Background
Kitchen utensils are a common name for kitchen utensils. Kitchen appliances mainly include the following 5 general categories: the first type is a storage appliance; the second category is washing appliances; the third category is conditioning appliances; the fourth category is cooking utensils; the fifth category is eating utensils. With the increase of the kinds of kitchen utensils, a kitchen utensil box for placing kitchen utensils is widely used.
The existing kitchen ware box for placing kitchen ware has certain problems in use, when the kitchen ware box is used, effective cleaning of a dinner basin is difficult to realize, bacteria can generate much dust when accumulated for a long time, certain aesthetic problems can be brought, diet safety is influenced, self health is threatened, the working difficulty is high, the existing kitchen ware placing frame is troublesome to disassemble and install when the kitchen ware placing frame is used, because a protection fence on one side of the placing frame is mostly of a welded or integrated structure, the kitchen ware placing frame is difficult to clean and difficult to install and maintain, because the size of a cutter groove is fixed, cutters with different sizes cannot be matched, the cutter shaking is large when the cutter is placed, the potential safety hazard is high, meanwhile, the instability of the cutter can increase the friction between the cutter and the placing frame, the service life of the cutter is prolonged, and certain economic loss is brought, therefore, a novel kitchen ware placing frame is provided, and knives with different sizes can be clamped and fixed.
Therefore, aiming at the technical problems that the existing kitchen utensil box does not have the capabilities of realizing self-adaption storage of cutters with different sizes and effectively cleaning dinner basins with different sizes, the existing structure and the existing deficiency are researched and improved, and the novel kitchen utensil box is provided and can solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a kitchen ware box, which solves the technical problems that in the prior art, the kitchen ware box cannot realize self-adaptive clamping storage of cutters with different sizes, and can realize effective cleaning capability on dinner basins with different sizes.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a kitchen ware box, which comprises a shell and a middle shaft, wherein the front side surface of the shell is provided with an electric cylinder controller and a human body inductor, the shell is internally provided with a cutter storage device and a dinner basin storage device, the cutter storage device comprises an electric motor, a second electric cylinder and a first spacer, the bottom of the electric motor is fixed on the front side surface inside the shell, the power output end of the electric motor is provided with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is connected with an action shaft through a coupling, the right side of the action shaft is fixedly provided with a cutter placing plate through welding, a cutter storage chamber is arranged below the placing plate, the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the cutter storage chamber are respectively provided with a front magnetic strip and a rear magnetic strip, and the dinner basin storage device comprises a cross bar and a dinner basin placing plate, the limiting block is arranged on the cross rod and can move along the length direction of the cross rod, the lower side of the limiting block is fixedly connected with the rotator through a third series of bolt groups, and the lower end of the rotator is provided with an extension rod.
The front side of the cutter placing plate is provided with an inductor, the top of the inductor is provided with a piezoresistor, the inductor comprises a fixed resistor and a motor controller, the fixed resistor and the motor controller are connected in parallel through a wire and then connected in series with the piezoresistor, and the piezoresistor is connected in series with a power supply and a switch through a wire. The motor, the first electric cylinder, the second electric cylinder, the water tank and the like are all assembled by the existing equipment, and therefore specific models and specifications are not described repeatedly.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the components of the kitchen ware box are reliably connected, the detection and maintenance are very convenient, the realization cost is low, and the motor, the first electric cylinder, the second electric cylinder, the water tank and the like which are involved in the equipment are all assembled by the existing equipment, so that the kitchen ware box is beneficial to popularization and application in the future kitchen field;
