Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a separable rotary drum and a washing machine with the same, and aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, the washing machine cannot independently wash different types of clothes in the clothes washing process, the washing efficiency is low, and water and electricity resources are wasted. The technical effects that can be produced by the preferred technical scheme in the technical schemes of the invention are described in detail in the following.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a separable drum and a washing machine with the same, wherein the separable drum can be used for simultaneously and independently washing clothes of different types or different users, has higher cleaning efficiency and saves water and electricity resources.
The technical solution provided by the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the dividable drum according to the present invention includes a drum body 1 and a divider 2; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the drum body 1 is provided with a space for washing clothes therein, the separating device 2 is disposed in the drum body 1 and can separate the space for washing clothes into at least two washing portions 11 and at least two washing portions 11 are isolated from each other, and each washing portion 11 is provided with a water inlet 132 and a water outlet 131.
The invention provides a separable roller, which comprises a roller body 1 and a separating device 2, wherein the separating device 2 is arranged in the roller body 1 to separate a space for cleaning clothes in the roller body 1 into at least two cleaning parts 11, and the at least two cleaning parts 11 are mutually isolated, so that when different types of clothes need to be cleaned simultaneously or different users clean the clothes simultaneously, the clothes to be separated can be placed in different cleaning parts 11 for cleaning, and because the different cleaning parts 11 are mutually isolated, the generation of cross infection and the breeding of bacteria can be avoided; because various types or clothes of a plurality of users are washed at the same time, the washing efficiency of the washing machine is improved, and water and electricity resources are saved.
As a preferred or alternative embodiment, the partition device 2 includes a first partition 21 and a second partition 22, the drum body 1 includes an inner drum 12 and a middle drum 13, the inner drum 12 and the middle drum 13 are coaxially arranged, a space for placing clothes is provided in the inner drum 12, a space between the inner drum 12 and the middle drum 13 has a space for storing water, the cleaning part 11 includes a cleaning chamber 111 and a washing tank 112;
the number of the second partition boards 22 is larger than or equal to the number of the first partition boards 21, the first partition boards 21 are arranged in the inner barrel 12 and divide the space for placing the clothes into at least two mutually independent cleaning chambers 111, the second partition boards 22 are arranged in the gap between the inner barrel 12 and the middle barrel 13 and divide the space for storing the water into at least two mutually independent washing tanks 112, and each washing tank 112 can be correspondingly communicated with only one cleaning chamber 111.
Specifically, a plurality of through holes are formed in the wall surface of the inner barrel 12 and are used for being communicated with the middle barrel 13, so that water in the middle barrel 13 can enter the inner barrel 12, the inner barrel 12 and the middle barrel 13 rotate coaxially and synchronously all the time, each washing tank 112 can only be correspondingly communicated with one washing chamber 111, washing liquid in each washing tank 112 can only correspondingly enter one washing chamber 111, and cross infection caused by the fact that the washing liquid enters other washing chambers 111 is prevented. The corresponding relationship between the first partition plate 21 and the second partition plate 22 may be that the number of the second partition plates 22 shown in fig. 1 is two, and the two ends of the first partition plate 21 correspond to the two second partition plates 22 respectively; or the second partition 22 may be arranged as shown in fig. 7-8, the second partition 22 divides six washing tanks 112, and every three washing tanks 112 correspond to one cleaning chamber 111, or the first partition 21 divides the inner drum 12 into three cleaning chambers 111, and every two washing tanks 112 correspond to one cleaning chamber 111; or the second partition 22 may be arranged as shown in fig. 7-8, the second partition 22 divides four washing tanks 112, and each two washing tanks 112 correspond to one cleaning chamber 111, or the first partition 21 divides the inner drum 12 into four cleaning chambers 111, and each washing tank 112 corresponds to one cleaning chamber 111; the specific combination can be made in various ways, and is not limited to the above-mentioned cases.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, the first partition 21 is detachably connected with the inner cylinder 12, and the second partition 22 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the inner cylinder 12 and the inner wall of the middle cylinder 13.
Specifically, the first partition plate 21 is detachably connected with the inner cylinder 12, when the partition cleaning is needed, the first partition plate 21 can be installed and partitioned into different cleaning chambers 111 for cleaning, when large clothes are cleaned or the number of the cleaned clothes is large, the first partition plate 21 can be detached, the whole inner cylinder 12 serves as one cleaning chamber 111 for cleaning, and the inner cylinder cleaning machine is wider in application range and more universal; because the middle cylinder 13 and the inner cylinder 12 are not detachable when in use, the second partition plate 22 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the inner cylinder 12 and the inner wall of the middle cylinder 13, and is more firm and durable.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, at least two lifting ribs 15 are circumferentially arranged on the inner wall surface of the inner cylinder 12, at least one of the lifting ribs 15 is provided with a slot 151, and the first partition 21 can be inserted into the slot 151.
