Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of grinding tools, in particular to a self-cleaning dustproof sand screen. The self-cleaning dustproof sand screen comprises a base material coated with an adhesive and particle components for planting the adhesive layer of the base material through a linear particle emitter. Before sand planting through the linear particle emitter, particle components are atomized, and then the linear particle emitter is used for emitting particle mist. The linear particle emitter emits particle fog in multiple directions and at multiple angles. Therefore, the dispersion effect of the particle components is good, and the particle components and the adhesive on the linear base material can be uniformly distributed and more comprehensively wrapped. The grinding tool has the characteristics of simple preparation process, low production cost and suitability for large-scale production.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of grinding tools, in particular to a self-cleaning dustproof sand screen.
Background
In the production of linear base material grinding tools and high polymer sand nets, in the traditional sand planting process, the compound glue cannot be effectively coated on the middle bottom of a sand point, abrasive materials cannot be effectively solidified, and multi-angle wrapping of yarns or linear base materials cannot be realized.
In the prior art, a roller coating method is adopted for gluing, the front side of the yarn can only be glued by roller coating, the glue transfer mode is only surface-to-point transfer and can be transferred to the adhesive only by contacting, and the adhesive cannot exist if no contact point exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a self-cleaning dustproof sand net aiming at the defects of the prior art, which can ensure that particles are more firmly adhered to a base material, and ensure that grinding materials and adhesives on a linear base material are uniformly distributed and more comprehensively wrapped, so that the grinding surface is larger.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the self-cleaning dustproof sand screen comprises a base material coated with an adhesive and particle components for planting sand on the adhesive layer of the base material through a linear particle emitter.
Before the linear particle emitter is used for planting sand, the particle components are atomized, and then the linear particle emitter is used for emitting particle fog.
The linear particle emitter emits particle fog in multiple angles and directions.
The aperture of the emission hole of the linear particle emitter is 0.5-9 μm.
The particle components comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight:
preferably, the particle component comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
more preferably, the particle component comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the modifier is water-based polyurethane or acrylic resin.
The solvent is ethanol or acetone.
The additive is anti-settling agent polyvinyl alcohol.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention provides a self-cleaning dustproof sand screen which comprises a base material coated with an adhesive and particle components for planting sand on an adhesive layer of the base material through a linear particle emitter.
(2) The self-cleaning dustproof sand screen provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple preparation process and low production cost, and can be suitable for large-scale production.
