技术领域
本发明涉及用于混合驱动装置的变速器。本发明还涉及有变速器的混合驱动装置、有混合驱动装置的车辆和用于运行混合驱动装置的方法以及计算机程序和能机读的存储介质。
背景技术
用于混合驱动装置的变速器由现有技术公知。WO2010/009943 A1例如示出了一种双离合变速器,其使得混合动力车辆能用内燃机、用电动机和用两种驱动总成一起运行。这种变速器是复杂、笨重和昂贵的。存在对机械复杂度变小、空间需求变小和重量减轻的变速器拓扑的需求。
术语“耦合”或“联接”在下文中均按固定连接的意思使用。与之相反,术语“能耦合”在本说明书的范畴内则既包括固定的连接也包括能切换的连接。若具体指的是能切换的连接,那么通常明确规定是相应的换挡元件,特别是制动器或离合器。反之,若具体指的是固定的、刚性的或抗扭的连接,那么通常使用术语“耦合”或“联接”并且取消使用术语“能耦合”。因此在没有规定具体的换挡元件的情况下使用术语“能耦合”表明有意包含两种情形。仅为了更好的理解并且特别是为了阐明:在哪里强制性地需要设置能切换的连接来取代通常能较为方便地实现的固定连接或耦合,才进行这种区分。因此,术语“耦合”或“联接”的上述定义绝不应狭义地解释为,任意为了规避目的而使插入的离合器脱离其本义。
发明内容
提供了一种用于混合驱动装置的变速器,该变速器能与两个驱动总成耦合,该变速器具有输入轴和输出轴、至少一个第一、第二、第三和第四换挡元件以及至少一个第一行星齿轮传动机构和第二行星齿轮传动机构,其中,输入轴能借助第一换挡元件与第一行星齿轮传动机构的齿圈耦合,并且输出轴与第一行星齿轮传动机构的行星架耦合,其中,第一行星齿轮传动机构的行星架能借助第二换挡元件与第二行星齿轮传动机构的齿圈耦合并且第一行星齿轮传动机构的行星架能借助第三换挡元件与第二行星齿轮传动机构的太阳轮耦合,其中,第一行星齿轮传动机构的太阳轮能借助第四换挡元件与第二行星齿轮传动机构的太阳轮耦合。
提供了一种用于混合驱动装置的变速器。为了运行所述混合驱动装置,两个驱动总成能耦合到该变速器上。所述变速器包括输入轴和输出轴、至少一个第一、第二、第三和第四换挡元件以及至少一个第一行星齿轮传动机构和第二行星齿轮传动机构。输出轴与第一行星齿轮传动机构的行星架耦合。在本说明书的范畴内,耦合指的是这样一种连接,该连接刚性地、例如一体地、例如借助轴或者用固定的传动比或变速器级实施。输入轴能借助第一换挡元件与第一行星齿轮传动机构的齿圈耦合。第一行星齿轮传动机构的行星架能借助第二换挡元件与第二行星齿轮传动机构的齿圈耦合。此外,第一行星齿轮传动机构的行星架能借助第三换挡元件与第二行星齿轮传动机构的太阳轮耦合。第一行星齿轮传动机构的太阳轮能借助第四换挡元件与第二行星齿轮传动机构的太阳轮耦合。输出轴尤其能与输出机构耦合。输出机构尤其是至少一个轴(Welle)或车轴(Achse),其将输出轴的运动传递给车辆的机械的传动系、例如传递给差速器或驱动轮。有利地提供了一种变速器,该变速器在第一、第二、第三和第四换挡元件闭合时对应变速器内的传动比将施加在输入轴上的转速和扭矩传递给输出轴。在第一换挡元件打开时,输入轴与输出轴脱开。
在本发明的另一种设计方案中,变速器包括第五换挡元件,该第五换挡元件设置用于将第一行星齿轮传动机构的齿圈与固定点耦合。

第一、第二、第五和/或第六换挡元件设计成爪形离合器。
第一和第五或者第二和第六换挡元件要么打开,要么交替地闭合,即从不同时闭合。因此各两个换挡元件能有利地分别借助致动器和换挡拨叉或换挡摇杆操控。致动器为此尤其操控三个位置:最先被提到的换挡元件闭合;两个换挡元件打开;最后被提到的换挡元件闭合。有利地提供了用于能控制地耦合变速器的部件的可能性。
