If the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine tank reaches the cleaning times, the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine tank can be discharged from the outside of the Teflon hose 4-2 and the liquid medicine pipe of the recovery vehicle in a butt joint mode, and can also be discharged from a hand valve at the lower side of the liquid medicine tank into a liquid medicine tank water receiving tray 2-8 for dilution and discharge; the liquid medicine tank cover plate 2-11 is arranged above the liquid medicine tank and can play a role in heat insulation and observation of the liquid level of cleaning liquid medicine, and the liquid medicine tank cover plate 2-11 is provided with a vent hole which is connected with an auxiliary exhaust hole of a sub-leaf crown of an exhaust device and discharges generated liquid medicine steam.
The mould cleaning and drying equipment is arranged in a mould cleaning and drying equipment bracket 5-8, and a corrosion-resistant metal seal is adopted to seal and leave a quick fire-proof rolling door and a normally closed fire-proof door channel, so that fire and gas are effectively prevented.
The overturning platform of the mould cleaning and drying equipment is arranged in a negative pressure chamber 5-7 of an air exhaust device, and the mould cleaning and drying equipment can discharge liquid medicine steam produced in mould cleaning through the air exhaust device when in work.

1. An automatic mould cleaning and drying system is characterized by comprising a transfer trolley, a liquid medicine conveying pipeline, a liquid medicine tank, a turnover table unit, a lifting cover plate, an exhaust device and a hot air unit,
the transfer trolley comprises an aluminum profile frame, trolley trundles, a transfer wheel strip and clamping blocks, wherein the aluminum profile frame is connected in an anchor pin manner and is connected with the trolley trundles, the transfer wheel strip and the clamping blocks in an anchor pin manner; wheel sets arranged in the shifting spokes are all connected with the bearing through shafts, and are fixed in grooves of the shifting spokes through screws and nuts; the clamping blocks are fixed on two sides of the front side of the transfer platform; the transfer trolley is used for placing the used die on the transfer trolley at a production position, then conveying the die by the transfer trolley, and butting the die with the overturning platform, wherein the transfer trolley comprises two parallel transfer wheel strips, and the same type of transfer wheel strips are arranged on the overturning platform, so that stable transfer is realized;
the liquid medicine conveying pipeline comprises a first electromagnetic valve group, a pneumatic diaphragm pump group and a liquid medicine conveying pipe, wherein the first electromagnetic valve group is arranged on the side surface of the liquid medicine tank and the lifting cover plate and is connected with the pneumatic diaphragm pump and the lifting cover plate of the overturning platform through the liquid medicine conveying pipeline; the liquid medicine conveying pipeline is connected with the pneumatic diaphragm pump in a mode of flange connection;
the liquid medicine tank comprises a heater, a liquid medicine tank body, a temperature sensor, a liquid medicine conveying pipeline support and a liquid medicine tank water receiving disc, wherein the heater is arranged in the liquid medicine tank body and is connected with the liquid medicine tank through a flange; the temperature sensor is arranged on a cover plate at the top of the liquid medicine tank and is in threaded connection with the cover plate at the top of the liquid medicine tank; the liquid medicine conveying pipeline bracket is welded with the liquid medicine tank, and the liquid medicine conveying pipeline is arranged on the liquid medicine conveying pipeline bracket; the water receiving tray of the liquid medicine tank is arranged at the lower side of the liquid medicine tank;
the overturning platform unit comprises an overturning motor, an overturning hand wheel, a motor speed reducer, an encoder, a pneumatic clutch, an outer frame of the overturning platform, an overturning platform clamping device, an overturning platform, a water receiving disc and a mold clamping device, wherein the overturning motor and the overturning hand wheel are connected to the motor speed reducer, and an overturning angle is realized through the overturning hand wheel; the encoder is positioned on one side of the output shaft of the motor reducer; the pneumatic clutch is connected between the output shaft of the turnover motor and the input shaft of the motor reducer in a mode of flange connection; the motor reducer is connected with the overturning platform by a coupler and fixed by coaxial bearings at two sides of the overturning platform, the outer frame of the overturning platform is arranged at the lower side of the overturning platform, the coaxial bearings are in screw connection with the outer frame of the overturning platform, two sides of the outer frame of the overturning platform are provided with overturning platform clamping devices, the overturning platform clamping devices are welded with the outer frame of the overturning platform, and the inner sliding block is in sliding connection; a water receiving disc is arranged on the lower side of the outer frame of the overturning platform and provided with a water discharge port, a mold clamping device is arranged on the outer edges of the two sides of the overturning platform, and an inner sliding block is in sliding connection;
