In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A waterfall deck, a dehydration tub assembly, and a washing machine according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention provides a waterfall spraying panel 1, including: a cover plate body 10 and a flow guiding structure.
Specifically, the cover plate body 10 is provided with a plurality of waterfall spraying holes 11 distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the washing machine; the flow guide structure is arranged on the cover plate body 10 and comprises a flow guide water channel 21 extending from bottom to top, and the upper end of the flow guide water channel 21 is communicated with the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 11, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
According to the waterfall spraying cover plate 1 provided by the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, the cover plate body 10 is provided with the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 11, and the plurality of waterfall spraying holes 11 are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the washing machine, so that the spraying coverage area of water flow is effectively increased, the spraying and washing effect on clothes is improved, the risk of clothes winding in the washing process is reduced, and the user experience is improved; and in the process of high-speed rotation of the inner barrel 2 of the washing machine, the waterfall spraying cover plate 1 can synchronously rotate along with the inner barrel 2, and the water flow can stay in the air for a certain time after being sprayed out, so that the water flow sprayed out from the waterfall spraying holes 11 in the high-speed rotation process can cover a larger area at the same moment, even be integrally formed into 360 degrees, thereby greatly reducing the probability of spraying dead corners, ensuring that clothes at a plurality of positions can be sprayed and washed well at the same time, further reducing the risk of clothes winding in the washing process, and further improving the user experience.
The specific structure of the waterfall spraying panel 1 provided in the present application will be described in detail below with reference to some embodiments.
Example one
The positions of the plurality of waterfall holes 11 have different heights as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
In the prior art, only one waterfall spraying hole 11 is provided and the position of the waterfall spraying hole is fixed, so that when the water level is low, the water pressure is not enough to lift the water flow to the waterfall spraying hole 11, and at the moment, the waterfall spraying hole 11 cannot spray water flow to clothes, so that the clothes are easy to be wound.
Based on this, this application makes a plurality of positions of spouting waterfall hole 11 have the height that the height is different through rationally arranging a plurality of positions of spouting waterfall hole 11, like this, the lower waterfall hole 11 of spouting of position can play main waterfall effect of spouting when the water level is lower, and the higher waterfall hole 11 of spouting of position can play main waterfall effect of spouting when the water level is higher, thereby the waterfall demand of spouting of different water levels has been satisfied, make washing machine have the function to different water level regulation spray effect, further reduced the laundry in-process clothing take place winding risk. Certainly, the spraying waterfall holes 11 with lower positions and the spraying waterfall holes 11 with higher positions can also play a role simultaneously, as long as the water pressure is enough to lift the water flow to the corresponding spraying waterfall holes 11, thus not only increasing the transverse spraying coverage area, but also increasing the longitudinal spraying coverage area, and further obviously improving the spraying effect.
Wherein, the number of the waterfall spraying holes 11 is at least three, and the positions of the waterfall spraying holes 11 are gradually increased from the middle to the two sides, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5.

When the heights of the two adjacent waterfall spraying holes 11 are different, the height difference between the two waterfall spraying holes 11 is limited within the range of 30mm-80mm, so that the spraying requirements of different water levels are not easily met due to the fact that the height difference between the two adjacent waterfall spraying holes 11 is too small, the use frequency of the waterfall spraying holes 11 is too low due to the fact that the height difference between the two adjacent waterfall spraying holes 11 is too high or too low, and the spraying effect of the multiple waterfall spraying holes 11 can be adjusted according to different water levels is effectively guaranteed.

A plurality of waterfall spraying holes 11 are distributed in a vertically staggered manner, namely: the water flow spraying holes are alternately distributed one above the other, the structure is regular, the processing and forming are convenient, the energy loss caused by the overlapping interference of the water flow sprayed from the adjacent spraying waterfall holes 11 is avoided, and therefore the energy utilization rate is improved.

