Description

Telescopic anti-acupuncture injection needle
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of injection needles, in particular to a telescopic anti-acupuncture injection needle.
Background
At present, a technology of sucking a medicine with a disposable syringe and performing intramuscular injection is widely used in hospitals. However, most disposable syringes in the market at present cannot be used for one time really, and if the syringes are used repeatedly, diseases are easily spread among different people, cross infection is caused, and the health of the public is harmed; in addition, after the traditional syringe is used, the needle head is exposed outside, so that the needle head is easy to cause needle stick injury to medical staff, psychological panic of the medical staff can be caused, and even diseases can be seriously infected. Unsafe injection of a disposable syringe causes injuries to medical staff to different degrees due to occupational exposure of the medical staff while bringing infection and spreading diseases. In addition, general medical personnel can directly abandon the syringe in sharp ware receiver after the injection finishes, then send to the waste product station and handle, and the syringe needle that is stained with blood in this process has increased the pollution risk that blood leaks outward always to expose in the air, also probably causes the pollution in the waste product is handled moreover.
In response to this problem, spring-loaded anti-needle syringes are available on the market. After the injection is finished, the piston is continuously pushed, the spring mechanism is triggered, and the injection needle is rebounded to the syringe. Although effective in preventing needle stick injuries, there are a number of disadvantages:
1. false triggering is likely to occur. When the liquid medicine is sucked, the piston needs to be pushed to the zero scale line to exhaust air in the needle cylinder, so that the false triggering is easy to occur, the waste of medical equipment is caused, the time of medical workers is wasted, and the optimal injection time is even delayed;
2. when the spring rebounds the injection needle back to the needle cylinder, the vibration can be caused, and the injection needle is still in the body of a patient at the moment, so that the pain of the patient can be aggravated;
3. the spring type structure is complex, the manufacturing cost is high, and the burden of a patient is increased.
