Specifically, the condensing drum dryer of the present invention includes a cabinet, a drum (having a receiving chamber) disposed in the cabinet, the drum being for receiving laundry, and a drying assembly connected to the drum, the drying assembly including a drying passage, and a heater, a fan, and a condenser disposed in the drying passage, an inlet and an outlet of the drying passage being communicated with the drum, the fan being capable of circulating air in the drum and the drying passage, the heater being capable of heating air in the drying passage, and the condenser being capable of condensing hot and humid air into water, wherein positions of the fan, the condenser, and the heater in the drying passage are not limited as long as the above functions can be achieved, and in order to ensure that the fan can blow the condenser, the fan is preferably disposed upstream of and adjacent to the condenser, the condensing drum dryer of the present invention further includes a controller, the controller is configured to be able to execute a control method as described below, and as shown in fig. 1, the control method of the present invention includes: acquiring the temperature of the accommodating cavity or the air outlet of the accommodating cavity; the fan is selectively blown to the condenser according to the temperature. The temperature of the chamber can be obtained by the temperature of the chamber, and the temperature of the outlet of the chamber can also be obtained by the temperature of the chamber.
Specifically, the step of "selectively blowing the fan to the condenser according to the temperature" specifically includes: and if the temperature is lower than the preset temperature value, the fan does not blow air to the condenser. The temperature that holds the intracavity or the air outlet that holds the chamber does not reach before the preset temperature value, and the humidity that holds the intracavity this moment does not reach the saturated condition, and the fan is not bloied to the condenser all the time, avoids heat to be taken away by the condenser to condenser department, makes quick intensification in the section of thick bamboo.
Further, the step of "selectively blowing the fan to the condenser according to the temperature" further includes: and if the temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature value, the fan blows air to the condenser. When reaching the preset temperature value the temperature that holds the temperature in the intracavity or the air outlet that holds the chamber promptly reaches, the humidity that holds the intracavity this moment reaches saturated condition or is close saturated condition, the fan just blows to the condenser, guarantee that the moist hot air that flows can separate out the comdenstion water through the condenser, and hold the collection through the water component that holds of condenser below, wherein, hold the component and can be for setting up the holding tank on the base, perhaps hold water box etc. perhaps, technical personnel in the art can set up the concrete structure who holds the water component in a flexible way in practical application, as long as can accomodate the comdenstion water can.
In the above, the preset temperature value can be arbitrarily set according to the actual situation, for example, at the acquired temperatureIn order to accommodate the temperature of the air outlet of the cavity, the preset temperature value can be set to be any value which is greater than or equal to 50 ℃ and less than or equal to 60 ℃, and through repeated tests, comparison, analysis and demonstration of the inventor, the drying effect of the clothes and the energy consumption of the clothes dryer when the fan blows air to the condenser are optimal in the temperature range, namely, the drying effect of the clothes can be ensured, and the energy consumption can be reduced. For another example, as shown in fig. 2, when the acquired temperature is the temperature in the accommodating chamber, the preset temperature value may be set to 55 ℃ (i.e., the temperature point a in fig. 2) at which the saturated water content in the air is 100g/m3About 35 ℃ of condensed air temperature of the clothes dryer, and corresponding saturated water content of 39g/m3In theory, 60g of condensed water can be precipitated, and through repeated tests, comparison, analysis and demonstration by the inventor, the energy loss and the efficiency of condensed water are in equilibrium. Of course, the preset temperature values are only exemplary, and the values may change under the influence of different environments, seasons, climates, and other factors, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific values of the preset temperature values in practical applications as long as the optimal time for the fan to blow air to the condenser can be determined by the demarcation point determined by the preset temperature values.
Preferably, simultaneously with the step of "making the fan not blow air to the condenser", the control method of the present invention further comprises: the load (i.e., the laundry) is rotated in a first forward and reverse rotation sequence in which the time for reverse rotation is longer than the time for forward rotation. With reference to fig. 2, before the temperature in the accommodating cavity or the temperature at the air outlet of the accommodating cavity reaches a preset temperature value, the clothes can be rotated alternately in a reverse rotation-forward rotation mode, and in each time sequence of the reverse rotation and the forward rotation, the time of the reverse rotation is longer than that of the forward rotation, so that the clothes with high humidity are prevented from being wound.
Preferably, simultaneously with the step of "blowing the fan to the condenser", the control method of the present invention further comprises: the load (i.e., the laundry) is rotated in a second normal and reverse rotation sequence in which the time for the normal rotation is longer than the time for the reverse rotation. With reference to fig. 2, after the temperature in the accommodating cavity or the temperature at the air outlet of the accommodating cavity reaches a preset temperature value, the clothes are alternately rotated in a forward rotation-reverse rotation mode, and in each forward rotation and reverse rotation time sequence, the forward rotation time is longer than the reverse rotation time, that is, the clothes recover to a normal forward rotation and reverse rotation time sequence, so that the clothes are ensured to be dried quickly.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