The plurality of waterfall spraying holes 11 are arranged in a horizontal direction.
The plurality of waterfall spraying holes 11 are flush along the horizontal direction, so that the waterfall spraying cover plate 1 is more regular in structure and convenient to machine and form; for the spraying requirements of different water levels, a plurality of spraying cover plates can be arranged, so that the positions of the waterfall spraying holes 11 on the different spraying cover plates are different in height.
In any of the above embodiments, the number of the water guide channels 21 is multiple, and the water guide channels 21 correspond to the waterfall spraying holes 11 one by one and are respectively communicated with the waterfall spraying holes 11, as shown in fig. 2.

Preferably, the two waterfall holes 11 located at the outer side are symmetrically distributed at both sides of the waterfall hole 11 located at the middle, as shown in fig. 2.
The two waterfall spraying holes 11 positioned on the outer side are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the waterfall spraying hole 11 positioned in the middle, and can be arranged into a regular pyramid structure, an inverted pyramid structure or a straight-line parallel structure, the structures are regular, and the processing and the forming are convenient; and the water flow sprayed in the washing process is more attractive in effect, the ornamental value of the washing process is favorably improved, and the use experience of a user is further improved.
Further, the cover plate body 10 includes a main body 12 and two extending portions 13 symmetrically distributed on two sides of the main body 12 and connected to an upper portion of the main body 12, the spraying waterfall hole 11 located in the middle is opened on the main body 12, and the two spraying waterfall holes 11 located on the outer sides are respectively opened on the two extending portions 13, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5.
The cover plate body 10 comprises a main body 12 and two extension parts 13, the two extension parts 13 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the main body 12 and are connected with the upper part of the main body 12, a narrow-down and wide-up structure is formed, wherein the spraying waterfall hole 11 positioned in the middle is arranged on the main body 12, and the two spraying waterfall holes 11 positioned on the outer side are arranged on the extension parts 13, so that the transverse distance between the two adjacent spraying waterfall holes 11 is favorably and reasonably set, the size of the single spraying waterfall hole 11 is favorably and reasonably set, and the mutual interference of water flow sprayed from the two adjacent spraying waterfall holes 11 is favorably avoided, the transverse spraying coverage area is favorably further increased, and the spraying waterfall effect is further optimized.
Further, the middle water guide channel 21 is disposed on the main body 12, the lower portions of the two water guide channels 21 on the two sides are disposed on the main body 12, and the upper portions are bent and extended to the extension portion 13, as shown in fig. 2.

Further, a plurality of flow guide ribs 22 extending from bottom to top are arranged on the cover plate body 10, and a flow guide water channel 21 is defined between two adjacent flow guide ribs 22, as shown in fig. 2.

