The concrete interface treating agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 750-850 parts of water, 50-90 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-3 parts of a catalyst, 1-2 parts of a crosslinking agent, 2-3 parts of a pH regulator, 100-150 parts of an EVA emulsion, 3-5 parts of citric acid, 10 parts of silica sol, 2-3 parts of a defoaming agent and 1-2 parts of a preservative. The concrete interface treating agent has the characteristics of high adhesive force, high shear strength, low temperature resistance, environmental protection, no pollution, short production working hour and low energy consumption.

(2) The EVA emulsion can resist acid and alkali, has strong molecular chain segment rigidity and has a reinforcing effect on cement; meanwhile, the silicon oxide solution also has a reinforcing effect.
(3) The citric acid can enhance the metal ions in the cement to be converted into crystal salt and inhibit the cement from being halogenated, thereby improving the compactness and strength of the cement and improving the water resistance of the cement.
Through elaborate design, the finally obtained environment-friendly low-temperature-resistant concrete interface treating agent has the characteristics of high adhesive force, high shear strength, low temperature resistance, environmental protection, no pollution, short production working hour and low energy consumption.

(3) after the mixed monomer is dripped, heating to 88 ℃ and preserving the temperature for 60 min;
(4) adding 100 parts by mass of water, cooling to 55 ℃, sequentially adding 1 part by mass of sodium bicarbonate, 1 part by mass of defoaming agent and 1 part by mass of preservative, and uniformly stirring to obtain the concrete interface treating agent.

And (4) analyzing results: the concrete interface treating agent prepared by the method of the embodiment 1-3 has the characteristics of strong low-temperature stability, high film forming hardness, high bonding strength and the like, and is characterized in that a neutral aqueous solution of glutaraldehyde is used as a cross-linking agent of polyvinyl alcohol, so that on one hand, introduction of formaldehyde is avoided, on the other hand, the polyvinyl alcohol is modified by cross-linking, alcoholic hydroxyl and aldehyde groups are cross-linked to form a network structure, the molecular weight and the ductility of a molecular chain segment are improved, meanwhile, the hydrogen bond effect in polyvinyl alcohol molecules can be weakened, and the freezing resistance is improved; the adopted EVA emulsion can resist acid and alkali, and the molecular chain segment of the EVA emulsion has strong rigidity and has a reinforcing effect on cement; meanwhile, the silicon oxide solution also has a reinforcing effect; the adopted citric acid can enhance the metal ions in the cement to be converted into crystal salt and simultaneously inhibit the cement from returning halogen, the compactness and strength of the cement are improved, and the water resistance of the cement is improved, while the concrete interface treating agent in the comparative example has poor performances such as low-temperature stability, film-forming hardness, bonding strength and the like, because the polyvinyl alcohol of the system has strong hydrophilicity, the extensibility and flexibility are reduced after the alcoholic hydroxyl and water form hydrogen bonds, molecular chains are extruded and broken in the freezing and thawing process, and the molecular structure is damaged, so that the low-temperature stability of the cement is poor; the molecular chain of the adopted polyvinyl acetate emulsion does not have a rigid chain segment, and the system does not have a reinforcing additive, so that the film-forming hardness is insufficient, and the bonding strength is low. Therefore, the concrete interface treating agent has the characteristics of high adhesive force, high shear strength, low temperature resistance, environmental protection, no pollution, short production working hour and low energy consumption.
