Abstract
The invention relates to a firewall structure on an airplane, in particular to a detachable firewall structure of a compact passenger plane, which comprises an upper half frame connected with a fuselage and a lower half frame connected with the fuselage; the upper half frame and the lower half frame are respectively connected with the body of the passenger plane by adopting permanent fasteners; the detachable lower fireproof wall panel is connected with the lower half frame by adopting a detachable fastener; the detachable upper fireproof wall panel is connected with the upper half frame by adopting a detachable fastener; the detachable upper fireproof wall panel and the detachable lower fireproof wall panel are detachably connected with two sides of the fireproof wall butt joint assembly respectively. The invention has the advantages of simple disassembly, reduced maintenance time and reduced maintenance cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a firewall structure on an airplane, in particular to a detachable firewall structure of a compact passenger plane, which is characterized in that a half part and a lower half part of a firewall are designed to be detachable structures connected by adopting a supporting plate nut and a bolt, so that the purposes of the disassembly function and the weight reduction of the firewall are realized.

1. the disassembly is simple: the disassembly work of the firewall can be realized only by disassembling the detachable bolt connected with the supporting plate nut on the detachable fireproof wall. The work of dismantling the permanent connection fastener of the firewall in the traditional structure is reduced;
2. weight reduction of the structure: because the firewall adopts a non-bearing structure design, the whole weight of the firewall can be reduced while the strength requirement is met, and the weight reduction effect is achieved; the detachable upper firewall panel and the detachable lower firewall panel adopt a design without force transmission, so that the structural weight can be effectively reduced, and the aim of reducing the weight is fulfilled again.
3. Reducing maintenance time: the detachable large bolt connected with the supporting plate nut is only required to be detached, the supporting plate nut remains on the detachable fireproof wall in the maintenance process, and the bolt is aligned to the supporting plate nut to be fastened during installation. the firewall butt joint assembly (4) consists of a firewall butt joint angle material and a plurality of supporting plate nuts;
the detachable connection is realized in a mode of connecting a bolt and a supporting plate nut;
