are arranged on the guide wheel bracket (104); two ends of the door connecting piece (101) are respectively provided with a tension spring (107), one end of each tension spring (107) is connected with the door connecting piece (101), the other end of each tension spring is connected with the rotating shaft (103) through a steel wire, and the steel wires connected with the two tension springs (107) are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the rotating shaft (103) so as to control the rotating angle and speed of the rotating shaft (103).
