wherein, the top of the juice receiving box 6 is also provided with a filter screen frame 702, the filter screen frame 702 is provided with a second filter screen 701, and the filter screen frame 702 can be directly taken down for cleaning or replacement, thus being fast and convenient.
Specifically, the rectangle frame 203 drives the movable plate 602 to move left and right through the second connecting rod 605, so that the juice receiving box 6 can move accordingly, juice is prevented from being filtered from a single area, and the filtering efficiency is ensured. In view of the secondary filtration of the juice, the pore size of the second screen 701 should be smaller than the pore size of the first screen 506.

Claims (10)
1. A fruit juice extracting device for fruit deep processing is characterized by comprising a frame, a blanking pipe (3), a juice extracting component and a reciprocating component (2);
the frame comprises a base (101), a vertical plate (102) and a first support plate (103), the vertical plate (102) is fixedly connected to the right end of the base (101), the left side of the vertical plate (102) is connected with the horizontal first support plate (103), and the left end of the first support plate (103) is connected with a vertically arranged blanking pipe (3) through a sliding rod (106);
a plurality of groups of juicing assemblies are arranged on the blanking pipe (3) at intervals from top to bottom; the juicing assembly comprises a first extrusion roller (3051) and a second extrusion roller (3052), the two extrusion rollers are symmetrically arranged, and the second extrusion roller (3052) is arranged on the right side of the first extrusion roller (3051);
the driving shaft of the first extrusion roller (3051) extends out of the blanking pipe (3) from the front and back direction and is provided with a first driving wheel (301), the driving shaft of the second extrusion roller (3052) also extends out of the blanking pipe (3) from the front and back direction and is provided with a second driving wheel (303), and the first driving wheel (301) and the second driving wheel (303) on the same side are in transmission connection through a first transmission belt (302); the outer end of the driving shaft of the second squeeze roller (3052) is also provided with a first gear (304), the first gear (304) is matched with the reciprocating component (2) and is driven by the reciprocating action of the reciprocating component (2), and then the two squeeze rollers are driven to work through transmission.

Juice extraction equipment for the further processing of fruit according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that said reciprocating assembly (2) comprises a servomotor, an incomplete gear (202), a rectangular frame (203), a sliding plate (206) and a rack (208); the servo motor is fixed on the left side of the vertical plate (102) through a motor base (201), the output end of the servo motor extends out from the front-back direction and is connected with an incomplete gear (202), the incomplete gear (202) is arranged in a rectangular frame (203), and teeth matched with the incomplete gear (202) are arranged on the inner sides of the upper edge and the lower edge of the rectangular frame (203); the left side of the rectangular frame (203) is connected with a sliding plate (206) through a push-pull rod (205); the top of the rectangular frame (203) is connected with a C-shaped sliding block (204), a T-shaped sliding rail (105) is arranged on the bottom surface of the first support plate (103), and the sliding block (204) is connected with the sliding rail (105) in a sliding mode; the rack frames (208) with the same number are arranged on the left side of the sliding plate (206) corresponding to the juicing components; the rack frame (208) is U-shaped, the blanking pipe (3) is surrounded by two support legs, and each support leg is composed of a first rack (2081) and matched with a first gear (304) on the corresponding side; the rectangular frame (203) reciprocates left and right along with the rotation of the incomplete gear (202), so that the rack frame (208) is driven to move, and the first gear (304) is driven to rotate.

The juice extracting apparatus for further processing of fruit according to claim 4, wherein the top end of the vertical plate (102) is connected to the storage hopper (4) through a second support plate (104) to the left; a first rotating shaft (402) is arranged in the storage hopper (4), elastic stirring rods (403) are uniformly arranged on the lower section of the first rotating shaft (402), and the top end of the first rotating shaft (402) extends out of the top plate and is provided with a third driving wheel (405); a second rotating shaft (408) is vertically and rotatably connected to the first support plate (103), the top end of the second rotating shaft (408) penetrates through the second support plate (104) and is provided with a fourth driving wheel (407), and the third driving wheel (405) is in transmission connection with the fourth driving wheel (407) through a second transmission belt (406); a second gear (409) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (408), a second rack (410) is matched with the second gear (409), the left end of the second rack (410) is connected with the sliding plate (206), the right end of the second rack is connected with a first roller (412) through a first wheel fork rod (411), and the first roller (412) is in rolling contact with the first support plate (103); the slide bar (106) passes through a slide plate (206).

The juice extracting apparatus for further processing of fruit according to claim 5, wherein the bottom end of the feeding pipe (3) is provided with a number one filter screen (506); the left side of the bottom end of the discharging pipe (3) is further provided with a movable door (501), the top end of the movable door (501) is hinged with the discharging pipe (3), and the bottom end of the movable door is connected with the discharging pipe (3) through a detachable fixing bolt (502).
