Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment discloses a method for manufacturing a disposable absorbent article, including steps S210 to S220.
S210, preparing the surface layer 9, the absorption layer 11 and the bottom layer 12 sequentially through a surface layer treatment device, an absorption layer treatment device and a bottom layer treatment device.
Wherein, prepare face layer 9 through face layer processing apparatus, include:
the coating roller 3 which is pre-stained with the water repellent agent prints the water repellent agent on the original non-woven fabric covered on the outer surface of the non-woven fabric roller 5 which rotates relative to the coating roller 3 through axial rotation, and a surface layer 9 comprising at least one water repellent area is obtained.
The applicator roll 3 is a cylindrical machine member that is used for coating operations and is rotatable on the machine. The axial rotation is clockwise or counterclockwise about the axis of the cylindrical member of the application roller 3.
Preferably, the coating roll 3 may be provided with at least one protrusion 4, more preferably, the coating roll 3 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 4, the protrusions 4 are arranged along the outer surface of the coating roll 3 at intervals, one protrusion 4 stained with a water repellent agent is printed on the non-woven fabric to form a water repellent area, the shape or size of each protrusion 4 may be the same or different, and the protrusions are located on the side wall of the coating roll 3 and may be arranged at regular intervals or irregular intervals, which is not limited in the present application.
In practical application, the protrusions 4 which are pre-stained with the water repellent agent are printed on the non-woven fabric covered on the outer surface of the non-woven fabric roller 5 which rotates relative to the coating roller 3 along with the rotation of the coating roller 3, so that the non-woven fabric comprising at least one water repellent area is obtained.
A nonwoven fabric roll 5 is a cylindrical member for subjecting nonwoven fabric to water-repellent treatment and rotatable on a machine, and the nonwoven fabric roll 5 can convey the original nonwoven fabric to water-repellent treatment by means of rotation of one or more nonwoven fabric conveying rolls 6. The raw nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric which has not been subjected to water repellency treatment.
The coating roller 3 and the non-woven fabric roller 5 are adjacent to each other and rotate relatively, for example, in the case that the coating roller 3 rotates counterclockwise, the non-woven fabric roller 5 rotates clockwise, when the protrusions 4 on the coating roller 3 rotate to the position contacting with the non-woven fabric roller 5, the water repellent agent stained on the protrusions 4 is printed on the non-woven fabric by the relative force between the coating roller 3 and the non-woven fabric roller 5, and a water repellent area is formed.
The method for performing water repellency treatment on the non-woven fabric is simple, convenient and quick to operate, waste of the water repellent agent can be avoided, resources are saved, the formed water repellent area is stable, and the water repellent effect is good.
Further, the method for water-repellent treatment of a nonwoven fabric according to this embodiment may further include the steps of:
the liquid feeding roller 1 is stained with a water repellent agent through axial rotation, and the water repellent agent is transferred to a sponge roller 2 which rotates relative to the liquid feeding roller 1; the sponge roll 2, which is contaminated with the water repellent agent, transfers the water repellent agent to the applicator roll 3, which rotates relative to the sponge roll 2, by rotating axially.

When the liquid feeding roller 1 sucks the water repellent agent from the water repellent agent pool 8 and the part sucking the water repellent agent is transferred to the position contacting with the sponge roller 2, the water repellent agent sucked by the liquid feeding roller 1 is transferred to the sponge roller 2 through the relative acting force between the two parts.
The above-mentioned sponge roller 2 and the application roller 3 are in adjacent positions and rotate relatively, and for example, in the case where the sponge roller 2 rotates clockwise, the application roller 3 rotates counterclockwise. When the part of the sponge roller 2 which absorbs the water repellent agent is transferred to the position which is contacted with the coating roller 3, the projections 4 arranged on the coating roller 3 are used for staining the water repellent agent by extruding the sponge which is saturated with the water repellent agent on the sponge roller 2, and the subsequent water repellent treatment step is continued.
According to the water repellent treatment method of the non-woven fabric, the water repellent agent is absorbed by the liquid feeding roller 1, then is transferred to the coating roller 3 through the sponge roller 2, and finally is printed on the non-woven fabric to form the water repellent area, so that the utilization rate of the water repellent agent can be improved, the uniform contamination of the coating roller 3 is facilitated, and the problem that the non-woven fabric water repellent area is not uniform due to the non-uniform contamination of the water repellent agent of the coating roller 3 is avoided.
