Abstract

Background
The starter is a main component for assisting the engine, can convert the electric energy of a battery into mechanical energy and drive an engine flywheel to start the engine, mainly comprises a starter main body, an output shaft arranged in the starter main body, a transmission gear connected to the output shaft, an engine component connected to the output shaft, a clutch and an electromagnetic switch which enable the engine component to be meshed with or separated from the output shaft, and is used for driving the clutch to be clutched.
During starting, the clutch couples the engine assembly to the output shaft, and the drive gear on the output shaft may jam a flywheel in the engine, thereby driving the flywheel to rotate and start the engine. When the engine is started, the clutch disengages the engine assembly from the output shaft, thereby disengaging the output gear from the engine flywheel.
The clutch of the traditional starter adopts a link mechanism to pull an output shaft to engage engine components, but the link mechanism is adopted to pull the output shaft, and the link mechanism can generate arc-like displacement more or less when rotating, so that a lateral force is exerted on the output shaft, and the service life of the engine is influenced.

In order to facilitate the rotation of the output shaft, a rotatable shaft sleeve is arranged on the lower side of the output shaft, and the tail end of the connecting fork is fixed on the shaft sleeve. Example 1
With reference to fig. 1 to 3, the starter comprises a housing 1, a starter motor 2 is arranged in the housing 1, a power wheel 4 is arranged on a rotor 3 of the starter motor 2, the starter further comprises a first driving wheel 5 and an output shaft 6 which can slide up and down relative to the housing 1, an output gear 7 is arranged at the upper end of the output shaft 6, and a second driving wheel 8 is arranged in the middle of the output shaft; the first driving wheel 5 is meshed between the power wheel 4 and the second driving wheel 8; the clutch device comprises a clutch motor 9 and a rotating body 10 arranged on an output shaft of the motor, wherein a double spiral slot 11 is formed in the rotating body 10; the lower end of the output shaft 6 is provided with a connecting fork 12, the inner sides of two fork rods 13 of the connecting fork 12 are provided with connecting convex blocks, the two fork rods 13 embrace the rotating body 10, and the connecting convex blocks of the fork rods 13 are inserted into the double spiral wire grooves 11, so that the rotating body 10 can lift the fork rods 13.
The starter motor 2 includes a stator 14 and a rotor 3.
In order to facilitate the rotation of the output shaft 6, a rotatable shaft sleeve 15 is arranged on the lower side of the output shaft 6, and the tail end of the connecting fork 12 is fixed on the shaft sleeve 15. When the clutch motor 9 rotates, the rotating body 10 rotates, the connecting fork 12 is lifted by the rotating body 10 when the rotating double spiral line groove 11 rotates, so that the whole output shaft 6 is lifted, the uppermost output gear 7 is meshed with an engine component, so that the engine is started, after the engine is started, the clutch motor 9 rotates reversely, the output shaft 6 descends, and the output shaft 6 and the engine component are separated from each other and reset.

The starter comprises a shell, wherein a starting motor is arranged in the shell, a power wheel is arranged on a rotor of the starting motor, and the starter is characterized in that: the transmission mechanism further comprises a first driving wheel and an output shaft which can slide up and down relative to the shell, wherein an output gear is arranged at the upper end of the output shaft, and a second driving wheel is arranged in the middle of the output shaft; the first driving wheel is meshed between the power wheel and the second driving wheel; the clutch device comprises a clutch motor and a rotating body arranged on an output shaft of the motor, and a double-spiral wire groove is formed in the rotating body; the lower end of the output shaft is provided with a connecting fork, the inner sides of two fork rods of the connecting fork are provided with connecting convex blocks, the two fork rods hold the rotating body, and the connecting convex blocks of the fork rods are inserted into the double spiral wire grooves, so that the rotating body rotates to lift the fork rods.
