the first data transceiver module is used for receiving a request data packet, sending a confirmation data packet and sending various detection data in the intelligent electric meter to the server;
the query module is used for querying the latest software version information in the intelligent electric meter according to the query request information;
the comparison module is used for comparing the latest software version information in the inquired intelligent electric meter with the software version information stored in the server to form a confirmation data packet;
the upgrading module is used for upgrading according to the upgrading file and feeding back the mark information to the server after the upgrading is finished;
and the timing module is used for setting the waiting time of the intelligent electric meter during manual upgrading, and starting an automatic upgrading mode when the waiting time exceeds a set threshold value.
10. The system for remotely upgrading a smart meter according to claim 8, comprising:
the second transceiver module is used for sending a request data packet, receiving a confirmation data packet and sending a software program packet needing to be upgraded;
the judging module is used for judging whether the intelligent ammeter needs to be upgraded or not through the confirmation data packet;
the network upgrading channel module is used for establishing a network upgrading channel with a network key;
and the storage module is used for storing the software program package needing to be upgraded.
