Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a heat treatment flattening apparatus for an enclosure of a scraped car according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the heating mechanism of FIG. 1; fig. 3 is a schematic view of the half heating mechanism of fig. 2.
The equipment for heat treatment and flattening of the scraped car shell comprises: the equipment comprises an equipment frame 1, a flattening mechanism 2 and a heating mechanism 3.
The equipment rack 1 includes a bottom plate 11, side plates 12, and a top plate 13. The top plate 13 is connected with the top of the side plate 12, and the top plate 13 and the side plate 12 are connected to form a working area in which the scraped car is compressed. The bottom plate 11 is arranged under the top plate 13, and can be placed on the ground under the top plate 13 or on a lifting mechanism, so that the height of the bottom plate 11 can be adjusted according to the different heights of the scraped cars. The floor 11 is used to carry the scraped car and avoid it crushing the ground when it is crushed. The base plate 11 can be generally made of a material such as steel.
The crushing mechanism 2 includes a platen 21 and a hydraulic cylinder 22. The fixed end of the hydraulic cylinder 22 is connected with the top plate 13, the movable end of the hydraulic cylinder extends vertically downwards to be connected with the pressing plate 21, and the pressing plate 21 is arranged right above the bottom plate 11. The hydraulic cylinder 22 can drive the pressing plate 21 to reciprocate up and down to crush the scraped car. The contact surface of the pressing plate 21 and the scraped car, namely the lower surface, is serrated, so that the integrity of the top of the scraped car is further damaged in the compression process, and the flattening difficulty is reduced. The hydraulic cylinder 22 may be replaced with other mechanisms for reciprocating up and down, but in the preferred embodiment, the hydraulic cylinder 22 is preferably used from the viewpoint of providing a large amount of pressure and cost of the equipment. While other reciprocating mechanisms (e.g., air cylinders, cam linkages) are designed to achieve the same amount of force, the complexity and cost of the apparatus is much higher than that of hydraulic cylinders.
The heating mechanisms 3 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom plate 11 and used for heating the scraped car B column. The A column, the B column and the C column of the automobile are commonly called modes defined by the automobile industry, and refer to three pillars which are used for connecting the roof and the lower automobile body on one side of the car, and the pillars are respectively the A column, the B column and the C column along the direction from the automobile head to the automobile tail. Namely, two sides of a car are respectively provided with an A column, a B column and a C column.
In the present embodiment, the heating mechanism 3 includes a heating section 31 and a nip section 32. The heating unit 31 is a common heating wire, and is connected to an external power source through a wire, and the heating wire generates heat after being energized. The clamping portion 32 is in the shape of a clip, one end of which is provided with a groove, the heating portion 31 is arranged in the groove, and the other end of which is a hand-held portion of a worker. The clamping portion 32 is made of a heat-resistant insulating material, such as ceramic, to prevent burning of the hands of the worker. The workman can hand the clamping part when using, presss from both sides the other end on scraped car's B post for heating portion 31 laminating scraped car B post heats it.
In other embodiments, other common heating methods such as laser heating and acetylene combustion heating can be adopted to heat the automobile B column. However, the technical solution of heating wire contact heating in this embodiment is optimal in terms of easy operation and safety.
When the scraped car is flattened, the scraped car is firstly placed on the bottom plate 11, and then a worker can judge whether the B column needs to be heated according to the brand and the model of the scraped car. Generally speaking, the higher the price of vehicle, the better the brand, the later the year of production manufacturing, the better its passive safety performance, the higher the proportion of the high yield limit's of adopting hot forming steel in the frame promptly, otherwise generally adopt the lower high strength steel of yield limit or super high strength steel to make in the automobile body of the car that the value was handed over, need not to heat the softening to the B post, can directly flatten through flattening mechanism 2, also can obtain better compression effect. The worker can accumulate experience of whether the vehicle needs the heat treatment for the B-pillar in long-term work to obtain the best treatment result.
When the operator judges that the B-pillar needs to be heated and softened, the end of the handheld clamping part 32 far away from the heating part 31 clamps the heating mechanism 3 on the left and right B-pillars, so that the heating part 31 is in contact with the B-pillar of the scraped car, and then the power is switched on to heat the B-pillar to 900 plus 1000 ℃ so as to soften the B-pillar. Then the heating mechanism 3 is taken down and the flattening mechanism 2 is controlled to flatten the vehicle. At the moment, the temperature of the B column of the scraped car is 900-1000 ℃, the strength of the B column is completely failed and cannot be used as a structural support member to support the car roof, and the difficulty of compressing the car body is greatly reduced after the B column fails due to the fact that the A column and the C column are obliquely arranged.
And the technical scheme that this embodiment provided can directly carry out upgrading transformation on the present scrap car flattening equipment, under the condition that does not change equipment rack 1 and flattening mechanism 2 of flattening equipment, directly increases heating mechanism 3 and heats the B post of scrap car, and the transformation mode is simple and easy and low cost. Meanwhile, the method adopts the mode that the stress core B column in the A column, the B column and the C column of the three supporting columns of the bearing roof in the automobile is completely failed through heating to reduce the capability of the automobile for resisting the pressure from the direction of the roof, so that the pressure of the traditional hydraulic cylinder 22 with insufficient pressure is not only enough but also a part of pressure allowance is obtained after the B column of the scraped automobile fails, the structural strength development rate of the traditional automobile is used for estimation, and after the traditional scraped automobile flattening equipment is upgraded and modified according to the method provided by the scheme, the pressure provided by the hydraulic cylinder 22 of the traditional scraped automobile flattening equipment can be used enough in a long end time, namely, the hydraulic cylinder can be used for a long time after being modified and upgraded, and the method has good economic benefit.
The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the scraped car shell heat treatment flattening equipment provided by the invention heats the B column through the heating mechanism to soften the B column and reduce the strength of the B column, so that the yield strength of the B column in the longitudinal direction is greatly reduced and even approaches zero, and then the scraped car body is compressed downwards through the compression mechanism, thereby effectively reducing the difficulty of compressing the scraped car, improving the compression efficiency, avoiding the additional expense of updating larger compression equipment and reducing the equipment cost.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
