the image recognition device 42 is disposed on the housing 41 or inside the housing 41 (for example, on an inner wall of the baking chamber), and is configured to collect image information of the food to be baked in the baking chamber, and recognize the image information to obtain recognition information of the food to be baked, where the recognition information includes a type of the food to be baked and a baking process color characteristic value of the food to be baked; the number of the image recognition devices 42 may be one or two, and the present embodiment is not limited with respect to the number of the image recognition devices 42.
The selection button 43 is arranged outside the shell 41, the selection button 43 is provided with a plurality of gears, and each gear is associated and mapped with the target baking taste and the target baking color of the baked food corresponding to the gear;
the control device 44 is electrically connected with the image recognition device 42 and the selection button 43, and the control device 44 adjusts the baking parameters of the baking equipment by triggering the selected gear and the identification information of the image recognition device as follows:
judging whether the type of the baked food in the identification information belongs to a food type with a preset color, wherein the color of the food type with the preset color changes in a gradient manner along with the baking time in the baking process;
if so, calling a target baking color corresponding to the triggered gear according to the association mapping, and adjusting baking parameters of the baking equipment according to the color change of the baking process of the baked food until the current baking process color of the baked food reaches the target baking color.
If the type of the food to be baked is judged not to belong to the type of the food with the preset color, the control device 44 is further configured to control the baking equipment according to the baking parameter corresponding to the triggered gear.
In this embodiment, the control device 44 specifically refers to the first embodiment or the second embodiment for the control process of the baking parameters of the baking device, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
The baking device provided by the embodiment is specifically instantiated, and the embodiment further provides a toaster, the structure of which comprises a housing 41, an image recognition device 42, a selection button 43 and a control device 44, and the schematic diagram of the toaster is shown in fig. 5, and the structural diagram of the toaster is shown in fig. 6.
Two baking chambers 45 are provided in the housing 41, and a baking rack is provided in each baking chamber 45, and the bread pieces are baked by the baking rack.
The image recognition device 42 is a camera with recognition function, and is disposed on the housing 41 or on the inner wall of the baking cavity 45, and is configured to collect image information of the toasted bread slice in the baking cavity 45, and recognize the image information to obtain the recognition information of the toasted bread slice, for example, the image recognition device 42 may adopt a camera with an SC6531 model or an MT6261 model.
A selection button 43 is provided outside the housing 41, the selection button 43 being provided with a number of gears for characterizing a target toasting taste and a target toasting color of the slice of bread to be toasted.
The control device 44 is electrically connected to the image recognition device 42 and the selection button 43, the control device 44 controls the toaster to toast the toasted slice of bread to the target toasting taste and the target toasting color by triggering the selected gear and the recognition information of the image recognition device 42, and the specific control process for controlling the toaster to toast the toasted slice of bread to the target toasting taste and the target toasting color by the control device 44 refers to the toasting control method of the first embodiment, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
Because of having added image recognition device 42 in the toaster, in order to prevent that outside ambient light from to being shone the bread slice, in order to influence image recognition device 42 to the recognition result of toasting the bread slice, furthermore, the toaster of this embodiment still includes shading portion 46, shading portion 46 is used for hiding the opening of toasting chamber 45, for example, shading portion 46 can be a light screen that matches with the opening size of toasting chamber 45, when the bread slice gets into toasting chamber 45 inside, locate the opening of toasting chamber 45 through manual with this shading plate lid, in order to avoid the influence when different light in the external world gathered the bread slice image to image recognition device 42. Meanwhile, the light shielding portion 46 can also function as a dust shield.
Further, the toaster provided by the present embodiment further includes an illumination device 47, the illumination device 47 is disposed in the housing 1, a light source emitted by the illumination device 47 is combined with a light source generated when the heating device of the toaster operates to perform light source compensation on the image recognition device 42, the illumination device 47 may employ an LED lamp or other devices, the illumination device may be integrally installed with the image recognition device 42 to form a component, or may be installed at another suitable location, and when the image recognition device 42 operates, the illumination device 47 also starts to perform illumination operation. By adding the lighting device 47, the recognition rate of the image recognition device 42 can be improved, and the problem of low recognition rate of the image recognition device 42 caused by a dark environment can be avoided.
In other embodiments, instead of the lighting device 47, the corresponding light source compensation may be performed based on the red light emitted by the heating device (e.g., heating wire) of the toaster itself, and the red light is filtered out during the image processing.
Further, in order to avoid the influence of the temperature of the baking chamber 45 on the image recognition device 42 and to enable the image recognition device 42 to operate in a temperature stable environment, the toaster provided in this embodiment further includes a heat insulation component, which may be a combination of foam and heat insulation glass, and the heat insulation component is disposed between the image recognition device 42 and the housing 41 and used for heat insulation of the image recognition device 42.

For a person skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions, modifications or substitutions may be made according to the idea of the invention.
Claims (15)
1. A baking control method of baking equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining controlled gear information of the baked food, wherein the controlled gear information is associated and mapped with a target baking taste and a target baking color corresponding to the controlled gear information;
identifying the type of food to be baked;
judging whether the type of the baked food belongs to a food type with a preset color, wherein the color of the food type with the preset color changes in a gradient manner along with the change of baking time in the baking process;
if so, calling a target baking color corresponding to the controlled gear information according to the association mapping, and adjusting baking parameters of baking equipment according to the color change of the baking process of the baked food until the color of the current baking process of the baked food reaches the target baking color.
