Abstract
The invention provides an insulator contamination detection system based on solar power supply, which comprises a signal acquisition unit, a signal processing unit, an A/D conversion unit, a control processing unit, an environment temperature and humidity detection unit, a video monitoring unit, a solar power supply unit, a storage unit, an alarm unit and a communication unit, wherein the signal acquisition unit is used for acquiring a signal; the insulator contamination detection system judges whether insulator contamination is serious or not according to the current signals collected by the signal collection unit, if the contamination is serious, an alarm signal is sent out through the alarm unit in time, the alarm signal is uploaded to the monitoring center through the communication unit, and the position of the insulator is determined by combining the video monitoring unit, so that related workers can make maintenance measures in time. The invention provides an insulator contamination detection system and method based on solar power supply.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of power detection, and particularly relates to a solar power supply-based insulator contamination detection system and a detection method thereof.
Background
The insulator is one of important components in the power transmission line, connects the cable and the tower pole, and enables the cable and the tower pole to be insulated from each other. The insulator is affected by the environment and can cause the surface filth, leads to the phenomenon of discharging, and then influences the safe and reliable operation of transmission line. Therefore, the working state of the insulator is effectively detected, and the method is an important guarantee for safe and reliable work of the power transmission line.
Because the transmission line is generally longer, the number of the insulators is large, the power supply of the monitoring device is difficult, but if the power is supplied by the transmission line, the working state of the insulators is influenced, the invention provides the insulator pollution detection system based on solar power supply, the reliable power supply is provided for the detection system by adopting a solar power supply mode, the surface discharge current and the environmental condition of the insulators are monitored, and the insulators are effectively monitored by combining monitoring videos.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an insulator contamination detection system and method based on solar power supply.
The invention particularly relates to an insulator contamination detection system based on solar power supply, which comprises a signal acquisition unit, a signal processing unit, an A/D conversion unit, a control processing unit, an environment temperature and humidity detection unit, a video monitoring unit, a solar power supply unit, a storage unit, an alarm unit and a communication unit, wherein the signal acquisition unit is sequentially connected with the signal processing unit, the A/D conversion unit and the control processing unit; the insulator contamination detection system judges whether the insulator contamination is serious according to the current signal collected by the signal collection unit, if the contamination is serious, an alarm signal is sent out by the alarm unit in time, the alarm signal is uploaded to a monitoring center by the communication unit, and the position of the insulator is determined by combining the video monitoring unit so that related workers can make maintenance measures in time.
The signal acquisition unit adopts a straight-through current sensor to acquire the surface leakage current signal of the insulator, and the current sensor is sleeved on the insulator.
The signal processing unit comprises an amplifying module and a filtering module, amplifies and high-frequency filters the leakage current signal, and outputs an electric signal conforming to the A/D conversion unit.
The environment temperature and humidity detection unit adopts an air temperature and humidity sensor to acquire temperature and humidity data of the environment to which the insulator belongs; the video monitoring unit comprises a camera and a video monitoring terminal, the video monitoring terminal receives the control signal sent by the control processing unit to control the position, the angle, the focal length, the aperture and the rotating speed of the camera, and uploads a monitoring picture to the monitoring center.
The solar power supply unit comprises a solar panel, a controller, a storage battery and a protection module, wherein the controller is respectively connected with the solar panel, the storage battery and the control processing unit, and the solar panel and the storage battery are connected with the control processing unit through the protection module; the controller controls the working mode of the solar power supply unit according to the output electric energy of the solar panel:
when the illumination is sufficient, the solar panel charges the storage battery on one hand, and directly provides a power supply for the insulator contamination detection system on the other hand; when the weather condition is poor and the illumination is insufficient, the storage battery provides a power supply for the insulator contamination detection system;
the protection module controls whether the storage battery provides power for the insulator contamination detection system or not according to the residual capacity of the storage battery, and the storage battery is prevented from being influenced by overdischarge.
The alarm unit adopts a sound alarm, and sends out an alarm signal when the insulator is seriously polluted, so that the maintenance of related workers is facilitated;
the communication unit uploads the leakage current signal, the temperature and humidity data, the storage battery operation information and the alarm signal to the monitoring center by adopting a wireless communication technology, and receives a control instruction sent by the monitoring center; the monitoring center can also set parameters of the insulator contamination detection system through the communication unit, wherein the parameters comprise a leakage current alarm value and a sampling period.
The control processing unit adopts a microprocessor to analyze and judge the acquired data, when the leakage current is greater than the leakage current alarm value, an alarm signal is sent out through the alarm unit, the alarm signal is uploaded to the monitoring center through the communication unit, and the monitoring center simultaneously calls the temperature and humidity data and the monitoring video and forms a fault report; the control processing unit is provided with a fixed address number, and the monitoring center determines the position of the fault insulator according to the address number.
The invention also provides a detection method of the insulator contamination detection system based on solar power supply, and the detection method comprises the following steps:
step (1): collecting a leakage current signal on the surface of the insulator through a current sensor, and collecting environmental temperature and humidity data through an environmental temperature and humidity detection unit;
step (2): amplifying and filtering the leakage current signal at high frequency by the signal processing unit;
and (3): performing A/D conversion by the A/D conversion unit;
and (4): the control processing unit compares the leakage current signal with the leakage current alarm value, and if the leakage current signal is greater than the leakage current alarm value, an alarm signal is sent out through the alarm unit;
and (5): uploading the leakage current signal, the environmental temperature and humidity data and the alarm signal to the monitoring center through the communication unit;
and (6): calling the ambient temperature and humidity data at that time according to the alarm signal to form a fault report;
and (7): and calling the monitoring video to further determine the position of the fault insulator.

