As shown in fig. 10 and 11, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first door 30 is further provided with a locking member 81, after the locking member 52 is inserted into and engaged with the slot 53, the locking member 81 can lock the locking member 52 at an engaged position, so that the first door 30 and the second door 40 are always engaged, and the locking member 52 is prevented from being disengaged from the slot 53, which causes the first door 30 and the second door 40 to be separated, and affects the synchronous opening and closing of the two doors, and the locking member 81 can improve the stability of the overall structure, so that the user experience is good.
The locking member 81 and a part of the locking member 52 may be engaged with each other in a snap-fit manner, so that the locking member 52 is locked, and of course, the locking member 81 and a part of the locking member 52 may also be engaged with each other in a plug-in manner.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the locking member 81 is located at one side of the locking member 52, the locking member 52 is provided with an extending portion 521 extending toward the locking member 81, the locking member 52 is engaged with the locking member 81 through the extending portion 521, the locking member 81 and the extending portion 521 can be engaged and engaged, and by providing the extending portion 521 at the side portion of the locking member 52, there is no need to provide an engaging structure in the length direction of the locking member 52 to engage with the locking member 81, so that the length of the locking member 52 can be reduced, and the space occupied in the first door 30 is reduced, so that the overall structure is simple and easy to assemble.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in some examples, the locking member 52 moves in the up-down direction, and the extending direction of the extending portion 521 is not parallel to the moving direction of the locking member 52, so that the structure is more compact, the space occupied by the cooperation of the extending portion 521 and the locking member 81 is reduced, and the utilization rate of the space is improved.
As shown in fig. 11, in some examples, the locking member 81 has a locking protrusion 82, the extension 521 has a locking groove 5211, and the locking protrusion 82 is adapted to be inserted into the locking groove 5211, so that a snap fit is achieved, the connection is convenient, and the fit is reliable.
Further, one side of the extending portion 521, which faces the locking protrusion 82, is provided with a first guiding inclined surface 5212, and the first guiding inclined surface 5212 is inclined and extends downward from the front to the back gradually along the direction from the top to the bottom, so that when the locking protrusion 82 is matched with the locking groove 5211, the first guiding inclined surface 5212 can play a guiding role on the locking protrusion 82, so that the locking protrusion 82 can be conveniently inserted into the locking groove 5211.
As shown in fig. 11, in some examples, the locking protrusion 82 has a second guiding inclined surface 83 on a side facing the extension 521, and the second guiding inclined surface 83 is inclined downward from front to back in a direction from top to bottom, so that when the locking protrusion 82 is engaged with the locking groove 5211, the second guiding inclined surface 83 can also play a guiding role to facilitate the engagement of the locking protrusion 82 with the extension 521.
In some preferred examples, the extension 521 has a first guiding inclined surface 5212 on the side facing the locking protrusion 82, and the locking protrusion 82 has a second guiding inclined surface 83 on the side facing the extension 521, so that the locking groove 5211 and the locking protrusion 82 can slide relative to each other through the cooperation of the two guiding inclined surfaces, and the cooperation of the two guiding inclined surfaces is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 11, according to an embodiment of the present invention, in a state where the lock member 81 is engaged with the lock member 52, the lock member 52 is located at the lock position, the lock member 81 is located at the lock position, in a state where the lock member 81 is disengaged from the lock member 52, the lock member 52 is movable to the retracted position, the lock member 81 is located at the unlock position, and the lock member 81 is movable between the lock position and the unlock position, so that the lock member 52 is maintained at the lock position or is movable to the retracted position.
In some specific examples, an elastic reset member is disposed between the latch member 81 and the first door 30, and the elastic reset member always drives the latch member 81 to move toward the latching position. That is, the elastic resetting member is used for driving the locking member 81 to move towards the locking position, and when the locking member 81 moves to the unlocking position, under the action of the elastic resetting member, the locking member 81 automatically moves towards the locking position.
The elastic reset piece can be a spring, one end of the spring is connected with the first door body 30, the other end of the spring is connected with the locking piece 81, and under the action of the elastic force of the spring, the locking piece 81 can be always located at the locking position under the condition that no external force is applied, so that the locking piece 52 can be locked conveniently; when the locking member 81 is moved to the unlocking position by an external force, the locking member 81 automatically moves to the locking position after the external force is withdrawn.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, in some examples, the cabinet 10 of the laundry processing apparatus 100 is provided with a movable stop lever 13, the stop lever 13 is used for pressing the lock piece 81 to move the lock piece 81 from the locking position to the unlocking position, specifically, the first door 30 has a first avoidance hole 38, the stop lever 13 is adapted to pass through the first avoidance hole 38, and the stop lever 13 is movable relative to the first avoidance hole 38 to realize pressing of the lock piece 81.
In some examples, the locking member 81 has a reset protrusion 84, the reset protrusion 84 protrudes out of the rear side surface of the locking member 81, and the reset protrusion 84 corresponds to the position of the first avoiding hole 38, so that, in the movement process of the resisting rod 13, the locking member 81 can be pressed by pressing the reset protrusion 84, and by providing the reset protrusion 84, not only is the fit driving of the resisting rod 13 facilitated, but also the length of the resisting rod 13 can be shortened, and the interference of the resisting rod 13 to the components in the box 10 or the first door 30 due to the overlong length of the resisting rod 13 is avoided.
