Wherein a communication bus 202 is used to enable the connection communication between these components. The user interface 203 may include a touch screen, a keyboard or a mouse, among others. The network interface 204 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface), and a communication connection may be established with the server via the network interface 204. The memory 205 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory, and the memory 205 includes a flash in the embodiment of the present invention. The memory 205 may optionally be at least one memory system located remotely from the processor 201. As shown in fig. 7, the memory 205, which is a type of computer storage medium, may include therein an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and program instructions.
It should be noted that the network interface 204 may be connected to a receiver, a transmitter or other communication module, and the other communication module may include, but is not limited to, a WiFi module, a bluetooth module, etc., and it is understood that the computer device in the embodiment of the present invention may also include a receiver, a transmitter, other communication module, etc.
Processor 201 may be used to call program instructions stored in memory 205 and cause computer device 20 to perform the following operations:
acquiring a traffic violation geographical position, wherein the geographical position refers to a place where the vehicle has violated regulations;
determining a traffic violation type of the vehicle, wherein the traffic violation type comprises a regulation of motor vehicle violation and a corresponding deduction and fine;
updating the traffic violation content according to the traffic violation geographical position and the traffic violation type;
and receiving evaluation information of the traffic violation content, and displaying the evaluation information according to the query content.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present application described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and they may alternatively be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, or fabricated separately as individual integrated circuit modules, or fabricated as a single integrated circuit module from multiple modules or steps. Thus, the present application is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)

1. A content evaluation method based on traffic violation is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a traffic violation geographical position, wherein the geographical position refers to a place where the vehicle has violated regulations;
determining a traffic violation type of the vehicle, wherein the traffic violation type comprises a regulation of motor vehicle violation and a corresponding deduction and fine;
updating the traffic violation content according to the traffic violation geographical position and the traffic violation type;
and receiving evaluation information of the traffic violation content, and displaying the evaluation information according to the query content.
2. The traffic violation based content evaluation method of claim 1, wherein receiving evaluation information for the traffic violation content and presenting the evaluation information according to query content comprises:
and receiving the traffic violation type or violation geographical location evaluation information of the traffic violation content, and displaying the evaluation information according to the number of the violation persons.
3. The traffic violation based content evaluation method of claim 1, wherein receiving evaluation information for the traffic violation content and presenting the evaluation information according to query content comprises:
and receiving expression evaluation information of the traffic violation content, and displaying the evaluation information according to the expression accumulated quantity.
4. The traffic violation based content evaluation method of claim 1, wherein receiving evaluation information for the traffic violation content and presenting the evaluation information according to query content comprises:
and receiving user evaluation information of the traffic violation content, and displaying the evaluation information according to the approved content evaluation.
5. A content evaluation method based on traffic violation is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a traffic violation geographic location, wherein the geographic location refers to a place where a vehicle violation has occurred;
determining a traffic violation type of the vehicle, wherein the traffic violation type comprises a regulation of motor vehicle violation and a corresponding deduction and fine;
issuing updated traffic violation content according to the traffic violation geographical position and the traffic violation type;
and responding to the evaluation information of the traffic violation content according to the query content.
6. A traffic violation based content evaluation device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the geographical position of the traffic violation, wherein the geographical position refers to the place where the vehicle violates the traffic violation;
the determining module is used for determining the traffic violation type of the vehicle, wherein the traffic violation type comprises the regulation of motor vehicle violation and the corresponding deduction and fine;
the updating module is used for updating the traffic violation content according to the traffic violation geographical position and the traffic violation type;
and the receiving and displaying module is used for receiving the evaluation information of the traffic violation content and displaying the evaluation information according to the query content.
7. The traffic violation based content rating device of claim 6, wherein the receiving and presenting module is configured to receive and present the traffic violation based content
And receiving the traffic violation type or violation geographical location evaluation information of the traffic violation content, and displaying the evaluation information according to the number of the violation persons.
