A burner according to claim 6, wherein each of said recesses (222) is inclined from outside to inside and has a width decreasing in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, the height of the protrusion (221) adjacent to each recess (222) increases in the same direction as the recess (222) and the width increases in a synchronous manner, and a pair of adjacent recesses (222) and protrusions (221) are joined to form a circular arc segment of the bottom surface of the annular chamber (220).
8. A burner according to claim 7, characterised in that the highest end surface of the protrusion (221) is a vertical surface (223).

A burner according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the cover (21) is provided with an inner flame zone (211) and an outer flame zone (212), the inner flame zone (211) and the outer flame zone (212) are uniformly provided with the outer ring flame holes (210), wherein the inner flame zone (211) is positioned at the inner end of the cover (21) and is distributed annularly along the circumferential direction, and the outer flame zone (212) is positioned at the outer side of the inner flame zone (211) and is distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction.

The burner of claim 9, wherein at least four pairs of adjacent outer flame zones (212) have flame-resistant zones (213) formed therebetween, each flame-resistant zone (213) being uniformly distributed along a circumferential direction and being adapted to be opposed to each leg of the pot support (14), respectively, and wherein two flame-resistant zones (213) are opposed to the air outlets (42) of the two outer annular air-mixing chambers (20), respectively.
