The first call end of the embodiment of the present invention may include, but is not limited to, a voice assistant. The voice assistant has a voice Recognition (ASR) function and/or a Speech synthesis (TTS) function. Specifically, under the condition that the voice recognition function is started, the voice assistant can convert voice information into text information; in the event that the speech synthesis function is turned on, the voice assistant may convert the text information into speech information.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a call method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the call method may include the following steps:
step 101, acquiring first information of a target call end by the voice assistant under the condition that the voice assistant is started.
In a specific implementation, the first call end may start the voice assistant when any one of the following conditions is met:
the first condition is that: receiving input to an auxiliary call control;
the second condition is that: input is received for an entity Artificial Intelligence (AI) key.
In practical applications, for the first condition, the auxiliary call control may be displayed on the incoming call page and/or the call page. As shown in fig. 2, the auxiliary call control 21 is displayed on the call page 22.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the target call end may be: a first call end; or the second call end is communicated with the first call end. The representation of the first message is related to the representation of the target call terminal.
Specifically, in the case that the target call end is the first call end, the first information is text information. In this case, the user inputs text information on the screen of the first call terminal.
And under the condition that the target call end is the second call end, the first information is voice information. In this case, the voice assistant can acquire the voice information of the second communication terminal in the following two ways.
In the first mode, the voice assistant can obtain the voice information of the second communication terminal through the earphone, and in the implementation mode, the voice assistant directly obtains the electric signal of the voice information from the earphone.
In the second mode, the voice assistant can acquire the voice information of the second communication terminal through the microphone, and in the implementation mode, the voice assistant directly acquires the voice signal from the microphone.
And 102, converting the first information into second information by the voice assistant.
In a specific implementation, the second information is voice information under the condition that the first information is text information. In this case, the voice assistant performs the conversion of the text information into voice information through a voice synthesis function.
And under the condition that the first information is voice information, the second information is text information. In this case, the voice assistant performs the conversion of the voice information into text information through a voice recognition function.
Step 103, outputting the second information; under the condition that the target call end is the first call end, the first information is text information, and the second information is voice information; and/or, under the condition that the target call end is a second call end which is in call with the first call end, the first information is voice information, and the second information is text information.
As can be seen from the above, the second information has a different expression form in different cases. It is understood that the output mode of the different second information is different, and the following description is provided separately.
In the first case, the second information is voice information.
The outputting the second information includes: outputting the second information through a target microphone; the target microphone may be the first microphone according to the embodiment of the present invention, or may be another microphone at the first communication end.
For the first situation, the first communication terminal can receive the text information input by the user, and the text information is converted into the voice information by the voice assistant so as to transmit the voice information to the second communication terminal, so that the first communication terminal can communicate with the user of the second communication terminal even under the condition that the user of the first communication terminal is inconvenient to make a voice, and the communication quality can be improved.
In the second case, the second information is text information.
The outputting the second information comprises: and displaying the second information on a screen of the first calling terminal.
In a specific implementation, the area of the screen for displaying the second information may be the whole area of the screen, or may be a partial area of the screen, and may be determined specifically according to actual needs. It should be understood that the present invention does not limit the size and location of the area of the screen for displaying the second information.
For the second situation, the first communication terminal can convert the voice information of the second communication terminal into the text information through the voice assistant and display the text information on the screen, so that the user of the first communication terminal can obtain the expression content of the user of the second communication terminal by looking up the text information, the mode that the user of the first communication terminal obtains the expression content of the user of the second communication terminal is enriched, and the communication quality can be improved.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to the following three scenarios.
In the first scene, the first calling end only starts the voice recognition function of the voice assistant.
In the first scenario, the user at the first communication end may have two ways to obtain the expression content of the user at the second communication end: firstly, listening to voice information of a second call terminal output by a receiver of a first call terminal; and secondly, checking text information converted from the voice information of the second call terminal displayed in the screen of the first call terminal.
The first call end acquires the expression content of the user of the first call end by acquiring the voice information.
Therefore, for the first scenario, in a specific implementation, the call flow of the first call end may include:
acquiring first voice information of a second communication terminal by the voice assistant; converting the first voice information into first text information by the voice assistant; outputting the first text information;
and acquiring second voice information of the first call end through the first microphone, and sending the second voice information.
In the second scenario, the first call end only starts the voice synthesis function of the voice assistant.
In the second scenario, the user at the first communication end acquires the expression content of the user at the second communication end by listening to the voice information of the second communication end output by the receiver at the first communication end.