the lifting cover plate unit comprises a Y-shaped filter group, a Teflon hose, a steel wire rope and a fixed pulley block, and the cylinder is connected with the lifting cover plate through the steel wire rope and the fixed pulley block; a second electromagnetic valve group, a Y-shaped filter and a Teflon hose which are arranged on the lifting cover plate are connected with the lifting cover plate through a saddle clamp;
the Y-shaped filter is connected with the Teflon hose through a flange;
the air exhaust device comprises an exhaust fan, a main exhaust pipeline, a liquid medicine tank auxiliary exhaust outlet and air filter cotton, wherein the exhaust fan is connected above the outer frame of the overturning platform through the main exhaust pipeline; the liquid medicine tank auxiliary exhaust pipeline is connected between the main exhaust pipeline and the liquid medicine tank, and the air filter cotton is arranged in the main exhaust pipeline;
the hot air unit comprises a hot air blower, a wind power discharge pipeline and an air outlet, the hot air blower is in flexible connection with the wind power discharge pipeline, and the wind power discharge pipeline is connected to the lower side of the outer frame of the overturning platform and is connected with the inside of the upper side of the water receiving tray; the wind power discharge pipeline is provided with an air outlet which faces the overturning platform and inclines upwards;
clamping the mold by using a mold clamping device and releasing the clamping device of the overturning platform, sending an operation instruction by a control system, driving a motor reducer to work by an overturning motor, and clamping an output shaft by a pneumatic clutch through high air pressure to enable the overturning platform to rotate; the concave surface of the mould is turned upwards, and after the concave surface is turned in place, the concave surface of the mould extends out of a cylinder connecting rod of the lifting cover plate to a fixed pulley block to act, so that the lifting cover plate descends to the turning table; after the mold is descended to the proper position, the exhaust device starts to work, the liquid medicine conveying pipeline is opened, the pneumatic diaphragm pump set works, the first electromagnetic valve set and the second electromagnetic valve set are matched to open and close, liquid medicine is discharged from one end of the two Teflon hoses after liquid filling of the mold reaches the detection position of the liquid level sensor, the liquid medicine is recovered from one side of the two Teflon hoses, the liquid medicine is circulated in the mold, residues of the recovered liquid medicine can be filtered out through the Y-shaped filter, the liquid medicine is recovered from the two Teflon hoses when the residues reach the high limit position of the liquid level sensor, the liquid medicine is filled into the liquid level sensor when the residues reach the low limit position of the liquid level sensor, the cleaning liquid level in the mold can be always kept in the cleaning process of the mold, and; the filtered substance will remain in the Y-shaped filter and will not return to the liquid medicine tank; after the liquid medicine in the mold is completely recovered, the lifting cover plate is lifted, after the liquid medicine is in place, the overturning platform is overturned to pour the residual liquid medicine into the water receiving tray below, the overturning platform is rotated again to rotate the overturning platform to a drying angle, the hot air unit starts to work, the mold is dried by high hot air discharged by the hot air machine, and after the set drying time is reached, the overturning platform is rotated to a mold leading-out angle and is butted and connected out by the transfer trolley;
the temperature of the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine tank is fed back to the control system in real time through the temperature sensor, if the temperature of the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine tank is lower than the set temperature, the heater works, and the heater stops working after the set temperature is reached; after the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine tank reaches the cleaning times, the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine tank is discharged by butting the Teflon hose and the liquid medicine pipe of the recovery vehicle, or is discharged by a hand valve at the lower side of the liquid medicine tank into a water receiving tray of the liquid medicine tank for dilution and discharge.
2. The automatic mold cleaning and drying system of claim 1, wherein the flipping table unit, the liquid medicine conveying pipeline, the liquid medicine tank, the air exhaust device and the lifting cover plate unit are all made of corrosion-resistant metal.