2. the kitchen ware box provided by the invention innovatively utilizes the piezoresistor, the inductor, the first spacer and the like to realize the self-adaptive clamping storage of the cutters with different sizes, and solves the technical problems that the cutters cannot be matched with the cutters with different sizes due to the fixed size of the cutter groove in the prior art, so that the cutters shake greatly when the cutters are placed, and a larger potential safety hazard exists, in particular, the inductor is arranged on the front side surface of the cutter placing plate, the piezoresistor is arranged at the top of the inductor, after the cutters are placed on the cutter placing plate, the cutters press the piezoresistor, the self-resistor is reduced after the piezoresistor is pressed, the voltage obtained at two ends of the piezoresistor is reduced, the piezoresistor is connected with the fixed resistor in series, the voltage obtained at two ends of the fixed resistor is increased, the motor controller is connected with the fixed resistor in parallel, and when the voltage reaches the rated power of the motor controller, the motor controller controls the motor to work, power is transmitted to the cutter placing plate through the rotating shaft, the coupling and the action shaft, the cutter placing plate rotates, a cutter falls into the cutter storing chamber, the left side of the cutter storing chamber is provided with a first spacer comprising a central shaft, the front side and the rear side of the central shaft are respectively provided with a front arm and a rear arm, the outer end parts of the front arm and the rear arm are respectively provided with a front iron block and a rear iron block, the middles of the front arm and the rear arm are provided with a tightener, a front shrinkage rod and a rear shrinkage rod which are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the tightener are respectively connected with the inner sides of the front arm and the rear arm, the inner sides of the front iron block and the rear iron block are respectively contacted with the front end and the rear end of the limiting plate, after the cutter falls into the cutter storing chamber, the right sides of the front iron block and the rear iron block of the first spacer are contacted with the left side surface of the cutter, the second electric cylinder pushes the stretching rod, the connecting shaft and the pushing block to move rightwards, the push block pushes the first spacer and the cutter to move rightwards in the cutter storage chamber, the front magnetic stripe and the rear magnetic stripe arranged on the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the cutter storage chamber generate attraction force on the front iron block and the rear iron block respectively arranged at the outer end parts of the front arm and the rear arm, the front arm and the rear arm are opened after overcoming the tension force of the tightener, the outer sides of the front iron block and the rear iron block are respectively contacted with the inner sides of the front magnetic stripe and the rear magnetic stripe, the cutter reaches the rightmost rear part of the cutter storage chamber (refer to figure 12), the stretching rod moves leftwards under the control of the second electric cylinder, the first spacer does not move leftwards along with the extension rod due to the attraction of the front magnetic strip and the rear magnetic strip, so that the self-adaptive clamping storage of the cutters with different scales is realized, and in addition, after the first spacer moves rightwards, under the pushing action of the pushing arm of the spring cylinder, the second spacer is pushed upwards to be used after the next cutter is put in.
3. The kitchen ware box is innovatively characterized in that the fixing of dinner basins of different sizes can be realized through the matching of an action disc, a first action arm, a second action arm, a third action arm and a fourth action arm, the dinner basins can be effectively cleaned and stored through a water tank and a storage chamber which are arranged on the right side after being fixed, particularly, a fixed disc is fixedly welded in the middle of an extension rod, an upper disc is arranged on the upper side of the fixed disc, an action disc is arranged below the fixed disc and is in threaded fit with the extension rod, the periphery of the upper disc is connected with the tops of the first action arm, the second action arm, the third action arm and the fourth action arm, the periphery of the action disc is in contact with the middles of the first action arm, the second action arm, the third action arm and the fourth action arm, a cleaning chamber is arranged on the right side of a dinner basin placing plate, a limiting shaft is fixedly welded on the right side of the top surface of the cleaning chamber, the periphery of the limiting shaft is matched with the inner periphery of the movable plate, the right side of the top surface of the movable plate is provided with a water tank, the right side of the water tank is provided with a pipeline, the lower side of the pipeline is provided with a first spray head and a second spray head, the right side of the cleaning chamber is provided with a storage chamber, the right side of the storage chamber is connected with a rotating door through a rotating shaft, a dinner basin to be cleaned is placed on the left side of the dinner basin placing plate, a rotator works to drive an extension rod to rotate, the lower side of the extension rod is in threaded fit with an action disc, the rotation of the extension rod drives the action disc to move upwards, the periphery of the action disc is contacted with the middle parts of a first action arm, a second action arm, a third action arm and a fourth action arm, so that the first action arm, the second action arm, the third action arm and the fourth action arm are pushed to be opened in the dinner basin to fix, the limiting block moves rightwards along the cross rod to place the dinner basin in the cleaning chamber, the movable plate rotates around the limiting shaft, the first spray head and the second spray head are used for spraying water out of the interior of the water tank to clean the dinner basin, and the cleaned dinner basin can be placed in the storage chamber for storage.
