Fig. 1 schematically illustrates an application scenario 100 of a method of using a dermal-coated object according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario 100 includes an object 110 and a dermis 120, and the dermis 120 may be used to coat the object 110.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the object 110 may be, for example, a mobile phone back cover, a mobile phone protective case, a computer case, a keyboard, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the object 110 may have a bending structure, and the bending structure may be transited through a rounded corner to improve appearance quality.
For example, object 100 may include a polygonal bottom surface and a plurality of side surfaces that form a bent structure with the bottom surface. Wherein, a plurality of angles of polygon bottom surface can set up to the fillet, also can set up to through the cambered surface transitional coupling who corresponds with the fillet between a plurality of sides.
The dermis 120 may be a material manufactured using the outer skin of an animal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In the related art, when the dermis is used for coating an object, the rounded or cambered surface part is easy to stack, wrinkles appear, the appearance is influenced, and the texture is poor.
In view of this, the present disclosure provides a method of coating an object with dermis, which includes preheating dermis 120, cutting dermis according to a shape of object 110, where object 110 has rounded corners, determining a first region and a second region of the first region from cut dermis 120, where the first region is a region where dermis is in a non-tiled state after coating object 110, and the second region is a region corresponding to rounded corners of object 110, performing skiving on the first region, performing cutting processing on the second region, and bonding dermis 120 and object 110 to coat object 110, so as to solve the problems of dermal stacking and wrinkling at the rounded corners during coating.
It should be noted that fig. 1 is only an example of a scenario in which the embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to help those skilled in the art understand the technical content of the present disclosure, but does not mean that the embodiment of the present disclosure may not be applied to the scenario.
Fig. 2 schematically illustrates a flow diagram of a method of coating a subject with dermis according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes operations S201 to S206.
In operation S201, the dermis is subjected to a preheating process.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the dermis may be heated to a preheat temperature of 80 ℃ to 130 ℃ for more than 100 seconds.
In the disclosed embodiment, the dermis may be bonded using a hot melt adhesive when bonding with a subject, requiring heating to 110 ℃ to 120 ℃.
It is understood that the dermal skin material shrinks upon preheating. Therefore, in order to ensure the accurate size of the dermis, the embodiment of the disclosure may perform a preheating treatment before cutting the dermis to make the dermis sufficiently shrink so as to prevent the dimension of the dermis from changing during adhesion and affecting the coating effect.
In operation S202, a dermis is cut according to a shape of an object, wherein the object has rounded corners.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the object may be an article having a thickness. For example, the thickness of the object needs to be greater than 1.2 mm. The object may also be provided with rounded corners. For example, the radius of the fillet is greater than 5.5 mm.
For example, the object may have a polygonal bottom surface, and corners of the polygonal bottom surface may be set to be rounded. The object can also have a plurality of side surfaces perpendicular to the bottom surface, and the plurality of side surfaces can be connected through arc surfaces corresponding to the round corners.
For example, the object may be a mobile phone protective case, the mobile phone protective case may include a quadrilateral bottom surface, and four corners of the quadrilateral bottom surface may be rounded corners. The mobile phone protection shell can further comprise four side faces, and the four side faces can be connected with the cambered surfaces corresponding to the bottom face round corners.
In the disclosed embodiment, the dermis may be cut according to the shape and size of the object. For example, the cut dermis can cover the bottom surface and a plurality of side surfaces of the subject.
In operation S203, a first region and a second region of the first region are determined from the cut dermis, wherein the first region is a region where the dermis is in a non-tiled state after covering the object, and the second region is a region corresponding to a rounded corner of the object.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the cut dermis may include a tiled region and a first region.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the tailored dermis 300 may include a tiled region 310 and a first region 320 outside of the tiled region.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the tiled area 310 may correspond to a bottom surface of the object for covering the bottom surface of the object. The first region 320 may correspond to a plurality of sides of the object for wrapping the sides of the object.
In the present disclosure, the first region 320 may include therein second regions 321, 322, 323, and 324 corresponding to rounded corners of the object. The second region may be for covering an arc of the object for connecting the plurality of sides.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the dermis may be between 0.7mm and 1.4mm thick.
It can be understood that the leather has too thin thickness to ensure the hand feeling and texture of the leather, and too thick thickness can increase the weight and volume, which affects the beauty and practicability. Therefore, the thickness of the genuine leather of the embodiment of the present disclosure may be between 0.7mm to 1.4mm, that is, the hand feeling and the texture of the genuine leather may be ensured without causing excessive weight and volume.
In operation S204, a thinning process is performed on the first area.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the thinning process of the first area may include: the bottom surface of the dermis in the first region is thinned so that the thickness of the dermis in the first region is 1/2 to 2/3 of the thickness of the dermis outside the first region.
