Background
The enema administration refers to an administration method of delivering a drug into an intestinal tube through an anus, rapidly absorbing the drug into the general circulation through the rectal mucosa, and exerting drug effects to treat systemic or local diseases.
However, such a conventional enema dispenser has problems in practical operation as follows: most of the intestinal tubes only have an outlet at the end part, and the liquid medicine can be discharged from the end part of the intestinal tube only, so that the medicine application effect is influenced; although the side wall of part of the intestinal canal is also provided with an outlet, the outlet is fixed, so that circumferential administration is inconvenient, administration is not uniform, and the treatment effect is influenced. Therefore, the intestinal canal needs to be rotated many times, but the action of rotating the intestinal canal is easy to stimulate the intestinal wall, so that the defecation of a patient is caused, the medicine application is failed, and unnecessary troubles are caused.

Detailed Description
An enema dispenser as shown in fig. 1 to 4 is used to administer a rectal enema to a patient. The main body part of the medical syringe comprises a cylindrical communicating head 1 extending along the left-right direction, the left end face of the communicating head 1 is closed, a connecting pipe 2 is arranged at the top of the communicating head 1, an outer pipe 3 is arranged at the right end of the communicating head 1, as shown in figure 4, the connecting pipe 2 is used for being connected with an injector 12, specifically, the upper end of the connecting pipe 2 is directly connected with an injection nipple of the injector 12, and in order to avoid that the medicine flows backwards when the injector 12 is taken down, a sealing plug 13 is further arranged at the upper end of the connecting pipe 2. The outer tube 3 is a portion of the present invention which extends into the body of a patient, that is, an enema main body.
As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of first side holes 4 are formed in a side wall of the right section of the outer tube 3, and a first end hole is formed in a right end face of the outer tube 3. The conventional enemator discharges the medicine directly through the first side hole 4 and the first end hole in such a manner that the circumferential administration is achieved, it is inevitable to rotate the outer tube 3, which causes a large irritation to the rectum and causes defecation. Therefore, the invention adopts the mode that the inner pipe 5 matched with the outer pipe 3 is arranged in the outer pipe 3, the inner pipe 5 is in running fit with the outer pipe 3, a plurality of second side holes 8 are arranged on the side wall of the right section of the inner pipe 5, and a second end hole is arranged on the right end face of the inner pipe 5. The position of the second side hole 8 is changed by the rotation of the inner tube 5, thereby achieving circumferential administration.
Therefore, the left end of the inner pipe 5 extends out of the left end face of the communication head 1, the left end portion of the inner pipe 5 is provided with the screwing head 6, and the screwing head 6 is screwed by hands during use to drive the inner pipe 5 to rotate. In order to prevent the drug from leaking out of the left end of the communication head 1, as shown in fig. 2, a rubber sealing ring 11 is arranged between the left end of one section of the inner tube 5 in the communication head 1 and the inner side wall of the communication head 1. The first side hole 4 is a C-shaped bar hole extending along the circumferential direction of the outer tube 3 to obtain a larger adjustment range of the second side hole 8. The first side holes 4 are arranged in two groups, and the two groups of first side holes 4 are symmetrically distributed on the side wall of the outer tube 3. The second side holes 8 correspond to the first side holes 4 one by one, and the second side holes 8 are circular.
During the use process, the internal part of the body formed by the outer tube 3 and the inner tube 5 is firstly inserted into the anus, then the injection nipple of the injector 12 is inserted into the upper end of the connecting tube 2, the injector 12 is pushed to push out the medicines such as liquid medicine, ointment and the like from the injector 12, the medicines enter the inner tube 5 through the communicating head 1 and the communicating hole 7 in sequence, and finally are discharged from the second side hole 8, the first side hole 4 or the second end hole and the first end hole to enter the rectum. Meanwhile, in order to limit the insertion length of the outer tube 3, the rubber positioning block 10 is sleeved outside the outer tube 3, scale marks are arranged on the side wall of the outer tube 3, the insertion length is observed through the scale marks, the insertion depth is limited through the rubber positioning block 10, and the pesticide application is more accurate.
