Abstract
A method of automatically drawing a ring, comprising the steps of: 1) acquiring the central position of the ring and the distance from the central position to the inner diameter of the ring in four directions; 2) acquiring the initial length, the initial width, the supplement length and the supplement width of the ring in four directions; 3) setting the length and width of the ring in each direction according to different combinations of the ring directions; 4) and drawing a ring according to the set parameters. The method of the self-animation ring can automatically construct and draw the corresponding ring so as to realize the rapid and effective construction of the layout of MOS and DNW devices, shorten the project cycle and accelerate the project progress, thereby improving the working efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of PDK development, in particular to a drawing method of a device layout.
Background
In the development of the prior layout, for the drawing of the device layout, the corresponding layout is constructed by drawing a ring (square ring), parameters such as length, width and the like in all directions are manually set, when different combinations are formed in different directions of the ring, the length and the width of the ring are changed, the parameters need to be manually modified, and the project working time is increased.
Therefore, there is a need for an automatic ring drawing method to construct the layout of MOS and DNW devices, so as to shorten the project cycle, speed up the project progress, and improve the work efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for automatically constructing a cartoon ring, which can set parameters such as the length and the width of the ring combined in different directions, and then automatically construct and draw a corresponding ring according to the ring combination mode so as to realize the rapid and effective construction of the layout of MOS and DNW devices.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for self-animation ring, comprising the following steps:
1) acquiring the central position of the ring and the distance from the central position to the inner diameter of the ring in four directions;
2) acquiring the initial length, the initial width, the supplement length and the supplement width of the ring in four directions;
3) setting the length and width of the ring in each direction according to different combinations of the ring directions;
4) and drawing a ring according to the set parameters.
Furthermore, the ring is a square ring and comprises an upper ring, a lower ring, a left ring and a right ring.
Further, the different combinations include a combination of a top ring and a bottom ring and a combination of a left ring and a right ring.
Further, for the combined case of the upper edge ring and the lower edge ring, the method comprises the following steps:
judging whether a left side ring is drawn: if the left side ring needs to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are increased by a supplement width towards the left; if the left side ring does not need to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are kept unchanged;
judging whether a right side ring is drawn: if the right side ring needs to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are increased by a supplementary width towards the right; if the right side ring is not required to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are kept unchanged.
Further, for the combination of the left ring and the right ring, the method comprises the following steps:
judging whether a side ring is drawn: if the side ring needs to be drawn, the lengths of the left side ring and the right side ring are increased by a supplement length; if the upper side ring is not required to be drawn, the lengths of the left side ring and the right side ring are kept unchanged;
judging whether a lower edge ring is drawn: if the lower ring needs to be drawn, the lengths of the left ring and the right ring are increased by a supplement length downwards; if the lower ring is not required to be drawn, the lengths of the left and right rings remain unchanged.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides an apparatus for automatically drawing a ring, including a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a program running on the processor, and the processor executes the steps of the method for automatically drawing a ring when running the program.
To achieve the above object, the present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed, perform the steps of the method of self-animation loop described above.
The technical effects are as follows: the invention can automatically and effectively construct and draw the corresponding ring according to the combination of different directions of the ring, and draw the layout of the iso and DNW devices of the MOS, thereby accelerating the project progress.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method of a self-animation loop according to the present invention, which will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1.
In step 101, the center position of the ring, the distances from the center position to the inner diameter of the ring in four directions are obtained.
At step 102, the initial length, initial width, supplemental length, and supplemental width of the ring in four directions are obtained.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an automatic drawing of a ring according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing a center position of the ring, distances from the center position to four-directional inner diameters of the ring, initial lengths of the ring in four directions, an initial width, a supplemental length, and a supplemental width.
In step 103, the length and width of the loops in each direction are set according to different combinations of loop directions.
The invention divides four side rings of the square ring into two groups, namely an upper side ring group, a lower side ring group and a left side ring group and a right side ring group. The upper and lower edge ring groups comprise an upper edge ring and a lower edge ring. The left and right side ring group comprises a left side ring and a right side ring.