在本发明的另一种设计方案中,第三、第四和/或第七换挡元件包括离合器、特别是滑动离合器。
为了连接变速器的各个部件,第三、第四和/或第七换挡元件设计成离合器。这种离合器可以尤其涉及干式离合器、湿式离合器、滑动离合器或爪形离合器。有利地提供了用于能控制地连接变速器的部件的可能性。
在本发明的另一种设计方案中,第一驱动总成、特别是内燃机能与输入轴耦合,和/或第二驱动总成、特别是电机能与第二行星齿轮传动机构的行星架耦合。
在输入侧,第一驱动总成能联接在输入轴上。第二驱动总成能与第二行星齿轮传动机构的行星架耦合。可以有利地为了第二驱动总成、例如电机的发电运行以例如为电池充电而将第一驱动总成或内燃机借助闭合第七换挡元件并且打开其它换挡元件与电机连接起来。因为在此两个驱动总成均与输出轴脱开并且因此不传递扭矩给输出轴,所以在输出轴例如停止运转,即例如在车辆停车期间完成这种充电(静态充电)。在输出轴例如停止运转时,能将第一驱动总成的旋转能量直接传递给第二驱动总成或者反过来,例如在启动内燃机时。
变速器的功率分支的运行(eCVT模式)通过闭合第一、第四和第六换挡元件以及打开第二、第三、第五和第七换挡元件实现。在此,第一驱动总成作用到第一行星齿轮传动机构的齿圈上并且电机作用到第二行星齿轮传动机构的行星架上。在此,在输入轴和输出轴之间的传动比可以在一个广阔的范围内借助预定第二驱动总成的转速或扭矩连续地发生改变。有利地实现了也称为eCVT1模式的功率分支的运行,在该运行中,能独立于彼此地调整在输出轴上的推进功率和用于电机的发电运行的充电功率。有利地实现了在静止时或爬行时(>0km/h至约10km/h)的充电以及从静态充电的模式到爬行充电的模式和到有固定的传动比或在固定的挡位中的行驶模式的平稳舒适的转变。
在打开第一换挡元件和第七换挡元件时,第二驱动总成分别通过四个可能的固定的传动比中的一个与输出轴连接,因而仅借助第二驱动总成用四个固定的传动比中的一个驱动输出轴。借助特别是计量地闭合第七换挡元件,可以由借助第二驱动总成的行驶驱动并且例如启动第一驱动总成,倘若第一驱动总成是内燃机的话。
也存在这样的可能性,即,第一驱动总成例如设计成电机并且第二驱动总成例如设计成内燃机。在这种配置中,借助变速器可以产生用于在此没有进一步阐释的部件的配合作用的其它功能和运行模式。
在本发明的另一种设计方案中,无牵引力中断地改变变速器的传动比。
当尤其为了从变速器的一个运行模式切换到另一个运行模式而使换挡元件中的一个换挡元件维持其状态、换挡元件中的第二换挡元件从闭合的状态转为打开的状态并且换挡元件中的第三换挡元件从打开的状态转为闭合的状态时,无牵引力中断地改变变速器的传动比,特别是换挡到变速器的另一个挡位中或另一个运行模式中。有利地提供了一种变速器,在该变速器中,无牵引力中断地实现了挡位级的切换。
在本发明的另一种设计方案中,变速器包括用于根据预定的运行预定信号操控换挡元件中的至少一个换挡元件的操控机构。
设置一种操控机构,其根据预定的运行预定信号操控例如所要求的扭矩,预定的转速或驱动总成的特定的运行点、换挡元件中的至少一个换挡元件。运行预定信号的所述参数可以涉及变速器的输出轴、输入轴或有待与驱动总成连接的轴。有利地实现了对变速器的控制。
此外,本发明还涉及一种有变速器的混合驱动装置,其中,该混合驱动装置包括第二驱动总成和/或脉冲逆变器、电能量源或第一驱动总成。
提供了一种有迄今为止所说明的变速器的混合驱动装置。该混合驱动装置包括第二驱动总成。该混合驱动装置尤其包括脉冲逆变器、电能量源和/或第一驱动总成。第二驱动总成尤其与第二行星齿轮传动机构的行星架耦合或连接。脉冲逆变器尤其设置用于供给第二驱动总成、特别是电机。为此,该脉冲逆变器尤其转换电能量源的、例如电池的和/或燃料电池的电能。第一驱动总成尤其与输入轴耦合或连接。有利地提供了一种设置用于使用在车辆中的混合驱动装置。