Wherein, a part of the reset protrusion 84 can extend into the first avoiding hole 38 to further shorten the length of the stopping rod 13, so as to facilitate the matching of the stopping rod 13 and the locking member 81.
As shown in fig. 15, in some examples, a driving motor 14 is disposed on the box 10, the driving motor 14 is used for driving the stopping rod 13 to move, the driving motor 14 can drive the stopping rod 13 to move through a transmission mechanism, for example, a lead screw mechanism is disposed to convert a rotary motion into a linear motion, and the driving motor 14 can also directly drive the stopping rod 13 to move.
The box body 10 is provided with a second avoidance hole 15, the second avoidance hole 15 corresponds to the first avoidance hole 38, the resisting rod 13 and the driving motor 14 are arranged in the box body 10, the resisting rod 13 can penetrate through the second avoidance hole 15 and is matched with the reset protrusion 84 on the lock piece 81, and the resisting rod 13 can be hidden in the second avoidance hole 15 and is not exposed normally, so that the appearance of the overall structure is prevented from being influenced by the arrangement of the resisting rod 13, and the use experience of a user is prevented from being influenced by the protrusion of the resisting rod 13.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the door assembly 200 further includes an amplifying mechanism 90, the amplifying mechanism 90 is linked with the driving member 51 of the first door 30, and the amplifying mechanism 90 is linked with the locking member 52, so that when the driving member 51 drives the locking member 52 to move, the amplifying mechanism 90 can increase the stroke of the locking member 52, so that the locking member 52 is matched with the matching portion, thereby avoiding the situation that the locking member 52 cannot be matched with the matching portion due to an excessively large distance therebetween, improving the reliability of matching, ensuring that the first door 30 and the second door 40 can be stably joined, and improving the user experience. Here, the fitting portion may be the insertion groove 53 in the above embodiment.
One specific embodiment of an amplification mechanism 90 according to the present invention is described below in conjunction with fig. 13.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first door 30 is provided with a movable body section 571, the body section 571 is driven by the driving member 51 to move, the body section 571 and the locking member 52 are arranged at an interval, one end of the amplification mechanism 90 is connected to the body section 571, and the other end is connected to the locking member 52, so that when the driving member 51 drives the body section 571 to move, the amplification mechanism 90 can be driven to move, through the amplification effect of the amplification mechanism 90, the displacement amount of the lower end of the amplification mechanism 90 is greater than the displacement amount of the upper end of the amplification mechanism 90, that is, the movement amount of the locking member 52 is greater than the movement amount of the body section 571, thereby when the driving member 51 drives, the stroke of the locking member 52 is increased, so that the locking member 52 extends into the slot 53 and is reliably matched with the slot 53.
In some examples, the amplification mechanism 90 includes: the first transmission rods 91, the second transmission rods 92 and the third transmission rods 93, the first transmission rods 91 comprise two, the two first transmission rods 91 are hinged through a first connecting shaft 911, and the first connecting shaft 911 is fixed on the first door body 30; the second transmission rods 92 comprise two, the two second transmission rods 92 are hinged through a second connecting shaft 921, and the second connecting shaft 921 is fixedly matched with the main body segment 571; the number of the third transmission rods 93 is at least two, each two of the third transmission rods 93 are hinged by a third connecting shaft 931, and the third connecting shaft 931 at the lowest end is linked with the locking member 52.
First ends of the two second transmission rods 92 are respectively hinged with the two first transmission rods 91 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and second ends of the two second transmission rods 92 are respectively hinged with the two third transmission rods 93 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the connection of the whole amplification mechanism 90 is realized.
Since the first connecting shaft 911 is fixed on the first door 30, the second connecting shaft 921 is fixedly engaged with the main body segment 571, when the driving member 51 drives the main body segment 571 to move downward, the second connecting shaft 921 can be driven to move synchronously, the distance between the first connecting shaft 911 and the second connecting shaft 921 increases, and since the first transmission rod 91 is hinged to the second transmission rod 92, along with the increase of the distance between the first connecting shaft 911 and the first connecting shaft 921, the included angle between the two first transmission rods 91 decreases, and similarly, the included angle between the two second transmission rods 92 decreases, the included angle between the two third transmission rods 93 decreases, the distance between the second connecting shaft 921 and the third connecting shaft 931 increases, and the downward movement of the third connecting shaft 931 is the downward movement of the locking member 52.
Under the cooperation of the first transmission rod 91, the second transmission rod 92 and the third transmission rod 93, the total downward movement of the third connecting shaft 931 is greater than the downward movement of the second connecting shaft 921, i.e. greater than the downward movement of the main body segment 571, so that the downward movement of the locking member 52 is greater than the downward movement of the main body segment 571, and the stroke of the locking member 52 is increased. The increase of 52 strokes of the locking piece can be realized through the hinging of the rod pieces, the structure is simple, the connection is convenient, the stroke increasing effect is obvious, the length of the locking piece 52 is not required to be increased, the whole structure is compact, and the arrangement and installation in the first door body 30 are convenient.