In this step, the supplemental width is set for the case of the upper and lower edge ring groups; for the case of the left and right edge ring sets, the supplemental length is set. The supplement width is not distinguished from the left and the right, and the supplement width are the same value; the complementary length is the same.
In step 104, according to the combination of the directions of the ring, the parameters of the corresponding direction are extracted and the ring is drawn.
The method comprises the following steps:
(a) for the condition of the upper and lower ring groups, judging whether to draw a left ring and selecting to execute corresponding steps according to the judgment result: if the left side ring needs to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are increased by a supplement width towards the left; if the left side ring does not need to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are kept unchanged;
judging whether a right side ring is drawn or not, and selecting to execute corresponding steps according to a judgment result: if the right side ring needs to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are increased by a supplementary width towards the right; if the right side ring is not required to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are kept unchanged.
(b) For the condition of the combination of the left side ring and the right side ring, judging whether to draw the side ring and selecting to execute the corresponding steps according to the judgment result: if the side ring needs to be drawn, the lengths of the left side ring and the right side ring are increased by a supplement length; if the upper side ring is not required to be drawn, the lengths of the left side ring and the right side ring are kept unchanged;
judging whether a lower edge ring is drawn or not, and selecting to execute corresponding steps according to a judgment result: if the lower ring needs to be drawn, the lengths of the left ring and the right ring are increased by a supplement length downwards; if the lower ring is not required to be drawn, the lengths of the left and right rings remain unchanged.
When constructing and drawing the corresponding layout, the invention can effectively and accurately draw the needed ring only by providing the corresponding parameters, and particularly can effectively reduce the drawing work and greatly increase the work efficiency when drawing the layout of MOS and DNW devices.
The invention also provides a drawing device of the MOS and DNW device layouts, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is stored with a program running on the processor, and the processor executes the steps of the self-animation ring method when running the program.
The present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which computer instructions are stored, and when the computer instructions are executed, the steps of the method for self-animation loop are performed, and the method for self-animation loop is described in the foregoing description, and will not be described again.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. A method for automatically drawing a ring is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) acquiring the central position of the ring and the distance from the central position to the inner diameter of the ring in four directions;
2) acquiring the initial length, the initial width, the supplement length and the supplement width of the ring in four directions;
3) setting the length and width of the ring in each direction according to different combinations of the ring directions;
4) and drawing a ring according to the set parameters.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the ring is a square ring comprising an upper ring, a lower ring, a left ring, and a right ring.
3. The method of automatically drawing a ring according to claim 2, wherein the different combinations include a combination of a top ring and a bottom ring and a combination of a left ring and a right ring.
4. The method for automatically drawing a ring according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps for the combination of the upper edge ring and the lower edge ring:
judging whether a left side ring is drawn: if the left side ring needs to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are increased by a supplement width towards the left; if the left side ring does not need to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are kept unchanged;
judging whether a right side ring is drawn: if the right side ring needs to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are increased by a supplementary width towards the right; if the right side ring is not required to be drawn, the widths of the upper side ring and the lower side ring are kept unchanged.
5. The method for automatically drawing a ring according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps for the combination of the left ring and the right ring:
judging whether a side ring is drawn: if the side ring needs to be drawn, the lengths of the left side ring and the right side ring are increased by a supplement length; if the upper side ring is not required to be drawn, the lengths of the left side ring and the right side ring are kept unchanged;
judging whether a lower edge ring is drawn: if the lower ring needs to be drawn, the lengths of the left ring and the right ring are increased by a supplement length downwards; if the lower ring is not required to be drawn, the lengths of the left and right rings remain unchanged.
6. An apparatus for drawing MOS and DNW device layouts, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a program running on the processor, and the processor executes the program to perform the steps of the method for automatically drawing a ring according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions, wherein said computer instructions when executed perform the steps of the method of automatically drawing a ring according to any one of claims 1-5.
