Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent blood product quality interpretation instrument and a quality detection method thereof, wherein the detection method comprises the following steps: the blood bag to be detected is placed on a light-permeable platform, a CCD camera is used for shooting to obtain the bar code of the blood bag to be detected and the state information of the blood product, and the picture shot by the CCD camera is associated with the obtained information for storage. The intelligent blood product quality interpretation instrument obtained by the detection method comprises: the detection device is internally provided with an industrial personal computer, the upper surface of the detection device is provided with a light-emitting platform, and one side of the light-emitting platform is provided with a plurality of operating buttons; and the CCD camera is arranged above the light-emitting platform and is in communication connection with the industrial personal computer. The intelligent blood product quality interpretation instrument is simple and efficient to operate, a blood product database is established in a mode of matching by adopting a CCD (charge coupled device) vision technology, and the quality and the state of the blood product can be simply, conveniently and quickly inquired through a network.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical analysis equipment, in particular to an intelligent blood product quality judging and reading instrument and a quality detection method thereof.
Background
Plasma and platelets play important roles in clinical therapy, for example: expanding blood volume, supplementing blood coagulation factors, resisting infection, supplementing protein, promoting hemostasis, accelerating blood coagulation, etc. Plasma and platelets require special storage and stringent requirements for their quality, and each bag requires a stringent examination and documentation of them. However, the current manual writing record is easy to generate errors, and can generate adverse effects on the medical effect and safety; in addition, a special means for efficiently and rapidly recording and identifying the plasma and the platelet is lacking at present.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the acquiring the barcode of the blood bag to be tested and the blood product status information in the detecting method includes taking a picture with a CCD camera to acquire the blood product status information when the barcode of the blood bag to be tested faces downward, and taking a picture with a CCD camera to acquire the barcode of the blood bag to be tested when the barcode of the blood bag to be tested faces upward.
According to some embodiments of the invention, before the storing, a step of manually modifying or remarking the data to be stored is further included.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides an intelligent blood product quality analyzer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which can rapidly and efficiently determine and record the quality and state of blood products; meanwhile, a related digital archive can be established, and the quality and the state of the blood product can be simply, conveniently and quickly inquired through a network.
An intelligent blood product quality discriminator according to an embodiment of the invention comprises:
the detection device is internally provided with an industrial personal computer, and the upper surface of the detection device is provided with a light-emitting platform;
and the CCD camera is arranged above the light-emitting platform and is in communication connection with the industrial personal computer.
The intelligent blood product quality interpretation instrument provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: the intelligent blood product quality interpretation instrument can rapidly and efficiently judge and identify the quality and the state of the blood product through the CCD camera; the detection device can establish a related digital archive while judging and recording, and can simply, conveniently and quickly inquire the quality of the blood bag and the state of the blood product through a network.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a screen, a keyboard, and a mouse are externally connected to the detection device.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the CCD camera is rotatably disposed above the light emitting platform.
According to some embodiments of the invention, an auxiliary lighting device is further provided on the detection device.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the auxiliary lighting device comprises two lights, each light being disposed on either side of the detection device.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the auxiliary lighting device is rotatably connected to the detection device.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the barcode of the blood bag to be detected and the state information of the blood product obtained in the detection method may be obtained in one step, or may be obtained in two steps: when the bar code of the blood bag to be detected faces downwards, the light-emitting platform 120 works, and the CCD camera 300 is used for photographing to obtain the state information of the blood product; then, when the bar code of the blood bag to be detected faces upwards, the light source of the light-emitting platform 120 is turned off, the illuminating lamp 200 is turned on, and the CCD camera 300 is used for photographing to obtain the bar code information of the blood bag to be detected.
In some embodiments of the present invention, before the storing, a step of manually modifying or remarking the data to be stored by using a screen, a keyboard and a mouse externally connected to the USB interface 140 is further included.
An intelligent blood product quality interpreter according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2.
An intelligent blood product quality discriminator according to an embodiment of the invention comprises: the detection device 100 is internally provided with an industrial personal computer (not shown in fig. 2), the upper surface of the detection device is provided with a light-emitting platform 120, and one side of the light-emitting platform is provided with a plurality of operation buttons 130; and the CCD camera 300 is connected with the detection device.
The CCD camera can rapidly and efficiently judge and identify the quality and the state of the plasma and the platelet; the detection device can establish a related digital archive according to the information acquired by the CCD camera, and the quality and the state of the plasma bag can be simply, conveniently and quickly inquired through a network.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the intelligent blood product quality discriminator further comprises two illuminating lamps 200 respectively connected to the detecting device 100 at the left and right sides. Under some conditions such as poor light, the CCD camera 300 can be made to shoot through the assistance of the illuminating lamp 200 to obtain the bar code of the blood bag to be detected, so that the intelligent blood product quality interpretation instrument can adapt to more use environments.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the operation buttons 130 include a power-on/off button, a first light button for controlling the operation of the lighting platform, a second light button for controlling the on/off of the two lighting lamps, a shooting button for controlling the CCD camera 300, and the like.
In practical use, after the intelligent blood product quality interpretation instrument is started, the blood bag to be detected is placed above the light-emitting platform 120, the light-emitting source (not shown in fig. 1) below the light-emitting platform is turned on through the operation button 130, the CCD camera 300 positioned above the detection device is made to shoot, the obtained picture, the shooting date, the bar code of the blood bag to be detected and other information are transmitted into the industrial personal computer for storage by the CCD camera 300 after shooting, and the bar code of the blood bag to be detected corresponds to the information of the blood bag to be detected one by one.
In some embodiments of the present invention, 3 USB interfaces 140 are provided outside the detection device 100, and can be connected to a screen, a keyboard and a mouse, respectively, and after information of the blood bag to be detected is recorded, the information can be remarked and modified through the screen, the keyboard and the mouse.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the CCD camera 300 and the illumination lamp 200 are respectively rotatably connected to the detection device 100, so that the intelligent blood product quality analyzer can adapt to more use environments and cope with more special situations.

Claims (9)
1. A blood product quality detection method comprises the following steps:
the blood bag to be detected is placed on a light-permeable platform, a CCD camera is used for shooting to obtain the bar code of the blood bag to be detected and the state information of the blood product, and the picture shot by the CCD camera is associated with the obtained information for storage.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the barcode of the blood bag and the blood product status information comprises placing the barcode of the blood bag on a transparent platform with the barcode facing downward, and taking a picture with a CCD camera to obtain the blood product status information; and placing the bar code of the blood bag to be detected on a light-permeable platform upwards, and taking a picture by using a CCD camera to obtain the bar code of the blood bag to be detected.
3. A method according to claim 1, further comprising the step of manually modifying or remarking the data to be stored prior to said storing.
4. An intelligent blood product quality discriminator, comprising:
the detection device is internally provided with an industrial personal computer, and the upper surface of the detection device is provided with a light-emitting platform;
and the CCD camera is arranged above the light-emitting platform and is in communication connection with the industrial personal computer.
5. The intelligent blood product quality discriminator according to claim 4, wherein a screen, a keyboard and a mouse are externally connected to said detecting device.
6. The intelligent blood product quality discriminator according to claim 4, wherein said CCD camera is rotatably disposed above said light emitting platform.
7. The intelligent blood product quality discriminator according to claim 4, wherein said detecting means further comprises auxiliary lighting means.
8. The intelligent blood product quality discriminator according to claim 7, wherein said auxiliary lighting device comprises two lighting lamps disposed on either side of said detecting device.
9. The intelligent blood product quality discriminator according to claim 7 or 8, wherein said auxiliary lighting device is rotatably connected to said detecting device.
