When the fruit juice sampler is used, if fruits are detected, the fruits are embedded into the sampling pipe 6, the first motor 19 and the water pump 9 are enabled to run, at the moment, crushed fruit juice enters the mixing tank 4 through the circulating pipe 8, then the numerical value on the display screen 35 is observed, after the numerical value is reached, the fruits are pulled out from the sampling pipe 6, the first motor 19 and the water pump 9 are closed, then quantitative pesticide residue eluent is added into the mixing tank 4 through the solvent port 18, at the moment, the second motor 32 is opened, the second motor 32 is closed after stirring for a certain time, then the capillary tubes extend into the sampling holes 38 to be sampled, after the sampling is finished, the mixed liquid in the capillary tubes is respectively dripped onto the sampling holes 42, then the separation membrane between the bottom plate 29 and the top plate 30 is taken down, the detection is carried out, and the color in the corresponding grooves between the bottom plate 29 and the top plate 30 is observed during the detection, therefore, the heavier the color is, the lower the content of the pesticide is, so that the concentration of the pesticide can be distinguished by observing the color after reaction by naked eyes, the concentration of acetylcholinesterase is gradually increased in sequence, the mixed solution can be simultaneously dripped on the detection strips 24 with different concentrations, then the colors on different detection strips 24 are observed, if the mixed solution is white, the content of the pesticide is high, if the mixed solution is indigo, the concentration of the pesticide is low, and the content of the pesticide is deduced by observing the colors under different concentrations; after the detection is finished, large impurities in the sampling pipe 6 are removed, the sampling pipe 6 is communicated with a tap water pipe, then the tap water and the water pump 9 are opened, the cover body on the water outlet 43 is taken down and is connected with a water discharge pipe, and the pretreatment tank 1 can be cleaned.
When the invention is used, if tea or vegetables are detected, the opening and closing door 40 and the feeding port 39 are opened, the vegetables or the tea are added into the crushing tank 5 through the feeding port 39, then the vegetables or the tea are simply crushed through the second crusher 13, the fragments of the vegetables or the tea enter the mixing tank 4 after being filtered by the second filter screen 12, then a certain amount of pesticide residue eluent is added into the mixing tank 4 through the solvent port 18, at the moment, the second motor 32 is opened, the second motor 32 is closed after being stirred for a certain time, then the capillary tube extends into the sampling hole 38 and is sampled, the detection is carried out after the sampling is finished, the detection method is the same as the detection method of fruits, after the detection is finished, the water guide tube 16 is connected with a water tap, the cover body on the water discharge port 43 is taken down, and the water discharge tube is connected with the water discharge pipe, so that the cleaning of the pretreatment tank 1 can be realized.
After the cleaning is finished, the detection of the next food material can be carried out.

a mixing tank (4) and a crushing tank (5) are arranged in the pretreatment tank (1), an opening is further formed in the side wall of the pretreatment tank (1), a sampling pipe (6) is arranged in the opening, a first filter screen (7) is arranged in the sampling pipe (6), and a first crusher is arranged on the first filter screen (7); the mixing tank (4) is connected with the sampling pipe (6) through a runner pipe (8), a water pump (9) is arranged on the runner pipe (8), the water pump (9) is connected with the runner pipe (8) between the mixing tank (4) through a first three-way valve (10), the first three-way valve (10) is connected with the crushing tank (5) through a connecting pipe (11), the crushing tank (5) is funnel-shaped, a second filter screen (12) is arranged in the crushing tank (5), a second crusher (13) is arranged on the second filter screen (12), the crushing tank (5) is connected with the mixing tank (4) through a guide vane pipe (14), a cleaning connecting port (15) is arranged on the side wall of the pretreatment tank (1), the cleaning connecting port (15) is connected with the mixing tank (4) through a guide vane pipe (16), a second three-way valve (17) is arranged on the water guide pipe (16), the second three-way valve is communicated with the crushing groove (5), and the extending end of the water guide pipe (16) is higher than the crushing groove (5);
a solvent port (18) for adding a solvent is further arranged on the side wall of the pretreatment tank (1), and the solvent port (18) penetrates through the side walls of the pretreatment tank (1) and the mixing tank (4) and extends into the mixing tank (4); be provided with thief hole (38) and outlet (43) on the lateral wall of mixing tank (4), be provided with charge door (39) on the lateral wall of crushing tank (5), on preliminary treatment case (1), with thief hole (38) outlet (43) and the position that charge door (39) correspond is provided with door (40) that opens and shuts respectively.

The pesticide residue detector according to claim 1, wherein the first pulverizator comprises a first motor (19) and a pulverizing blade (20), the first motor (19) is disposed on the first filter screen (7), an output shaft of the first motor (19) penetrates through the first filter screen (7) from right to left, three pulverizing blades (20) distributed in a triangular conical shape are fixedly connected to the output shaft, and the structure of the second pulverizator (13) is the same as that of the first pulverizator.

The pesticide residue detector according to claim 6, wherein the detection strip (24) comprises a bottom plate (29) and a top plate (30), a separation film (41) is arranged in an interlayer between the bottom plate (29) and the top plate (30), a plurality of grooves are arranged on the bottom plate (29) and the top plate (30), each groove on the top plate (30) is coated with acetylcholinesterase, the concentration of the acetylcholinesterase gradually increases according to the sequence of the grooves on the top plate (30), the bottom of each groove on the top plate (30) is provided with a sample adding hole (42), each groove on the bottom plate (29) is coated with indoxyl acetate, and the grooves on the top plate (30) correspond to the grooves on the bottom plate (29).