2. The baking control method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjusting of the baking parameters of the baking device according to the color change of the baked food in the baking process comprises the following steps:
acquiring baking process image information of baked food in the inner cavity of the baking equipment in real time;
identifying the baking process image information, and acquiring a baking process color characteristic value of the baked food;
and comparing the characteristic value of the baking process color with the characteristic value of the target baking color, and adjusting the baking parameters of the baking equipment according to the comparison result until the current baking process color of the baked food reaches the target baking color.
3. The baking control method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising controlling the baking device according to the baking parameters corresponding to the controlled gear information if it is determined that the food to be baked does not belong to the food type with the preset color.
4. The baking control method as claimed in claim 2, further comprising collecting temperature information in the baking device in real time, and further comprising adjusting baking parameters of the baking device according to the temperature information in combination with the comparison result.
5. The baking control method of claim 1, further comprising identifying surface state information of the baked food, determining whether the surface state information is in a frost state, if so, adjusting an initial baking parameter of the baking device according to the surface state information, and controlling the baking device to initially heat the baked food through the initial baking parameter so as to enable the baked food to be in a unfrozen state.
6. A roasting control apparatus for a roasting device, comprising:
the identification module is used for acquiring image information of the baked food in the baking equipment and acquiring identification information of the baked food based on the image information, wherein the identification information comprises the type of the baked food and the baking process color characteristic value of the baked food;
the control module is in electric signal connection with the identification module and is used for acquiring the identification information and executing the following operations to adjust the baking parameters of the baking equipment based on the identification information:
obtaining controlled gear information of the baked food, wherein the controlled gear information is associated and mapped with a target baking taste and a target baking color corresponding to the controlled gear information;
judging whether the type of the baked food in the identification information belongs to a food type with a preset color, wherein the color of the food type with the preset color changes in a gradient manner along with the baking time in the baking process;
if so, calling a target baking color corresponding to the controlled gear information according to the association mapping, and adjusting baking parameters of the baking equipment according to the color change of the baking process of the baked food until the color of the current baking process of the baked food reaches the target baking color.
7. The roasting control device of claim 6, wherein if it is determined that the type of the roasted food does not belong to a preset color food type, the control module is further configured to control the roasting equipment according to the roasting parameter corresponding to the controlled gear information.
8. The roasting control device of claim 6 or 7, further comprising a temperature acquisition module, wherein the temperature acquisition module is configured to acquire temperature information of the inner cavity of the roasting equipment and feed back the acquired temperature information to the control module in real time, and the control module is further configured to adjust the roasting parameters of the roasting equipment in combination with the temperature information.
9. The roasting control device of claim 6, wherein the identification information further includes surface state information of the roasted food, and the control module is further configured to determine whether the surface state information of the roasted food in the identification information is in a frost state, if so, adjust an initial roasting parameter of the roasting apparatus according to the surface state information, and control the roasting apparatus to initially heat the roasted food through the initial roasting parameter so as to enable the roasted food to be in a unfrozen state.
10. A toasting apparatus, comprising:
the baking oven comprises a shell, wherein a baking cavity is arranged in the shell;
the image recognition device is arranged on the shell or in the shell and used for acquiring image information of the baked food in the baking cavity and recognizing the image information to acquire recognition information of the baked food, wherein the recognition information comprises the type of the baked food and the color characteristic value of the baked food in the baking process;
the selection button is arranged outside the shell and provided with a plurality of gears, and each gear is associated and mapped with the target baking taste and the target baking color of the baked food corresponding to the gear;
the control device is in electric signal connection with the image recognition device and the selection button, and the control device executes the following operations to adjust the baking parameters of the baking equipment through the triggering of the selected gear and the recognition information of the image recognition device:
judging whether the type of the baked food in the identification information belongs to a food type with a preset color, wherein the color of the food type with the preset color changes in a gradient manner along with the baking time in the baking process;
if so, calling a target baking color corresponding to the triggered gear according to the association mapping, and adjusting baking parameters of the baking equipment according to the color change of the baking process of the baked food until the current baking process color of the baked food reaches the target baking color.
11. The toasting apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the control device is further configured to control the toasting apparatus according to the toasting parameter corresponding to the triggered gear if it is determined that the type of the toasted food does not belong to a predetermined color food type.
12. A toaster, comprising:
the baking oven comprises a shell, wherein a baking cavity is arranged in the shell;
the image recognition device is arranged on the shell or in the shell and used for acquiring the image information of the toasted bread slice in the toasting cavity and recognizing the image information to obtain the recognition information of the toasted bread slice, and the number of the image recognition devices is at least one;
the selection button is arranged outside the shell and provided with a plurality of gears, and the gears are used for representing the target baking taste and the target baking color of the baked slices of bread;
and the control device is in electric signal connection with the image recognition device and the selection button, and controls the toaster to toast toasted bread slices to the target toasting taste and the target toasting color through the triggering of the selected gear and the recognition information of the image recognition device.
13. The toaster as set forth in claim 12 further comprising a light shield for covering an opening of said toasting cavity.
14. The toaster as set forth in claim 12 further comprising an illumination device disposed on or within said housing, said illumination device emitting a light source that optically compensates said image recognition device in conjunction with a light source generated by a heat generating device of said toaster.
15. The toaster as set forth in claim 12 further comprising a thermal insulation assembly disposed between said image recognition device and said housing for insulating said image recognition device.