4. The kitchen ware box can automatically lift a shell to facilitate the use of a user after sensing the approach of the user, and automatically open a left curtain and a right curtain on the shell, when the user leaves, the shell descends to save space, the left curtain and the right curtain are closed to avoid dust from entering, concretely, the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the shell are respectively fixedly provided with a left half shaft and a right half shaft by welding, the lower sides of the left half shaft and the right half shaft are respectively connected with a second oblique arm and a first oblique arm, the middle parts of the second oblique arm and the first oblique arm are matched with the middle shaft, the front side and the rear side of the bottom surface of the first oblique arm are respectively provided with a third universal wheel and a first universal wheel, the front side and the rear side of the bottom surface of the second oblique arm are respectively provided with a fourth universal wheel and a second universal wheel, the upper side of the middle shaft and the bottom of a control rod are fixedly connected with a control rod arranged at the bottom of a first electric cylinder by welding, the upper side of the first electric cylinder is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the shell by welding, the rear side of the intermediate shaft is fixedly connected with the bottom of the intermediate plate by welding, the top of the intermediate plate is fixedly connected with the middle of the transverse pulling plate by welding, the left side and the right side of the top surface of the transverse pulling plate are fixedly connected with the bottoms of the left longitudinal plate and the right longitudinal plate by welding respectively, the top surfaces of the left longitudinal plate and the right longitudinal plate are respectively connected with the bottoms of the left blind and the right blind, the left blind and the right blind are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the top surface of the shell, the left side of the right blind is pasted with a sealing strip, after a user approaches the device, a human body sensor arranged at the front side surface of the shell senses the approach of the user and sends a signal to an electric cylinder controller, the electric cylinder controller controls the first electric cylinder to work, a control rod pushes the intermediate shaft to move downwards, a second inclined arm and an included angle between the first inclined arms is reduced, the height of the shell is increased for the convenience of the user, meanwhile, the middle shaft is connected with the middle plate, the middle plate pulls the left longitudinal plate and the right longitudinal plate to move downwards, the left longitudinal plate and the right longitudinal plate pull the left curtain and the right curtain which are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the top surface of the shell to be opened, the function of automatically opening the left curtain and the right curtain for a user to use is realized, the shell descends to save space after the user leaves, and the left curtain and the right curtain are closed to avoid dust entering.

Further, when the cutter 47 is placed on the cutter placing plate 13, the cutter 47 presses the varistor 14, the varistor 14 is pressed and then the self-resistance thereof is reduced, the varistor 14 is connected in series with the fixed resistor 18, and further the voltage obtained at both ends of the fixed resistor 18 is increased, the motor controller 19 is connected in parallel with the fixed resistor 18, and when the voltage reaches the rated power of the motor controller 19, the motor controller 19 controls the motor 9 to operate, and the power is transmitted to the cutter placing plate 13 through the rotating shaft 10, the coupling 11, and the operating shaft 12, and the cutter placing plate 13 rotates, so that the cutter 47 falls into the cutter storing chamber 48.

Referring to fig. 6 to 10, after the cutter 47 falls into the cutter storage chamber 48, the right sides of the front iron block 31 and the rear iron block 32 of the first spacer 46 contact the left side surface of the cutter 47, the second electric cylinder 20 pushes the extension rod 22, the connecting shaft 26 and the push block 27 to move to the right, the push block 27 pushes the first spacer 46 and the cutter 47 to move to the right in the cutter storage chamber 48, the front magnetic strips 44 and the rear magnetic strips 45 arranged on the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the cutter storage chamber 48 generate attraction forces on the front iron block 31 and the rear iron block 32 respectively arranged on the outer end portions of the front arm 29 and the rear arm 30, the front arm 29 and the rear arm 30 are opened against the tension force of the tightener 34, the outer sides of the front iron block 31 and the rear iron block 32 respectively contact the inner sides of the front magnetic strips 44 and the rear magnetic strips 45, referring to fig. 10, after the cutter 47 reaches the rightmost side of the cutter storage chamber 48, the extension rod 22 moves to the left under the control of the second electric cylinder 20, the first spacer 46 does not move leftwards along with the extension pull rod 22 due to the attraction force of the front magnetic strip 44 and the rear magnetic strip 45, so that the self-adaptive clamping storage of cutters 47 with different sizes is realized, and in addition, after the first spacer 46 moves rightwards, the second spacer 42 is pushed upwards under the pushing action of the pushing arm 37 of the spring cylinder 38.
The middle part of the extension rod 53 is fixedly provided with a fixed disc 55 through welding, the upper side of the fixed disc 55 is provided with an upper disc 54, an action disc 56 is arranged below the fixed disc 55, the action disc 56 is in threaded fit with the extension rod 53, the periphery of the upper disc 54 is connected with the tops of a first action arm 57, a second action arm 58, a third action arm 59 and a fourth action arm 60, and the periphery of the action disc 56 is contacted with the middle parts of the first action arm 57, the second action arm 58, the third action arm 59 and the fourth action arm 60.