The first call end acquires the expression content of the user of the first call end by acquiring the text information input by the user. And the first call end converts the text information input by the user into voice information through the voice assistant so as to transmit the voice information to the second call end.
It can be seen that, for the first scene and the second scene, when the user at the second communication end obtains the expression content of the user at the first communication end by listening to the voice information, the voice information is substantially different in sound production object. Specifically, for the first scenario, the object of the utterance of the voice information is the user of the first call end, and for the second scenario, the object of the utterance of the voice information is the first call end.
Therefore, for the second scenario, in a specific implementation, the call flow of the first call end may include:
acquiring second text information of the first call end by the voice assistant; converting the second text message into a third voice message by the voice assistant; outputting the third voice information;
and outputting the fourth voice information received from the second communication terminal.
And in a third scene, the first calling end starts the voice recognition function and the voice synthesis function of the voice assistant.
In the third scenario, the user at the first communication end may have two ways to obtain the expression content of the user at the second communication end: firstly, listening to voice information of a second call terminal output by a receiver of a first call terminal; and secondly, checking text information converted from the voice information of the second call terminal displayed in the screen of the first call terminal.
The first call end acquires the expression content of the user of the first call end by acquiring the text information input by the user. And the first call end converts the text information input by the user into voice information through the voice assistant so as to transmit the voice information to the second call end.
Therefore, for the third scenario, in a specific implementation, the call flow of the first call end may include:
acquiring first voice information of a second communication terminal by the voice assistant; converting the first voice information into first text information by the voice assistant; outputting the first text information;
acquiring second text information of the first call end by the voice assistant; converting the second text message into a third voice message by the voice assistant; outputting the third voice information;
in the communication method of the embodiment, the first communication terminal can convert the voice information of the second communication terminal into the text information through the voice assistant, so that the user of the first communication terminal can obtain the expression content of the user of the second communication terminal by looking up the text information, and the way of obtaining the expression content of the user of the second communication terminal by the user of the first communication terminal is enriched; the first communication terminal can receive text information input by a user, and the text information is converted into voice information through the voice assistant so as to transmit the voice information to the second communication terminal, so that the first communication terminal can communicate with the user of the second communication terminal even under the condition that the user of the first communication terminal is inconvenient to make a voice. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can improve the call quality.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the second information is text information;
the outputting the second information includes:
displaying the second information on a screen;
after the outputting the second information, the method further comprises:
and in the case that the first input is received, saving the text information displayed on the screen.
In a specific implementation, for the first scene, the text information displayed on the screen may include: text information converted from the voice information of the second call terminal.
For the third scenario, the text information displayed on the screen may include: text information converted from the voice information of the second call end and text information input by the user of the first call end.
Further, the displaying the second information on the screen includes:
and displaying a call page and a text page on the screen in a split screen mode, wherein the text page is used for displaying the second information.
Therefore, in the split-screen display mode, the screen can simultaneously display the call page and the text page, so that the expression content of the user at the second call end can be enriched under the condition of not hindering the operation of the call page, and the call quality can be further improved.
In addition, when the method is implemented, the first call end can trigger the screen to enter a split screen display mode after the voice assistant is started; the screen may be triggered to enter the split-screen display mode after the text information is obtained through conversion, but the method is not limited to this.
In other implementation manners of the embodiment of the present invention, the first call end may also display the second information in a full screen.
In this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the first call end further includes:
an accommodating chamber made of a sound insulating material;
the first receiver is arranged outside the accommodating cavity and used for outputting voice information of the second communication end;
the first microphone is arranged outside the accommodating cavity and used for acquiring voice information of a call environment of the first call end;
the second receiver is arranged in the accommodating cavity and used for outputting the voice information of the second communication end;
and the second microphone is arranged in the accommodating cavity, is electrically connected with the voice assistant and is used for acquiring voice information output by the second receiver and transmitting the voice information to the voice assistant.
In this embodiment, both the first earpiece and the second earpiece may output the received voice information of the second communication terminal. Specifically, the voice information output by the first earphone is provided for a user to listen to the voice information to obtain the expression content of the user at the second communication end; the voice information output by the second receiver can be transmitted to the voice assistant through the second microphone, so that the voice assistant converts the voice information into text information, and the user can obtain the expression content of the user at the second communication end by checking the text information.
The first microphone and the second microphone are both used for acquiring voice information, but the first microphone acquires the voice information of the environment where the outside of the first call end is located, namely the first microphone acquires the voice information of the call environment of the first call end; the second microphone collects voice information output by the second receiver.