For example, referring to the dermis 300 shown in fig. 3, a skiving process may be performed on a bottom surface (e.g., a surface in contact with a subject) of the dermis in the first region 320 so that the thickness of the dermis in the first region 320 is 1/2 to 2/3 of the thickness of the dermis in the tiled region 310.
According to an example of the present disclosure, the edge line of the thickness variation may be the outline of the tiled area 310. That is, the embodiments of the present disclosure can ensure the hand feeling of the object bottom surface coating, and at the same time, shovel the leather material of the object side surface to ensure the coating effect.
It will be appreciated that there is a certain angle of bending between the sides and the bottom of the object. However, the dermis with uniform thickness generates stacking phenomenon when covering the bent position. In view of this, in order to ensure the covering effect at the bent portion, the embodiment of the disclosure may perform a thinning process on the dermis from the bent portion, so as to improve the covering effect and reduce the problem of stacking.
In operation S205, a cropping process is performed on the second region.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second region of the dermis may be used to coat an arc of the subject for connecting the plurality of sides. It can be understood that the cambered surface area of the object is far smaller than that of the second region, so that the region is easy to generate stacking phenomenon to cause wrinkles when being coated.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the second region can be cut, so that the area of the second region can be reduced, the problem of stacking is reduced, and a better and more adhesive coating effect is realized.
4/5, which is the depth of the second region, may be taken as the cropping depth according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the depth of the second region is h1, the cropping depth is h2, and the length of h2 may be 4/5 which is the length of h 1.
It can be understood that, in order to ensure that the cut second region sufficiently covers the arc surface portion of the object and that the cut second region does not generate excessive stacking when covering the arc surface portion of the object, the embodiment of the disclosure may perform cutting processing on the second region from the cutting depth. For example, the cutting area may be larger closer to the dermal edge from the cutting depth.
In the disclosed embodiment, the second region may be cut to a zigzag shape. Wherein, the position close to the first area is the broadside of the sawtooth, and the position close to the dermal edge is the narrow side of the sawtooth.
For example, the cutting process of the second area may be cutting the second area into a sunflower shape as shown in fig. 4.
For example, the second region may be cut to the shape of three petals of the same shape.
For example, when the arc center angle corresponding to the arc surface portion covered by the second region is 90 degrees, the second region may be cut into three uniform portions, for example, three petal shapes having the same shape.
It is understood that the cutting shape shown in fig. 4 is only an example, and the disclosure does not limit this, and those skilled in the art can perform cutting according to actual situations.
In operation S206, the dermis is adhered to the subject to cover the subject.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the genuine leather may be thermally fused with the object by the hot melt adhesive.
For example, the flat area of the genuine leather and the bottom surface of the object can be connected by hot melting through hot melt adhesive, the first area of the genuine leather and the side surface of the object are connected by hot melting, and the second area of the genuine leather and the cambered surface of the object are connected by hot melting.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the object may be an electronic device or a peripheral product of the electronic device. For example, the object may be a keyboard, a computer protective case, a mobile phone back cover, a mobile phone protective case, or the like.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the object may comprise a bent structure. For example, the object may include a bottom surface, and a side surface perpendicular to the bottom surface, the side surface forming a bent structure with the bottom surface. For another example, the object may include a quadrangular bottom surface and four side surfaces intersecting four sides of the quadrangular bottom surface and perpendicular to the bottom surface, and the four side surfaces may also form a bending structure therebetween. The object may also include rounded corners. For example, four corners of the quadrilateral bottom surface of the object may be rounded corners, and four side surfaces may be transitionally connected by an arc surface corresponding to the rounded corners of the bottom surface.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the tiled region of dermis may be used to wrap the bottom surface of the subject and then the first region of dermis is folded over such that the first region wraps the side surface of the subject. And the second area in the first area is used for wrapping the cambered surface of the connecting side surface.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first region may cover the outer surface of the bent structure. For example, the width of the first region may be slightly larger than the height of the side of the object, so that the first region may wrap the outer and inner surfaces of the side of the object.
The disclosed embodiments coat the subject with dermis, improving texture while protecting the subject.
The embodiment of the disclosure enables the dermis to be fully contracted by performing preheating treatment on the dermis and then cutting, and can ensure the accuracy of the dimension of the dermis so as to prevent the dimension of the dermis from changing during adhesion and influencing the coating effect.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the first region of the dermis is thinned, so that the problem of stacking of the dermis at the bent part of the coating object can be reduced, and the coating effect can be improved.
The second area of the leather is cut, so that the area of the second area can be reduced, the problem of stacking of the leather at the cambered surface of the coating object can be reduced, and a better and more adhesive coating effect is achieved.
