Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, in particular to an adhesive for a label clamp position of a beer bottle labeling machine and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the Chinese beer industry becomes one of the most rapidly growing, largest in production and sales and most fiercely competitive industries in the world beer market. There is still a large growth in this market in the next 5 years or so. For a long time, beer is mainly packaged by glass bottles, and particularly in China, the utilization rate of the glass beer bottles reaches over 90 percent. A labeling machine (Labeller) is a device for adhering a paper or metal foil label to a predetermined packaging container with an adhesive. The prior adhesive for sticking labels on beer bottles mainly comprises casein, starch, polyvinyl alcohol composite modified adhesive, polyvinyl alcohol modified adhesive and the like.
When the labeling machine is used for labeling, firstly, a label taking plate passes through the rubber roller and takes glue from the rubber roller, a label is removed from a label container, the label on the rotating component is taken down through a label clamp on the clamp roller, and finally the label is applied to the container at a preset position. Get both sides of mark board and be equipped with the U type hole that is applicable to label holder centre gripping label along, the width in U type hole is greater than the width that the label pressed from both sides, gets the position in U type hole on the mark board and can not get from the rubber roll and glue, so when the label is pasted on the container, the both ends of label have a plurality of blank that are the U type and do not have gluey region, and this U type blank does not have gluey regional beer manufacturing enterprise and is called "mark clamp seal". In the event of moisture, the "label pinches" can easily cause the label to blister wrinkles. In the prior art, the U-shaped hole on one edge of the label plate is blocked, the label clamp on the clamp roller only needs to clamp one side of the label to clamp the label, so that the label is not adhered, but a side surface of the label clamp generates a label clamp mark, and the label clamp is wetted and generates bubbling wrinkles to influence the attractiveness of an outer package.
In order to solve the problem that the label generates 'label clip mark' caused by no glue coating at the label clip position of the beer label and further generates the phenomenon of bubbling and wrinkling, the applicant designs a scheme of a label glue spraying system for a plurality of sets of beer labeling machines and develops an adhesive for the label clip position of the beer bottle labeling machine successfully.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an adhesive for an automatic glue spraying system for label clamp printing of a beer bottle and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems that the label generates label clamp printing and further generates bubbling wrinkles because glue is not coated at the position of the conventional beer label clamp.
In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the invention provides an adhesive for a label clamp position of a beer bottle labeling machine, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 2-4 parts of emulsified silicone oil, 300 parts of alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion, 20-50 parts of sodium abietate, 5-30 parts of cross-linking agent, 5-25 parts of water-resistant agent, 1-3 parts of Kathon, 5-20 parts of ammonia water and 550 parts of water.
Among them, the polymerization degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is 1700.
Among them, it is preferable that the alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion has a molecular weight of 2000-5000.
Wherein, preferably, the cross-linking agent is any one or more of zinc oxide, zinc acetate and borax.
Wherein, preferably, the water-proof agent is ammonium zirconium carbonate and/or potassium zirconium carbonate.
A preparation method of a label clamp position adhesive for a beer bottle labeling machine comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water into a reaction kettle, heating polyvinyl alcohol and emulsified silicone oil to 80-90 ℃, and reacting for 1 hour under the condition of heat preservation;
(2) sequentially adding alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion and sodium abietate, stirring at a constant speed, adding a proper amount of ammonia water to adjust the pH value to 6 +/-0.5, carrying out heat preservation reaction at 80 ℃ for 1 hour, and then cooling to below 50 ℃;
(3) sequentially adding the cross-linking agent, the water-resistant agent and the kasong under uniform stirring, and continuously stirring for reaction for 2 hours;
(4) adjusting the pH value to 7 +/-0.5 by using a proper amount of ammonia water;
(5) and filtering and discharging after qualified inspection according to requirements to obtain the product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
in the adhesive for the automatic adhesive spraying system for the label clamping and printing of the beer bottles, polyvinyl alcohol, alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion and sodium abietate are subjected to polymerization reaction, so that the adhesive has high adhesion and water resistance; and a cross-linking agent and a water-resistant agent are added, so that the adhesion and the water resistance of the adhesive are further improved. And finally, adding ammonia water to adjust the pH value, so that the adhesive is neutral, and the stability of the adhesive is improved.
The adhesive is used for a patent of a beer bottle labeling machine, has the advantages of low viscosity, strong adhesiveness and high film forming speed, and is used for spraying glue to the groove of the label plate by adopting a high-speed glue gun, so that the phenomenon that the label of the beer bottle is subjected to label clamping printing and further generates bubbling and wrinkling due to the fact that the label at the groove is not coated with the glue is avoided. Furthermore, the amount of the binder used in the present invention is very small, and only 20kg is consumed for 1000 tons of beer.