Because the second earphone and the second microphone are arranged in the containing cavity made of the sound insulation material, the quality of the voice assistant for acquiring the voice information can be improved, and the communication quality can be further improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the second information is text information; the method further comprises at least one of:
controlling the first microphone to be in a closed state when the target parameter value is larger than a threshold value;
controlling the first microphone to be in an on state if the target parameter value is less than or equal to the threshold value;
the target parameter value is used for representing the quality degree of the call environment of the first call terminal.
It should be understood that the above steps may be applied to the process of the first telephone terminal acquiring the first information of the target telephone terminal by the voice assistant, that is, the first telephone terminal may control the operating state of the first microphone according to the comparison result between the target parameter value and the threshold value when the voice assistant acquires the voice information.
And under the condition that the target parameter value is larger than the threshold value, the communication environment of the first communication end is poor and the noise is large. Therefore, in order to reduce the influence of external noise on the second microphone, the first microphone may be turned off.
And under the condition that the target parameter value is less than or equal to the threshold value, the communication environment of the first communication end is excellent and the noise is low. Thus, the first microphone may be turned on. The first microphone is also required to be used for acquiring voice information of an external environment of the first call end, so that the first microphone is controlled to be in an open state under the condition that a target parameter value is smaller than or equal to a threshold value, and the switching frequency of a first microphone switch can be reduced.
In the specific implementation, the influence of the volume of the sound generated by the user of the second call end on the call environment of the first call end is considered. Specifically, the worse the call environment of the first call end is, the greater the sound volume of the user of the second call end is. Thus, optionally, the target parameter value comprises a volume value output by the first earpiece.
It should be noted that, various optional implementations described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in combination with each other or separately without conflict between the implementations, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this respect.
For ease of understanding, examples are illustrated below:
example one
In the embodiment, a sound insulation material can be used for manufacturing a separation layer in the communication end, and a miniature special communication loudspeaker and an AI special microphone are placed in the separation layer.
The present embodiment may include the following steps:
step 301, under the condition that an incoming call is detected, displaying an auxiliary call control on an incoming call called interface.
If the touch operation on the auxiliary call control is detected, using an auxiliary function to answer the call; and if the touch operation on the auxiliary call control is not detected, the auxiliary function is not used for answering.
Step 302, detecting whether the auxiliary function is started to answer.
If the auxiliary function is used for listening, step 304 is executed, otherwise step 303 is executed.
Step 303, entering a normal call answering interface.
Furthermore, an auxiliary call control can be displayed on the call answering interface. If the touch operation on the auxiliary call control is detected, the auxiliary function is used to answer the call, and step 304 is executed.
And step 304, starting the voice assistant, controlling the screen to be split up and down, continuously keeping all buttons in the answering process of the mobile phone in the upper half screen, awakening the interface to be scaled in the same ratio by the voice assistant in the lower half screen, opening an AI special loudspeaker and a microphone in the calling end, and displaying the text recognized by ASR in the lower half screen.
The user can assist the call according to the text content of the lower half screen.
In the implementation process, in order to prevent the external microphone from influencing the noise of the internal microphone, after the auxiliary call is started, when the volume of the receiver is greater than the threshold value, the external microphone is closed. When the earpiece volume is less than the threshold, the external microphone is turned back on.
305, under the condition that the call is finished, automatically closing the call page, closing an AI special speaker and a sound receiving hole, and expanding the voice assistant interface of the lower half-screen mobile phone to be full screen; the call content can be selectively saved by the user.
Example two
In the embodiment, a sound insulation material can be used for manufacturing a separation layer in the communication end, and a miniature special communication loudspeaker and an AI special microphone are placed in the separation layer.
Step 401, the system detects an incoming call.
Step 402, entering a normal call answering interface under the condition that the incoming call is answered.
In the answering process, a user can wake up the AI through an AI key of a mobile phone entity to assist in the call.
And step 403, under the condition that the AI-assisted mobile phone call is started, controlling the screen to be split up and down, wherein the upper half screen is scaled proportionally of the call page, all buttons in the answering process of the mobile phone are continuously reserved, the lower half screen is scaled proportionally of the voice assistant awakening interface, an AI special loudspeaker and a microphone in the call end are opened, and the text recognized by the ASR is displayed in the lower half screen.
Step 404, under the condition that the call is finished, the call page is automatically closed, the AI special speaker and the sound receiving hole are closed, and the voice assistant interface of the lower half-screen mobile phone is expanded to the full screen; the call content can be selectively saved by the user.
