技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,特别涉及一种喷气织造细特高密织物。
背景技术
超细纤维是近年来发展迅速的差别化纤维的一种,被称为新一代的合成纤维,是一种高品质、高技术的纺织原料,是化学纤维向高技术、高仿真化方向发展的新合纤的典型代表。普通面料的耐磨度较低,而将超细纤维制成超高密织物,纤维间的空隙介于水滴直径和水蒸汽微滴直径之间,因此超细织物具有防水透汽效果,且能克服天然纤维的易皱,人造纤维不透气等缺点,耐用性是普通织物的四倍以上。现有的细特高密织物由于纤维的强度和断裂伸长率增强,但是会导致柔软度的降低,同时由于纱线较细较紧密,在后续加工过程中不易染色,且固色效果差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种喷气织造细特高密织物,通过合理的纱线和织物组织结构,配合色纺织造,解决了现有的细特高密织物由于纤维的强度和断裂伸长率增强,但是会导致柔软度的降低,同时由于纱线较细较紧密,在后续加工过程中不易染色,且固色效果差的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种喷气织造细特高密织物,包括面料本体;所述面料本体采用纬二重组织编织,经纱采用中空细旦粘胶纱线,纬纱包括彩棉氨包纱和纯棉氨包纱;所述彩棉氨包纱和纯棉氨包纱按2:1排列引入;所述中空细旦粘胶纱线呈中空纱线结构;所述中空细旦粘胶纱线为色纺纱;所述彩棉氨包纱为彩纱;所述纯棉氨包纱为纯白纱;所述面料本体的纬密为586根/10cm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述中空细旦粘胶纱线由竹粘胶纤维纺纱而成;所述竹粘胶纤维为0.92dtex。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述中空细旦粘胶纱线内设置有PVA长丝水解后形成的芯孔。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,在所述中空细旦粘胶纱线内设置有海藻纤维水解后形成的密布的空隙。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述彩棉氨包纱为16.8tex;所述纯棉氨包纱为11.7tex。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述彩棉氨包纱和纯棉氨包纱中的氨纶芯丝都为4.4tex。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明经纱采用中空细旦粘胶纱线,蓬松柔软,纬纱采用直径不同的两种弹力纱,使织物具有良好的弹力,同时织造的面料既有纬二重织物特有的细腻、柔软的质感,又有线段状的特殊立体效果,由于采用特别的组织结构和直径差异明显的纬纱,布面的反面细腻,光泽柔和,正面产生凸纹效果,外观风格新颖别致,并且无需后期染色,采用色纺织造,固色效果好,手感细腻柔软,质地轻薄,透气性好。

结合图1,本发明公开了一种喷气织造细特高密织物,包括面料本体。所述面料本体采用纬二重组织编织,经纱采用中空细旦粘胶纱线,纬纱包括彩棉氨包纱和纯棉氨包纱。所述彩棉氨包纱和纯棉氨包纱按2:1排列引入。所述中空细旦粘胶纱线呈中空纱线结构;所述中空细旦粘胶纱线为色纺纱。所述彩棉氨包纱为彩纱,所述纯棉氨包纱为纯白纱。所述面料本体的纬密为586根/10cm。
为了使中空细旦粘胶纱线具有柔软蓬松的手感,所述中空细旦粘胶纱线由竹粘胶纤维纺纱而成;所述竹粘胶纤维为0.92dtex。所述中空细旦粘胶纱线内设置有PVA长丝水解后形成的芯孔。在所述中空细旦粘胶纱线内设置有海藻纤维水解后形成的密布的空隙。具体的,中空细旦粘胶纱线进行纺制时,以PVA长丝为芯丝,以竹粘胶纤维和海藻纤维的混合纤维进行短纤包缠,通过涡流纺工艺,纺制成细旦纱线,然后再对PVA长丝和海藻纤维进行水解,形成轻柔中空的中空细旦粘胶纱线。
本发明的两种纬纱的直径不同,以形成特殊立体效果,所述彩棉氨包纱为16.8tex;所述纯棉氨包纱为11.7tex。优选的,所述彩棉氨包纱和纯棉氨包纱中的氨纶芯丝都为4.4tex。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明经纱采用中空细旦粘胶纱线,蓬松柔软,纬纱采用直径不同的两种弹力纱,使织物具有良好的弹力,同时织造的面料既有纬二重织物特有的细腻、柔软的质感,又有线段状的特殊立体效果,由于采用特别的组织结构和直径差异明显的纬纱,布面的反面细腻,光泽柔和,正面产生凸纹效果,外观风格新颖别致,并且无需后期染色,采用色纺织造,固色效果好,手感细腻柔软,质地轻薄,透气性好。