Specifically, the through length direction of the insertion groove 151 is along the axial direction of the inner tube 12, and the first partition plate 21 can be inserted into the inner tube 12 along the axial direction of the inner tube 12; the lifting ribs 15 are used for lifting the clothes to a certain height in the rotation process of the inner drum 12 and then enabling the clothes to fall into the washing liquid, so that the effect similar to bar beating is achieved, the washing effect is improved, the structure and the connection mode of the lifting ribs in the drum washing machine in the prior art are the same, and the description is omitted.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, a sealing protrusion 152 is disposed in the insertion groove 151, and a sealing groove 211 adapted to the sealing protrusion 152 is disposed on the first partition 21.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, when the first partition 21 is inserted into the insertion groove 151, the sealing protrusion 152 and the sealing groove 211 cooperate to prevent the exchange of the cleaning solution between different cleaning chambers 111 from the gap where the first partition 21 and the insertion groove 151 meet, thereby causing cross infection.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, a sealing strip 16 is provided on the rear wall surface inside the inner tube 12, a groove 161 is provided on the sealing strip 16, and the first partition 21 can be inserted into the groove 161.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, in order to show the structure more clearly, only the rear wall surface of the inner cylinder 12 is shown in the figure, the sealing strip 16 may be made of rubber and have certain elasticity, so that when the first partition 21 is inserted into the groove 161 of the sealing strip 16, the cleaning solution can be prevented from exchanging in the gap where the first partition 21 and the rear wall surface of the inner cylinder 12 are connected, and cross infection can be prevented.
As a preferred or alternative embodiment, the dividable roller further comprises an outer cylinder 14, the outer cylinder 14 is coaxially and rotatably connected with the middle cylinder 13 and the inner cylinder 12; a water outlet 131 is arranged on each washing tank 112, each washing tank 112 can be communicated with the outer barrel 14 through the water outlet 131, and a main water outlet 141 is arranged on the outer barrel 14.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, at least one drain port 131 is provided in each washing tank 112, and the drain port 131 is provided in a through hole in the wall surface of the middle cylinder 13, so that each washing unit 11 can be dewatered simultaneously after washing is completed, thereby improving the washing efficiency.
As a preferred or alternative embodiment, each washing tank 112 is provided with a water inlet 132, and each water inlet 132 is provided with a solenoid valve; the outer barrel 14 is provided with a total water inlet.
Specifically, the main water inlet is connected with an external water tap, the water inlets 132 are arranged on the wall surface of the middle cylinder 13, the main water inlet is respectively communicated with each water inlet 132 through a plurality of sections of pipelines, and each water inlet 132 is provided with an electromagnetic valve which can control different water inflow according to different washing modes selected by a user; even when the separation device 2 is not used, a plurality of water inlets 132 can simultaneously feed water, and the water feeding efficiency is improved.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, a turbidity sensor 17 is disposed in each of the wash tanks 112.
Specifically, turbidity sensor 17 is used to detect the degree of cleanliness of the water in each of the washing tanks 112 to control the difference in the amount of water intake.
As a preferred or alternative embodiment, the surface of the first separator 21 is provided with at least two convex stripes.
Specifically, the two surfaces of the first partition board 21 with the largest area are provided with convex stripes, and the shape of the stripes is similar to that of the stripes on the washboard, so that friction can be increased, and the clothes can be cleaned more cleanly.
A washing machine comprises a washing machine body and a separable drum provided by any technical scheme of the invention; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the separating device 2 comprises a first separating plate 21 and a second separating plate 22, the roller body 1 comprises an inner barrel 12 and a middle barrel 13, the first separating plate 21 is detachably arranged in the inner barrel 12 to separate the inner barrel 12 into at least two mutually independent cleaning chambers 111, and the second separating plate 22 is fixedly connected with a gap between the inner barrel 12 and the middle barrel 13 to separate the gap between the inner barrel 12 and the middle barrel 13 into at least two mutually independent washing tanks 112;
the washing machine body comprises a machine shell 4 and a door panel component 3, the door panel component 3 comprises a front door 31 and a panel 32, the front door 31 is in pivot connection with the machine shell 4, the front door 31 is in coaxial rotary connection with the panel 32, an insertion structure is fixedly arranged on the panel 32, and the first partition plate 21 can be inserted into the insertion structure.
Specifically, the inserting structure is similar to the sealing strip 16, the groove is also formed in the inserting structure, the groove is made of rubber and has certain elasticity, and when the first partition plate 21 is inserted into the groove, the cleaning solution can be prevented from exchanging from a gap between the first partition plate 21 and the door panel assembly 3, so that cross infection is caused; the connection between the front door 31 and the cabinet 4 is not described herein again, as in the connection between the front door and the cabinet of the drum washing machine in the prior art; the coaxial rotational connection between the front door 31 and the panel 32 prevents the door panel assembly 3 from interfering with the movement of the first partition 21.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, the diameter of the front door 31 is greater than the dimension of the first partition 21 in the radial direction of the inner cylinder 12. The first bulkhead 21 can be easily detached from the front large door 31.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, the door panel assembly 3 further includes a small front door 33, and the small front door 33 is pivotally connected to the large front door 31.
Specifically, the front door 31 is provided with a hole for taking and placing the clothes, the small front door 33 is installed at the hole for taking and placing the clothes, and the connection mode between the small front door 33 and the front door 31 is the connection mode between the front door and the front door of the drum washing machine in the prior art, which is not described herein again; when the first partition 21 is not required to be inserted, the large front door 31 does not need to be opened, and the clothes can be taken and placed only through the small front door 33, so that the large front door 31 is prevented from being opened greatly when the clothes are taken and placed through the large front door 31, and the clothes are prevented from easily falling.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, the panel 32 is magnetically connected to the front grand door 31.
Specifically, a magnetic member, such as a magnet, may be disposed on the door panel of the front door 31, the panel 32 may be made of iron, and the panel 32 is magnetically connected by the magnetic member and may rotate.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, the panel 32 is provided with a clothes-removing hole. The clothes taking hole corresponds to a hole for taking and placing clothes on the big front door, and the clothes can be taken and placed through the clothes taking hole when only the small front door 33 is opened.
