In the above embodiment, the file system collocated with the blockchain can store the video file, and meanwhile, the possibility of tampering is avoided; the storage scheme of the cloud technology can ensure that data is stored for decades. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: receiving a testament order setting request sent by a user terminal, wherein the testament order setting request carries a user identifier; distributing corresponding customer service terminals and matching terminals for users according to the user identification; establishing a multi-user video group according to the customer service terminal and the matched terminal; recording a video process in a multi-person video group to generate a video testimony; and uploading the generated video wisdom to a cloud for storage.

In one embodiment, after the processor inputs the basic user information into the pre-generated knowledge-graph to select, through the knowledge-graph, a matching terminal corresponding to basic matching personnel information irrelevant to the basic user information, the method further includes: sending the selected matching terminal to a user terminal so that the user terminal can screen the matching terminal; and receiving the screened matched terminal returned by the user terminal. The establishment of the multi-user video group according to the customer service terminal and the matching terminal, which is realized when the processor executes the computer program, comprises the following steps: and establishing a multi-user video group according to the customer service terminal and the screened matching terminal.
In one embodiment, recording video processes in a multi-person video group to generate a video testimonial implemented by a processor when executing a computer program, comprises: starting video recording; receiving a reference index returned by the customer service terminal and the coordination terminal, wherein the reference index is used for measuring a reference index of the state of a user corresponding to the user terminal; generating a comprehensive index for measuring the state of the user corresponding to the user terminal according to the reference index; and when the comprehensive index indicates that the state of the user meets the requirement, outputting the condition meeting the requirement of setting the testimony advice, and continuously recording the video process in the multi-person video group to generate the video testimony advice.

In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: receiving a testament order setting request sent by a user terminal, wherein the testament order setting request carries a user identifier; distributing corresponding customer service terminals and matching terminals for users according to the user identification; establishing a multi-user video group according to the customer service terminal and the matched terminal; recording a video process in a multi-person video group to generate a video testimony; and uploading the generated video wisdom to a cloud for storage.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements assigning corresponding customer service terminals and coordination terminals to users according to user identifications, comprising: inquiring to obtain user basic information according to the user identification; inputting the basic information of the user into a pre-generated knowledge graph so as to select a matching terminal corresponding to basic information of matching personnel irrelevant to the basic information of the user and a customer service terminal corresponding to basic information of customer service irrelevant to the basic information of the user through the knowledge graph; the knowledge graph is a pre-established image-text database used for representing the incidence relation among the basic information of the user, the basic information of the customer service and the basic information of the staff; and outputting the selected customer service terminal and the selected coordination terminal.
In one embodiment, after the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements inputting the user basic information into a pre-generated knowledge graph to select a matching terminal corresponding to the matching person basic information irrelevant to the user basic information through the knowledge graph, the method further includes: sending the selected matching terminal to a user terminal so that the user terminal can screen the matching terminal; and receiving the screened matched terminal returned by the user terminal. The establishment of the multi-user video group according to the customer service terminal and the terminal when the computer program is executed by the processor comprises the following steps: and establishing a multi-user video group according to the customer service terminal and the screened matching terminal.
In one embodiment, recording video procedures in a multi-person video group to generate a video testimonial implemented by a computer program when executed by a processor, comprises: starting video recording; receiving a reference index returned by the customer service terminal and the coordination terminal, wherein the reference index is used for measuring a reference index of the state of a user corresponding to the user terminal; generating a comprehensive index for measuring the state of the user corresponding to the user terminal according to the reference index; and when the comprehensive index indicates that the state of the user meets the requirement, outputting the condition meeting the requirement of setting the testimony advice, and continuously recording the video process in the multi-person video group to generate the video testimony advice.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A method of video wisdom generation, the method comprising:
receiving a testament order setting request sent by a user terminal, wherein the testament order setting request carries a user identifier;
distributing corresponding customer service terminals and matching terminals to the users according to the user identifications;
establishing a multi-user video group according to the customer service terminal and the matching terminal;
recording video processes in the multi-person video group to generate a video testimonial;
and uploading the generated video wisdom to a cloud for storage.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein said allocating corresponding customer service terminals and cooperating terminals to the user according to the user identifier comprises:
inquiring to obtain user basic information according to the user identification;
inputting the user basic information into a pre-generated knowledge graph so as to select a matching terminal corresponding to matching personnel basic information irrelevant to the user basic information and a customer service terminal corresponding to customer service basic information irrelevant to the user basic information through the knowledge graph; the knowledge graph is a pre-established image-text database used for representing the incidence relation among the basic information of the user, the basic information of the customer service and the basic information of the staff;
and outputting the selected customer service terminal and the selected coordination terminal.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after the inputting the user basic information into a pre-generated knowledge graph to select an engagement terminal corresponding to an engagement person basic information irrelevant to the user basic information through the knowledge graph, the method further comprises:
sending the selected coordination terminal to the user terminal so that the user terminal can screen the coordination terminal;
receiving the screened matched terminal returned by the user terminal;
the establishing of the multi-user video group according to the customer service terminal and the matching terminal comprises the following steps:
and establishing a multi-user video group according to the customer service terminal and the screened matching terminal.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said recording video processes in said multi-person video group to generate a video testimonial, comprises:
starting video recording;
receiving a reference index returned by the customer service terminal and the coordination terminal, wherein the reference index is used for measuring the state of a user corresponding to the user terminal;
generating a comprehensive index for measuring the state of the user corresponding to the user terminal according to the reference index;
and when the comprehensive index shows that the state of the user meets the requirement, outputting the condition meeting the requirement of setting the testimony, and continuously recording the video process in the multi-person video group to generate the video testimony.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the will setup request further carries user terminal geographical location information and time;
the recording of video processes in the multi-person video group to generate a video testimony, comprising:
acquiring a default identifier;

downloading a corresponding video wisdom from a cloud according to the video downloading request, and sending the video wisdom to the user terminal so that the user terminal can perform online handwriting confirmation on the video wisdom;
receiving a video wisdom returned by the user terminal after online handwriting confirmation;
and uploading the video wishls confirmed by online handwriting to a block chain.
8. A video wishlist generation apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a first display module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving a testament order setting request sent by a user terminal, and the testament order setting request carries a user identifier;
the distribution module is used for distributing corresponding customer service terminals and matching terminals to the users according to the user identifications;
the multi-person video building module is used for building a multi-person video group according to the customer service terminal and the matching terminal;
the recording module is used for recording the video process in the multi-person video group to generate a video testimony;
and the cloud storage module is used for uploading the generated video wisdom to the cloud for storage.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
