Abstract
The invention provides a knee joint prosthesis comprising: the tibia gasket is arranged on the tibia platform; and the locking assembly is arranged on the tibial platform and/or the tibial gasket and is used for locking the tibial gasket on the tibial platform. The knee joint prosthesis solves the problem that the connection between the tibial plateau and the tibial gasket in the prior art is unreliable.

The knee joint prosthesis in this embodiment further includes a link assembly 40, the link assembly 40 being hinged to the locking assembly, preferably, the link assembly includes two opposing linkage sets, the first linkage set and the second linkage set being connected to the first locking portion and the second locking portion, respectively, for simultaneously driving the first locking portion and the second locking portion to move by simultaneously driving the first linkage set and the second linkage set to move.

a first link group (41), the first link group (41) being connected to the first locking portion (31);
a second linkage (42), the second linkage (42) being connected to the second locking portion (32);
wherein the first linkage (41) and the second linkage (42) simultaneously drive the first locking portion (31) and the second locking portion (32) to move relatively close to or away from each other.

The knee joint prosthesis according to claim 4, characterized in that the tibial insert (20) is provided with a drive portion (21) such that when the tibial insert (20) is coupled to the tibial plateau (10), the drive portion (21) drives the linkage assembly (40) to move so as to move the locking assembly (30) towards the locking position.