The flow guide structure further comprises a water flow channel 23, the upper end of the water flow channel 23 is communicated with the lower end of the flow guide water channel 21, the lower end of the water flow channel 23 is communicated with a washing cavity of the washing machine, and the width of the water flow channel 23 is larger than that of the flow guide water channel 21, so that the cross sectional area is suddenly reduced when water reaches the flow guide water channel 21, the flow speed is increased, the water absorption effect of the flow guide water channel 21 is equivalently improved, the waterfall spraying effect of the waterfall spraying hole 11 is further improved, the lifting height of the water flow is further increased, and the adverse effect of over-low water level on the waterfall spraying effect is further reduced.
Preferably, the width of the guide channel 21 gradually narrows from bottom to top, as shown in fig. 2.
The width of the diversion water channel 21 gradually narrows from bottom to top, so that the cross-sectional area of the water flow is gradually reduced, the flow rate of the water flow is increased, the waterfall spraying effect of the waterfall spraying hole 11 is further improved, the lifting height of the water flow is further increased, and the adverse effect of too low water level on the waterfall spraying effect is further reduced.
Preferably, the waterfall spraying hole 11 has a long bar shape extending in a horizontal direction, as shown in fig. 4.
The waterfall spraying holes 11 are elongated and extend in the horizontal direction, so that water flow sprayed out of the waterfall spraying holes 11 can be sprayed out in a flat shape, a certain water curtain effect is formed, the transverse coverage area of the water flow is increased, and the spraying effect is further improved.
Of course, the shape of the waterfall spraying hole 11 is not limited to a long strip shape, but may also be a round shape, a square shape, etc., which are not listed here, and all the shapes are within the protection scope of the present invention because the purpose of the present invention can be achieved without departing from the design concept and the purpose of the present invention.
More preferably, the waterfall spraying hole 11 is in the shape of a flat nozzle with a narrow middle and wide ends, as shown in fig. 4.
The waterfall spraying holes 11 are in the shape of flat nozzles with narrow middle parts and wide two ends, and the flow velocity of the water flow in the middle is greater than that of the water flow at the two ends, so that the flow velocity of the water flow in the middle is greater than that of the water flow at the two ends, and the spraying distance of the water flow in the middle is greater than that of the water flow at the two ends, so that the water flow sprayed out of the single waterfall spraying hole 11 can be spread and jetted out in a flat mode to form a fan-shaped water curtain, the ornamental value of the washing process is further improved, and the use experience of a user is further improved.
Further, the lower wall surface of the waterfall spraying hole 11 near the outlet is inclined downwards to form a water outlet surface 111, as shown in fig. 4.
The lower wall surface of the waterfall spraying hole 11 close to the outlet is inclined downwards to extend to form a water outlet surface 111, and the water outlet surface 111 can guide the sprayed water flow to enable the water flow to be sprayed downwards to clothes in an inclined mode, so that the impact force on the clothes is improved, and the waterfall spraying effect is improved. Preferably, the angle α between the water outlet surface 111 and the water inlet direction of the guide channel 21 is between 30 ° and 45 °, as shown in fig. 4.
The included angle between the water outlet surface 111 and the water inlet direction (i.e. the vertical direction) of the diversion water channel 21 is limited to 30-45 degrees, so that the phenomenon that the range of the water flow is too small due to too small included angle is avoided, and the phenomenon that the impact force of the water flow on the clothes is too small due to too large included angle is avoided, so that the range of the water flow sprayed out of the waterfall spraying holes 11 is ensured, and the impact force of the water flow sprayed out of the waterfall spraying holes 11 on the clothes is also ensured. Of course, the included angle between the water outlet surface 111 and the water inlet direction of the water guide channel 21 is not limited to the above range, and may be adjusted as required in the actual production process.
Further, a transition surface 24 is formed between the inlet of the waterfall spraying hole 11 and the water guide channel 21, as shown in fig. 2, the transition surface 24 includes an arc surface 241, one end of which is connected to the bottom surface of the water guide channel 21, and a tangent plane 242, which is connected to the other end of the arc surface 241 and is tangent to the arc surface 241, and the tangent plane 242 extends to the inlet of the waterfall spraying hole 11, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
The transition surface 24 is arranged between the inlet of the waterfall spraying hole 11 and the water guide channel 21, and the transition surface 24 comprises an arc surface 241 and a tangent plane 242, so that the water flow conveyed by the water guide channel 21 sequentially passes through the arc surface 241 and the tangent plane 242 and reaches the inlet of the waterfall spraying hole 11, and then is sprayed out through the waterfall spraying hole 11, the transition surface 24 has a good rectification effect, so that the water flow can gradually change direction and relatively stably enters the waterfall spraying hole 11, compared with the scheme that the water flow output by the water guide channel 21 directly enters the waterfall spraying hole 11 through a right-angle turn, the conditions of turbulence, vortex and the like at the inlet of the waterfall spraying hole 11 are effectively avoided, the energy loss of the water flow is reduced, the water flow speed entering the waterfall spraying hole 11 is improved, the jet range of the water flow is further improved, and the waterfall spraying effect is improved.
