secondly, immersing the sponge block into lubricating oil, penetrating the sponge block through a plastic pipe, and coating the lubricating oil on the inner side wall of the plastic pipe;
step three, straightening the plastic pipe by adopting a plastic pipe straightening device;
step four, cleaning the inner side wall of the straightened plastic pipe to remove residual lubricating oil;
the plastic pipe straightening device in the third step comprises a water tank (1) with a rectangular cross section, wherein the top surface of the water tank (1) is provided with an opening; the distance between two opposite side walls of the water tank (1) is greater than the length of the straightened plastic pipe, the two side walls are provided with vertical sliding grooves (2) at corresponding positions, and the sliding grooves (2) extend to the top of the side walls of the water tank (1); a sliding block (3) is in sliding fit in the sliding groove (2), one end of the sliding block (3) extends out of the side wall of the water tank (1) and is fixedly connected with a mounting plate (4) parallel to the side wall of the water tank (1), a rotating shaft (5) in the horizontal direction is hinged to the mounting plate (4), and the axis of the rotating shaft (5) is parallel to the side wall of the water tank (1); an inserted rod (6) vertical to the rotating shaft (5) is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft (5), and the diameter of the inserted rod (6) is equal to the inner diameter of the plastic pipe to be straightened; a guide groove (7) coaxial with the inserted rod (6) is formed in the inserted rod (6) along the length direction of the inserted rod, the opening of the guide groove (7) is positioned on the end face of the inserted rod (6), and a sliding column (8) is matched in the guide groove (7) in a sliding manner; an elastic straight rod (9) coaxial with the inserted rod (6) is fixedly arranged on the end surface, close to the opening of the guide groove (7), of the sliding column (8) along the length direction of the inserted rod (6); one end of a first spring (10) is fixedly connected to the other end face of the sliding column (8), and the other end of the first spring (10) is fixedly connected to the inner end face of the guide groove (7); when the sliding blocks (3) on the two side walls of the water tank (1) are positioned on the same horizontal plane and the two elastic straight rods (9) are both positioned in a horizontal state, the axes of the two elastic straight rods (9) are overlapped; the end parts of the two elastic straight rods (9) are respectively fixedly provided with a first magnet block (11) and a second magnet block (12) which are matched with each other;
a limiting column (13) is vertically matched in the sliding groove (2) in a sliding manner, a telescopic limiting pin (14) is arranged at the top of the limiting column (13), and a pin hole (15) matched with the limiting pin (14) is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the side wall of the water tank (1); a plurality of heating wires (16) are uniformly arranged in the bottom plate of the water tank (1), and a water inlet (17) is arranged on the side wall of the water tank (1).
