Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile processing, in particular to a yarn conveying device capable of automatically discharging materials.
Background
During the production and processing of the yarn, the yarn needs to be wound on a bobbin; and after being wound on a bobbin, the yarn bobbin is sleeved on a bobbin shaft of the conveying line to be conveyed to a specified position, and then the bobbin is manually taken down. Because the manual stripping speed is limited, the conveying speed of the yarn barrel is greatly limited, and the processing efficiency of the whole yarn is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides an automatic stripping yarn conveying device.
The invention provides an automatic stripping yarn conveying device, which comprises: conveying line, conveying line includes a plurality of bobbin axles that arrange in order and is used for driving each bobbin axle along its actuating mechanism who arranges the direction removal, wherein:
one side of the conveying line is provided with an inclined platform which is sequentially heightened from the input end to the output end; the highest end of the sloping platform is higher than the yarn barrel shaft or is positioned in the same plane with the upper end surface of the yarn barrel shaft.
Preferably, one side of the inclined platform far away from the lowest end of the inclined platform is provided with a horizontal platform which is butted with the inclined platform and is positioned in the same plane with the highest end of the inclined platform.
Preferably, the horizontal table is integrally formed with the inclined table.
Preferably, the table top of the sloping table is provided with a plurality of barbs which slope towards the direction of the highest end of the sloping table.
Preferably, the table top of the sloping table is provided with retaining grooves which are arranged from the lowest end to the highest end at intervals; the cross-sectional shape of stopping groove is right triangle, and the right angle limit of each stopping groove all faces the least significant end of sloping platform.
Preferably, one side of the highest end of the ramp is provided with a blowing mechanism for blowing air in the direction of the ramp.
Preferably, a guide plate which is butted with the side of the inclined table far away from the blowing mechanism and inclines downwards is arranged on the side of the inclined table far away from the blowing mechanism.
Preferably, the bobbin shaft is of a conical cylindrical structure.
Preferably, two ramps are provided, which are arranged opposite each other on both sides of the conveyor line.
According to the automatic doffing device, the inclined table which is sequentially increased from the input end to the output end of the conveying line is arranged on one side of the conveying line, and the highest end of the inclined table is higher than the yarn barrel shaft, so that when a yarn barrel sleeved on the yarn barrel shaft moves to the inclined table, the yarn barrel is gradually lifted up along with the increase of the inclined table until the yarn barrel shaft is separated from the inclined table, the automatic doffing work is realized, and the processing efficiency is improved.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of an automatic stripping yarn conveying device according to the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the barb of the yarn conveying device with automatic stripping according to the invention;
fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the retaining groove in the yarn conveying device with automatic stripping.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1-3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an automatic stripping yarn conveying device according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the barb of the yarn conveying device with automatic stripping according to the invention; fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the retaining groove in the yarn conveying device with automatic stripping.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides an automatic stripping yarn feeding device, including: a conveying line including a plurality of bobbin shafts 2 arranged in sequence and a driving mechanism for driving each of the bobbin shafts 2 to move in an arrangement direction thereof, wherein:
one side of the conveying line is provided with an inclined platform 3 which is sequentially increased from the input end to the output end; the highest end of the sloping table 3 is higher than the yarn barrel shaft 2 or is positioned in the same plane with the upper end face of the yarn barrel shaft 2, so that when the yarn barrel A sleeved on the yarn barrel shaft 2 moves onto the sloping table 3, the yarn barrel A is gradually lifted up along with the height of the sloping table 3 until the yarn barrel A is separated from the yarn barrel shaft 2, and automatic stripping work is realized.
Referring to fig. 2, the top of the sloping bench 3 is provided with a plurality of barbs 4 inclined towards the direction of the highest end thereof to prevent the bobbin a from sliding downwards after disengaging from the bobbin shaft 2.
Referring to fig. 3, the table top of the sloping table 3 is provided with retaining grooves 5 which are arranged from the lowest end to the highest end at intervals; the cross-sectional shape of backstop groove 5 is right triangle, and the right-angle side of each backstop groove 5 all towards the lowest end of sloping platform 3 to prevent that yarn section of thick bamboo A from sliding downwards after breaking away from yarn section of thick bamboo axle 2.
In addition, in this embodiment, the side of the sloping platform 3 far away from the lowest end thereof is provided with the horizontal platform 1 integrally formed therewith, and the upper surface of the horizontal platform 1 and the highest end of the sloping platform 3 are located in the same plane, so as to ensure the material removing effect.
In this embodiment, a blowing mechanism (not shown) for blowing air in the direction of the ramp 3 is disposed on one side of the highest end of the ramp 3, so that the separated bobbin a is pushed to one place by the blowing mechanism.
In this embodiment, a material guiding plate 6 which is butted with the side of the sloping platform 3 far away from the blowing mechanism and inclines downwards is arranged on the side of the sloping platform 3, so that the pushed down bobbin a is guided to a designated position by the material guiding plate 6.
In this embodiment, the bobbin shaft 2 is a conical column structure to facilitate feeding and stripping.