Example 1
The embodiment provides an adhesive for a label clamp position of a beer bottle labeling machine, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120 parts of polyvinyl alcohol with the polymerization degree of 1700, 3 parts of emulsified silicone oil, 250 parts of alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion with the molecular weight of 2000-5000-.
The preparation method of the label clamp position adhesive for the beer bottle labeling machine comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water into a reaction kettle, heating polyvinyl alcohol and emulsified silicone oil to 85 ℃, and reacting for 1 hour under the condition of heat preservation;
(2) sequentially adding alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion and sodium abietate, stirring at a constant speed, adding 3 parts of ammonia water to adjust the pH value to 6.2, carrying out heat preservation reaction at 80 ℃ for 1 hour, and then cooling to below 50 ℃;
(3) under the condition of uniform stirring, sequentially adding zinc oxide, ammonium zirconium carbonate and kasons, and continuously stirring for reacting for 2 hours;
(4) then 9 parts of ammonia water is used for adjusting the pH value to 7.2;
(5) and filtering and discharging after qualified inspection according to requirements to obtain the product.

(1) adding water into a reaction kettle, heating polyvinyl alcohol and emulsified silicone oil to 80 ℃, and reacting for 1 hour under the condition of heat preservation;
(2) sequentially adding alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion and sodium abietate, stirring at a constant speed, adding 15 parts of ammonia water to adjust the pH value to 6.4, carrying out heat preservation reaction at 80 ℃ for 1 hour, and then cooling to below 50 ℃;
(3) sequentially adding zinc acetate, ammonium zirconium carbonate and carbazone under uniform stirring, and continuously stirring for reaction for 2 hours;
(4) then 5 parts of ammonia water is used for adjusting the pH value to 7.2;
(5) and filtering and discharging after qualified inspection according to requirements to obtain the product.

The preparation method of the label clamp position adhesive for the beer bottle labeling machine comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water into a reaction kettle, heating polyvinyl alcohol and emulsified silicone oil to 90 ℃, and reacting for 1 hour under the condition of heat preservation;
(2) sequentially adding alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion and sodium abietate, stirring at a constant speed, adding 2 parts of ammonia water to adjust the pH value to 6.2, carrying out heat preservation reaction at 80 ℃ for 1 hour, and then cooling to below 50 ℃;
(3) sequentially adding zinc acetate, potassium zirconium carbonate and kasons under uniform stirring, and continuously stirring for reacting for 2 hours;
(4) then 3 parts of ammonia water is used for adjusting the pH value to 7.1;
(5) and filtering and discharging after qualified inspection according to requirements to obtain the product.

The embodiment provides an adhesive for a label clamp position of a beer bottle labeling machine, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 140 parts of polyvinyl alcohol with the polymerization degree of 1700, 3 parts of emulsified silicone oil, 180 parts of alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion with the molecular weight of 2000-5000-.
The preparation method of the label clamp position adhesive for the beer bottle labeling machine comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water into a reaction kettle, heating polyvinyl alcohol and emulsified silicone oil to 85 ℃, and reacting for 1 hour under the condition of heat preservation;
(2) sequentially adding alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion and sodium abietate, stirring at a constant speed, adding 5 parts of ammonia water to adjust the pH value to 6.5, carrying out heat preservation reaction at 80 ℃ for 1 hour, and then cooling to below 50 ℃;
(3) sequentially adding borax, potassium zirconium carbonate and kasons under uniform stirring, and continuously stirring for reacting for 2 hours;
(4) then 5 parts of ammonia water is used for adjusting the pH value to 7.0;
(5) and filtering and discharging after qualified inspection according to requirements to obtain the product.

The embodiment provides an adhesive for a label clamp position of a beer bottle labeling machine, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of polyvinyl alcohol with the polymerization degree of 1700, 4 parts of emulsified silicone oil, 260 parts of alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion with the molecular weight of 2000-5000-.
The preparation method of the label clamp position adhesive for the beer bottle labeling machine comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water into a reaction kettle, heating polyvinyl alcohol and emulsified silicone oil to 80 ℃, and reacting for 1 hour under the condition of heat preservation;
(2) sequentially adding alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion and sodium abietate, stirring at a constant speed, adding 8 parts of ammonia water to adjust the pH value to 6.0, carrying out heat preservation reaction at 80 ℃ for 1 hour, and then cooling to below 50 ℃;
(3) under the condition of uniform stirring, sequentially adding zinc oxide, zinc acetate, ammonium zirconium carbonate, potassium zirconium carbonate and kasong, and continuously stirring for reaction for 2 hours;
(4) then adjusting the pH value to 7.5 by using 10 parts of ammonia water;
(5) and filtering and discharging after qualified inspection according to requirements to obtain the product.

The embodiment provides an adhesive for a label clamp position of a beer bottle labeling machine, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 130 parts of polyvinyl alcohol with the polymerization degree of 1700, 3 parts of emulsified silicone oil, 160 parts of alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion with the molecular weight of 2000-containing 5000, 42 parts of sodium abietate, 25 parts of borax, 15 parts of potassium zirconium carbonate, 2 parts of Kathon, 5 parts of ammonia water and 500 parts of water.
The preparation method of the label clamp position adhesive for the beer bottle labeling machine comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water into a reaction kettle, heating polyvinyl alcohol and emulsified silicone oil to 85 ℃, and reacting for 1 hour under the condition of heat preservation;
(2) sequentially adding alkali-soluble acrylate emulsion and sodium abietate, stirring at a constant speed, adding 2 parts of ammonia water to adjust the pH value to 6.5, carrying out heat preservation reaction at 80 ℃ for 1 hour, and then cooling to below 50 ℃;

(4) then 3 parts of ammonia water is used for adjusting the pH value to 7.0;
