As shown in figure 1, the filter screen for separating air in a pipeline is made of plastic, is of an injection molding integrated structure and comprises a mesh-shaped substrate 1 formed by crossing a longitudinal substrate strip 10 and a transverse substrate strip 11; the crossing position of the longitudinal base strip 10 and the transverse base strip 11 is a cross joint 12, the side of the cross joint 12 is provided with corner columns 13, and the corner columns 13 are arranged on the reticular base 1 in an array mode.
The plastic material of the filter screen is made of nylon, polyethylene, reinforced ABS, polyformaldehyde and other plastic materials, has certain high temperature resistance, can be subjected to injection molding, is simple in process compared with a metal net, is quick to mold, low in cost and good in corrosion resistance in an aqueous medium, and is tough, can be bent, and is suitable for application of more pipeline specifications through combined deformation.
The longitudinal base strips 10 and the transverse base strips 11 cross to form the net-shaped base 1, the meshes of the net-shaped base 1 are square, and the cross joints 12 are on the same surface with the longitudinal base strips 10 and the transverse base strips 11.
