Claims (10)

1. A partition wall pipeline module is characterized by comprising,
a wire passing bottom box (7) arranged in a modularized manner;
the wiring pipe comprises a first wiring pipe (14) for middle wiring, a top surface wiring pipe (2) for top surface wiring and an adapter pipe (4);
two ends of the first line pipe (14) are respectively connected with a line passing bottom box;
the top surface line pipe (2) is connected with the line passing bottom box through the adapter pipe (4).
2. A partition pipeline module as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cover plate (6) is provided on the wire passing bottom box (7), the cover plate (6) is provided in a split structure, the cover plate (6) comprises a first perforated panel (601) and a second perforated panel (602), and a quick-connect structure is provided between the first perforated panel (601) and the second perforated panel (602).
3. A partition pipeline module according to claim 2 wherein the quick-connect formations comprise tab formations (603) provided on the first apertured panel (601) and slot formations (604) provided on the second apertured panel (602).
4. A partition wall pipeline module as claimed in claim 1, wherein said bottom box (7) is provided with mounting holes, the inside of said bottom box (7) is provided with pipeline positioning structures, the outer side wall of said bottom box (7) is provided with fixing projections, and said fixing projections are provided with connecting holes.
5. A partition pipeline module according to claim 1, wherein the adaptor tube (4) is provided as an injection moulded curved structure.
6. A partition pipeline module according to claim 1, wherein the wiring conduit further comprises a direct conduit (3), one end of the direct conduit (3) being plugged with the top conduit (2) and the other end being plugged with the adapter conduit (4).
7. A partition pipeline module according to claims 1 to 6, wherein a quick connector (15) for quick connection of wires is provided in the wire passing bottom box (7).
8. A partition wall pipeline module according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the modularly arranged wire passing bottom box (7) further comprises a card insertion assembly (8) for realizing the rapid insertion of the wiring pipe and the wire passing bottom box, the card insertion assembly (8) comprises a card insertion head (801) and a card insertion sleeve (802), and the card insertion sleeve (802) is fixed on the card insertion head (801).
9. A partition pipeline module according to claim 8, wherein the insert ferrule (802) is provided with a connection structure at one end and a fixed pipeline structure at the other end, the fixed pipeline structure comprising a coarse structure provided on the inner wall of the insert ferrule (802) and a tapered structure with a small end and a large end.
10. A method for integrating partition wall pipeline modules is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preliminarily installing the modular wire passing bottom box (7), and installing the quick connector (15) on the wire passing bottom box (7); installing a plug-in card assembly (8) for realizing rapid plug-in connection of a wiring pipe and a wire passing bottom box (7) on the wire passing bottom box (7), and firstly, plugging a plug-in card head (801) on the plug-in card assembly (8) on an installation hole of the wire passing bottom box (7) from the inside of the wire passing bottom box (7);
step two: the wiring pipe is connected with the wire passing bottom box (7) for installation; two ends of a first wire pipe (14) are respectively inserted into the card inserting head (801), and then the card inserting sleeve (802) is fixed on the card inserting head (801), so that two ends of the first wire pipe are firmly fixed on the card inserting assembly (8); connecting the adapter tube with the top surface line tube, connecting one end of the adapter tube (4) with one end of the top surface line tube (2) by using the direct tube (3), and arranging the other end of the adapter tube on the line passing bottom box (7);
step three: the wire passing bottom box (7) is plugged and installed by a cover plate, and the first perforated panel (601) and the second perforated panel (602) are quickly butted, so that the wire passing bottom box (7) forms a closed structure, and the integration of the whole partition wall pipeline module (1) is completed.