Detailed Description
The following describes in detail a specific embodiment of the solar power supply-based insulator contamination detection system according to the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the insulator contamination detection system of the present invention includes a signal acquisition unit, a signal processing unit, an a/D conversion unit, a control processing unit, an environmental temperature and humidity detection unit, a video monitoring unit, a solar power supply unit, a storage unit, an alarm unit, and a communication unit, wherein the signal acquisition unit is sequentially connected to the signal processing unit, the a/D conversion unit, and the control processing unit is further connected to the environmental temperature and humidity detection unit, the video monitoring unit, the solar power supply unit, the storage unit, the alarm unit, and the communication unit, respectively; the insulator contamination detection system judges whether the insulator contamination is serious or not according to the current signal collected by the signal collection unit, if the contamination is serious, an alarm signal is sent out in time through the alarm unit, the alarm signal is uploaded to the monitoring center through the communication unit, and the position of the insulator is determined by combining the video monitoring unit so that related workers can make maintenance measures in time.
The signal acquisition unit adopts a straight-through current sensor to acquire the surface leakage current signal of the insulator, and the current sensor is sleeved on the insulator.

As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a detection method of a solar power supply-based insulator contamination detection system, where the detection method includes the following steps:
step (1): collecting a leakage current signal on the surface of the insulator through a current sensor, and collecting environmental temperature and humidity data through an environmental temperature and humidity detection unit;
step (2): amplifying and filtering the leakage current signal at high frequency by the signal processing unit;
and (3): performing A/D conversion by the A/D conversion unit;
and (4): the control processing unit compares the leakage current signal with the leakage current alarm value, and if the leakage current signal is greater than the leakage current alarm value, an alarm signal is sent out through the alarm unit;
and (5): uploading the leakage current signal, the environmental temperature and humidity data and the alarm signal to the monitoring center through the communication unit;
and (6): calling the ambient temperature and humidity data at that time according to the alarm signal to form a fault report;
and (7): and calling the monitoring video to further determine the position of the fault insulator.

Claims (8)
1. An insulator contamination detection system based on solar power supply is characterized by comprising a signal acquisition unit, a signal processing unit, an A/D conversion unit, a control processing unit, an environment temperature and humidity detection unit, a video monitoring unit, a solar power supply unit, a storage unit, an alarm unit and a communication unit, wherein the signal acquisition unit is sequentially connected with the signal processing unit, the A/D conversion unit and the control processing unit, and the control processing unit is also respectively connected with the environment temperature and humidity detection unit, the video monitoring unit, the solar power supply unit, the storage unit, the alarm unit and the communication unit; the insulator contamination detection system judges whether the insulator contamination is serious according to the current signal collected by the signal collection unit, if the contamination is serious, an alarm signal is sent out by the alarm unit in time, the alarm signal is uploaded to a monitoring center by the communication unit, and the position of the insulator is determined by combining the video monitoring unit so that related workers can make maintenance measures in time.
2. The insulator contamination detection system based on solar power supply according to claim 1, wherein the signal acquisition unit adopts a feed-through current sensor to acquire the insulator surface leakage current signal, and the current sensor is sleeved on the insulator.

The solar power supply-based insulator contamination detection system according to claim 2, wherein the signal processing unit comprises an amplification module and a filtering module, and is configured to amplify and high-frequency filter the leakage current signal and output an electrical signal conforming to the a/D conversion unit.

The insulator contamination detection system based on solar power supply according to claim 3, wherein the environment temperature and humidity detection unit adopts an air temperature and humidity sensor to acquire temperature and humidity data of the environment to which the insulator belongs; the video monitoring unit comprises a camera and a video monitoring terminal, the video monitoring terminal receives the control signal sent by the control processing unit to control the position, the angle, the focal length, the aperture and the rotating speed of the camera, and uploads a monitoring picture to the monitoring center.

The insulator contamination detection system based on solar power supply according to claim 4, wherein the solar power supply unit comprises a solar panel, a controller, a storage battery and a protection module, the controller is respectively connected with the solar panel, the storage battery and the control processing unit, and the solar panel and the storage battery are connected with the control processing unit through the protection module; the controller controls the working mode of the solar power supply unit according to the output electric energy of the solar panel:

the communication unit uploads the leakage current signal, the temperature and humidity data, the storage battery operation information and the alarm signal to the monitoring center by adopting a wireless communication technology, and receives a control instruction sent by the monitoring center; the monitoring center can also set parameters of the insulator contamination detection system through the communication unit, wherein the parameters comprise a leakage current alarm value and a sampling period.

8. An insulator contamination detection method based on the insulator contamination detection system based on solar power supply of any one of claims 1 to 7, the detection method comprising the following steps:
step (1): collecting a leakage current signal on the surface of the insulator through a current sensor, and collecting environmental temperature and humidity data through an environmental temperature and humidity detection unit;
step (2): amplifying and filtering the leakage current signal at high frequency by the signal processing unit;
and (3): performing A/D conversion by the A/D conversion unit;
and (4): the control processing unit compares the leakage current signal with the leakage current alarm value, and if the leakage current signal is greater than the leakage current alarm value, an alarm signal is sent out through the alarm unit;
and (5): uploading the leakage current signal, the environmental temperature and humidity data and the alarm signal to the monitoring center through the communication unit;
and (6): calling the ambient temperature and humidity data at that time according to the alarm signal to form a fault report;
and (7): and calling the monitoring video to further determine the position of the fault insulator.