Preferably, the included angle β between the tangential plane 242 and the water inlet direction of the guide channel 21 is in the range of 45 ° -60 °, as shown in fig. 4.
The included angle between the tangent plane 242 and the water inlet direction (i.e. the vertical direction) of the water guide channel 21 is limited within the range of 45-60 degrees, so that the situation that the diversion is still too large when water enters the waterfall spraying hole 11 due to too small included angle to cause an unobvious water flow rectification effect of the transition surface 24 is avoided, the situation that the transition surface 24 is too short due to too large included angle to cause an unobvious water flow rectification effect of the transition surface 24 is also avoided, and the situation that the transition surface 24 can play a good water flow rectification effect on the water entering the waterfall spraying hole 11 is ensured. Of course, the included angle between the tangent plane 242 and the water inlet direction of the water guide channel 21 is not limited to the above range, and may be adjusted as required in the actual production process.
In any of the above embodiments, the cover plate body 10 is provided with a connecting structure, and the connecting structure includes: plug-in connection portion, joint portion and location portion.
The inserting part is matched with an inserting matching part on the bottom 3 of the washing machine, and the clamping part is matched with a clamping matching part on the inner barrel 2 of the washing machine; the positioning part is used for matching with a positioning matching part on the balance ring 4 of the washing machine.
The cover plate body 10 is provided with a connecting structure, the connecting structure comprises an inserting part and/or a clamping part and/or a positioning part, the inserting part can be inserted and matched with an inserting matching part on the barrel bottom 3 of the washing machine to realize matching connection with the barrel bottom 3, and the connecting structure is limited and fixed by the barrel bottom 3; the clamping part can be clamped and matched with a clamping matching part on the inner barrel 2 of the washing machine, so that the clamping part is connected with the inner barrel 2 in a matching way and is limited and fixed by the inner barrel 2; the positioning part can be matched with the positioning matching part on the balance ring 4 in a positioning way, so that the balance ring 4 is matched and connected, and the positioning part is limited and fixed by the balance ring 4. Therefore, the position stability and the use reliability of the waterfall spraying cover plate 1 are effectively ensured through the matching of the connecting structure with the barrel bottom 3, the inner barrel 2 and the balance ring 4.
The specific form of the connection structure is not limited. Such as: one of the insertion part and the insertion matching part is a convex column 15 or a convex hull, and the other one is an insertion hole 31; one of the clamping part and the clamping matching part is a buckle 16, and the other clamping hole 201; one of the positioning part and the positioning matching part is a sawtooth-shaped protrusion 41, and the other is a U-shaped groove matched with the sawtooth-shaped protrusion 41.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the insertion portion is a convex pillar 15, the insertion matching portion is an insertion hole 31, the convex pillar 15 is disposed at the bottom of the cover plate body 10 and is inserted into the insertion hole 31 on the tub bottom 3; the clamping part is a buckle 16, the clamping matching part is a clamping hole 201, and the buckle 16 is inserted into the clamping hole 201, so that the waterfall spraying cover plate 1 is clamped on the inner wall of the inner barrel 2; the positioning part is a top protrusion 14, the positioning matching part is a sawtooth protrusion 41, the top protrusion 14 is surrounded with a U-shaped groove facing the sawtooth protrusion 41, the sawtooth protrusion 41 can be clamped in the U-shaped groove, and the waterfall spraying cover plate 1 is tightly extruded on the inner barrel 2.
Meanwhile, the inner barrel 2 is further provided with a positioning hole 202 (such as a square hole), a first connecting hole 203 and a third connecting hole 204, the barrel bottom 3 is provided with a positioning protrusion 32 (such as a square protrusion) and a second connecting hole 33 which are matched with the positioning hole 202, and the balance ring 4 is provided with a connecting column 42 which is matched with the third connecting hole 204. The washing machine provided in the present application will be described in detail with reference to one embodiment, and compared with the prior art.
In the prior art, when a full-automatic washing machine washes clothes, in order to prevent the clothes from winding, a waterfall spraying cover plate is arranged in the washing machine, and the clothes are sprayed out from the upside by water flow to be flushed away. The waterfall spraying cover plate of the existing full-automatic washing machine is only provided with one waterfall spraying opening and is fixed in position, and the problems that: 1. the position of the waterfall spraying opening is fixed, when the water level is lower, the water pressure is not enough to lift the water flow to the waterfall spraying opening, and a spraying effect is formed; 2. only one spraying waterfall opening is provided, the spraying effect cannot be adjusted according to different water levels, and dead angles exist in the spraying process. To above-mentioned problem, this application provides one kind can realize that 360 all-round no dead angles spray the waterfall apron that spouts of effect.

