the driving device (5) comprises a first motor (51), a first rotating rod (52), a driving rod (53) and a toothed plate (532), the first motor (51) is arranged on the outer side of the side frame (4), the output end of the first motor (51) is rotatably provided with the first rotating rod (52), the end part of the first rotating rod (52) is rotatably connected with the driving rod (53), the driving rod (53) is respectively provided with a push plate (531) and the toothed plate (532), the push plate (531) is positioned at the upper end of the driving rod (53), the push plate (531) can be contacted with a limiting rod (68), the toothed plate (532) can be meshed with the detection device (7), the end part of the driving rod (53) is provided with a second fixing rod (533), a spring (534) is arranged on the second fixing rod (533), and the upper end of the spring (534) is connected with the side frame (4);