获取运行预定信号;
根据该运行预定信号(BV)操控换挡元件中的至少一个换挡元件以调整所述变速器的功能。
提供了一种用于运行有变速器的混合驱动装置的方法。在此获取运行预定信号。换挡元件中的至少一个换挡元件为了根据运行预定信号调整变速器的功能或相应的运行模式而闭合或打开。运行预定信号根据运行策略、驾驶员意愿或加速踏板、电池管理系统或其它例如在车辆中可用的系统预定。根据这个运行预定信号操控换挡元件以调整变速器的相应的功能或运行模式,尤其闭合或打开离合器或制动器。变速器的功能或运行模式尤其是不同的挡位级的不同的传动比,或者不同的模式或运行模式,例如第二驱动总成在输出轴停止运转时的发电的运行或eCVT模式。有利地提供了一种用于运行混合驱动装置的方法。

具体实施方式

图2示出了变速器的换挡矩阵。在列中说明了各个换挡元件SE1..SE7并且在最后一列中例如说明了在驱动总成中的一个驱动总成和输出轴之间产生的大概的传动比。在行中则说明了变速器的不同的挡位级、挡位或运行模式。借助叉号在换挡矩阵中示出了,换挡元件中的哪个必须被激活,从而产生相应的挡位或运行模式。换挡元件的激活在此尤其指的是,闭合离合器或操纵制动器,因而通过离合器将力从一个轴传递给另一个轴或者借助制动器将力传递给固定点、特别是变速器壳体。由所述换挡矩阵可知,视四个换挡元件的组合而定可以产生五个挡位G1.....G5,其中,第一挡位G1具有最高的传动比并且第五挡位G5具有最低的传动比。在挡位G1..G5中优选分别在第一驱动总成7和输出轴11之间施加对应在最后一列中说明的传动比的固定的转速比。输出轴在挡位G1..G5中要么单独被第一驱动总成7驱动,要么被第一驱动总成和第二驱动总成8一起驱动。例如当第一驱动总成7是内燃机并且第二驱动总成8是电机时,这尤其是内燃机的或混合的挡位。这些挡位也使内燃机的负荷点上升,因而电机可以发电地运行并且能在运行期间、特别是车辆的行驶运行期间进行电池的充电。在矩阵的接下来的行中紧接着的是挡位E1至E4或运行模式,在该挡位中或运行模式中,仅第二驱动总成8与输出轴11连接。为此必须尤其打开第七换挡元件SE7,因此不存在与第一驱动总成7的连接。例如当第二驱动总成是电机时,这尤其是电动的挡位。在这些挡位中,车辆局部可以无排放地有利地运行。例如在第二驱动总成8和输出轴11之间产生了在换挡矩阵中说明的传动比。
借助闭合第一、第四和第六换挡元件SE1、SE4、SE6并且打开剩余的换挡元件SE2、SE3、SE5、SE7获得了功率分支的运行模式,即eCVT1模式,该模式实现了在输出轴11上的彼此独立的推进功率和第二驱动总成8的充电功率。这种运行模式尤其适用于在低电池充电状态下的混合的起动,因为在第二驱动总成8发电的运行的同时实现了传动比的无级的改变并且因此实现了特别是无级的加速。
当仅第七换挡元件SE7闭合并且其余的换挡元件SE1..SE6打开时,产生了另一个模式CH1,或者也称为静态充电。驱动总成7和8在此相互耦合,其中,不存在与输出轴11的连接。在这个运行模式中,可以在输出轴、特别是车辆的停止运转期间借助第一驱动总成7驱动第二驱动总成8,例如用于发电地给电能量源70、特别是电池充电。备选也可以借助第二驱动总成8驱动第一驱动总成7并且倘若第一驱动总成7是内燃机并且第二驱动总成8是电机的话,例如执内燃机启动或内燃机的诊断。
图3示出了具有车轮310的车辆300,其中,车辆如上文中所说明那样包括混合驱动装置200。
