Abstract

本发明公开了一种可变倾角的永磁直驱风力发电机,包括塔筒、机舱、发电机、叶轮,所述机舱位于塔筒上,发电机安装在机舱上,叶轮与发电机传动连接,所述发电机与机舱之间设有转接环,机舱通过转接环连接发电机,通过更换不同的转接环,实现风力发电机倾角的改变。本发明在发电机与机舱之间设置转接环,转接环可根据不同倾角设计要求进行设计制造,通过更换不同的转接环,可实现风力发电机倾角的改变;转接环与机舱、发电机之间通过高强度螺栓组连接,安装简单,成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及风电领域,特别涉及一种可变倾角的永磁直驱风力发电机。
背景技术
现在风力发电机的技术更新换代越来越快,同时由于价格竞争激烈,成本压力造成大部件的通用化设计也要求越来越高。为适用不同风场的风资源情况以及发电量要求,风力发电机的塔筒结构形式多种多样,塔筒高度也越来越高,而往往由于塔筒的结构形式不同,为满足净空设计要求,一种机型的风力发电机机头大部件:机舱、发电机、叶轮等就得重新设计制造,成本较高。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种结构简单、成本低、安装简单的可变倾角的永磁直驱风力发电机。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案是:一种可变倾角的永磁直驱风力发电机,包括塔筒、机舱、发电机、叶轮,所述机舱位于塔筒上,发电机安装在机舱上,叶轮与发电机传动连接,所述发电机与机舱之间设有转接环,机舱通过转接环连接发电机,转接环侧边延长线的夹角可变。
上述可变倾角的永磁直驱风力发电机,转接环与机舱之间通过连接螺栓组Ⅰ连接,转接环与发电机之间通过连接螺栓组Ⅱ连接。
上述可变倾角的永磁直驱风力发电机,所述转接环的宽度从上到下逐渐增大,转接环侧面呈梯形,梯形两腰延长线的夹角根据风力发电机的不同倾角设计需求进行变化。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明在发电机与机舱之间设置转接环,转接环可根据不同倾角设计要求进行设计制造,通过更换不同的转接环,可实现风力发电机倾角的改变;转接环与机舱、发电机之间通过高强度螺栓组连接,安装简单,成本较低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-图5所示,一种可变倾角的永磁直驱风力发电机,包括塔筒1、机舱2、发电机4、叶轮5,所述机舱2位于塔筒1上,发电机4安装在机舱2上,叶轮5与发电机4传动连接,所述发电机4与机舱2之间设有转接环3,机舱2通过转接环3连接发电机4,通过更换不同的转接环3,实现风力发电机4倾角的改变,以低成本方式适用于风力发电机4不同倾角设计。
转接环3与机舱2之间通过连接螺栓组Ⅰ连接,转接环3与发电机4之间通过连接螺栓组Ⅱ连接。
所述转接环3的宽度从上到下逐渐增大,转接环3侧面呈梯形,梯形两腰延长线的夹角θ根据风力发电机4的不同倾角设计需求进行变化,分别制造。

1.一种可变倾角的永磁直驱风力发电机,包括塔筒、机舱、发电机、叶轮,所述机舱位于塔筒上,发电机安装在机舱上,叶轮与发电机传动连接,其特征在于:所述发电机与机舱之间设有转接环,机舱通过转接环连接发电机,转接环侧边延长线的夹角可变。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可变倾角的永磁直驱风力发电机,其特征在于:转接环与机舱之间通过连接螺栓组Ⅰ连接,转接环与发电机之间通过连接螺栓组Ⅱ连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可变倾角的永磁直驱风力发电机,其特征在于:所述转接环的宽度从上到下逐渐增大,转接环侧面呈梯形,梯形两腰延长线的夹角根据风力发电机的不同倾角设计需求进行变化。