The balance ring is provided with a screw column structure (namely a connecting column) and a sawtooth structure (namely sawtooth-shaped bulges) which are positioned with the stainless steel inner barrel, and the function of pressing the waterfall spraying cover plate is realized in the whole system.
The barrel bottom is provided with a screw hole structure (namely, a jack) positioned with the waterfall spraying cover plate, a square hole (namely, a hollow square bulge) positioned with the stainless steel inner barrel and a locking screw hole (namely, a second connecting hole), the barrel bottom is a basic component in the whole dewatering barrel assembly, and the assembly of all the components is established on the basis of the barrel bottom, so that the screw hole structure plays an important role.
The stainless steel inner barrel material sheet is provided with a screw hole (namely a third connecting hole) locked with the balance ring, a clamping structure (namely a clamping hole) of the waterfall spraying cover plate and a positioning structure (namely a square positioning hole and a first connecting hole) of the barrel bottom, and the stainless steel inner barrel material sheet plays a role in tying the barrel bottom, the waterfall spraying cover plate and the balance ring into a whole.

The water channel body (namely the diversion water channel) is in a long strip shape, when water flow vertically rises along the water channel body, a waterfall spraying opening is arranged on the side wall of the water channel body, the shape of the waterfall spraying opening can be circular, square and flat nozzle shapes, in order to increase the water pressure at the waterfall spraying opening and achieve better showering effect on clothes, the flat nozzle-shaped waterfall spraying opening is used in the patent, as shown in figure 6, preferably, a certain angle α is arranged between the water outlet direction of the waterfall spraying opening and the water inlet direction of the water channel, the angle is between 30 degrees and 45 degrees, the cross section of the nozzle perpendicular to the water outlet direction is in a long strip shape, the flat nozzle-shaped waterfall spraying opening is gradually enlarged from the middle to two sides, as shown in figure 6, the water flow is sprayed out through the nozzle in a flat diffusion mode, the angle of a fan-shaped water column sprayed out by a single waterfall cover plate is guaranteed to be close to 90 degrees as far as possible, a certain water curtain effect can be formed, the washing effect, the ornamental performance and the user experience of clothes can be improved, the user experience can be guaranteed, the water flow is sprayed out through a transition curved surface (namely a tangent plane) and a tangential line is set, the water flow angle of the water outlet is also set to be equal to a range from a parabolic spray angle of the water flow, namely.

In summary, the waterfall spraying cover plate provided by the invention has the advantages that the plurality of waterfall spraying holes are formed in the cover plate body and are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the washing machine, so that the spraying coverage area of water flow is effectively increased, the spraying and washing effect on clothes is improved, the risk of clothes winding in the washing process is reduced, and the user experience is improved; and in the process of high-speed rotation of the inner barrel of the washing machine, the waterfall spraying cover plate can synchronously rotate along with the inner barrel, and the water flow can stay in the air for a certain time after being sprayed out, so that the water flow sprayed out from a plurality of waterfall spraying holes in the high-speed rotation process can cover a larger area at the same moment, even be integrally formed into 360 degrees, thereby greatly reducing the probability of spraying dead angles, ensuring that clothes at a plurality of positions can be sprayed and washed well at the same time, further reducing the risk of clothes winding in the washing process, and further improving the user experience.