In some examples, the third transmission rod 93 may include a plurality of pairs, each pair of the third transmission rods 93 is hinged by a third connecting shaft 931, the third transmission rod 93 positioned at the uppermost end is hinged to the second transmission rod 92, and the third connecting shaft 931 positioned at the lowermost end is connected to the locking member 52, and by providing the plurality of pairs of the third transmission rods 93, the stroke of the locking member 52 may be further increased, so that the locking member 52 is inserted into the slot 53 and securely engaged with the slot 53.
In some examples, the distance between the two ends of the second transmission rod 92 and the second connection shaft 921 is not equal, the distance between the first end (the upper end as shown in fig. 13) of the second transmission rod 92 and the second connection shaft 921 is smaller than the distance between the second end (the lower end as shown in fig. 13) of the second transmission rod 92 and the connection shaft, and when the distance between the first connection shaft 911 and the second connection shaft 921 increases, the distance between the second connection shaft 921 and the third connection shaft 931 may be further increased, that is, the distance between the second connection shaft 921 and the third connection shaft 931 increases more than the distance between the first connection shaft 911 and the second connection shaft 921, so that the stroke of the locking member 52 is further increased without increasing the number of the transmission rods, the simplicity of the structure is maintained, and the amplification effect is improved, and the user operation experience is improved.
In some examples, the hinge centers of the first and second transmission levers 91 and 92 are located at the left and right sides of the first connection shaft 911, the distance between the hinge center and the first connection shaft 911 is L1, and the distance between the hinge center and the second connection shaft 921 is L2, where L1 is equal to L2, that is, the first and second transmission levers 91 and 92 are hinged to form a parallelogram, and the first and second connection shafts 911 and 921 are located on the diagonal line of the parallelogram, so that the stroke of the locking member 52 is increased by changing the length of the diagonal line, the overall structure is simple, and the manufacturing and assembly are convenient.
In some examples, the hinge centers of the second and third transmission levers 92 and 93 are located at the left and right sides of the second connection shaft 921 at a distance L3 from the second connection shaft 921 and at a distance L4 from the third connection shaft 931, wherein L3 is equal to L4, that is, the second transmission lever 92 and the third transmission lever 93 are hinged to form a parallelogram, the second connection shaft 921 and the third connection shaft 931 are also located on the diagonal line of the parallelogram, and the third connection shaft 931 moves downward with the second connection shaft 921 and the inner angle of the parallelogram changes when the second connection shaft 921 moves downward; and under the effect of the change of the included angle of the parallelogram, the distance between the third connecting shaft 931 and the second connecting shaft 921 becomes larger, and thus, the total downward movement amount of the third connecting shaft 931 is the superimposed effect of the two, and the actual downward movement amount of the third connecting shaft 931 is increased, so that the downward movement amount of the locking member 52 is increased, and the effect of increasing the stroke of the locking member 52 is realized.
According to an example of the present invention, the main body segment 571 has a position-limiting sliding groove 5714, the position-limiting sliding groove 5714 extends along the moving direction of the locking member 52, the first connecting shaft 911 is located in the position-limiting sliding groove 5714 and remains fixed, the position-limiting sliding groove 5714 moves downward along with the main body segment 571 in the downward moving process, and the first connecting shaft 911 is always located in the position-limiting sliding groove 5714, so that it is ensured that the moving direction of the main body segment 571 is always the same as the moving direction of the locking member 52, and meanwhile, through the relative sliding fit between the first connecting shaft 911 and the position-limiting sliding groove 5714, the interference of the arrangement of the first connecting shaft 911 on the movement of the main body segment 571 is avoided, the situation that the main body segment 571 cannot move downward is avoided, and the feasibility and the stability of the overall structure are improved.
In some examples, the main body segment 571 has a mounting hole at the lower end thereof, and the second connection shaft 921 is inserted into the mounting hole, so that the second connection shaft 921 and the main body segment 571 can be fixedly connected, the connection is convenient, the arrangement is compact, and the second connection shaft 921 can always move along with the main body segment 571.
In some examples, the amplifying mechanism 90 has a second reset member thereon, the second reset member may be a reset spring or a reset torsion spring, and the like, one end of the second reset member is connected to the second connecting shaft 921, and the other end of the second reset member is connected to the first door 30 or the first connecting shaft 911, and the second reset member may normally push the second connecting shaft 921 to move to a position adjacent to the first connecting shaft 911.
In some examples, the locking member 52 has a third resetting member, the third resetting member may be a resetting spring, one end of the third resetting member is connected to the locking member 52, and the other end of the third resetting member is connected to the first door 30, and the third resetting member may normally push the locking member 52 to move to the retracted position.
In some specific examples, a transmission mechanism is disposed in the first door 30, and the main body segment 571 forms a part of the transmission mechanism, and specifically, the transmission mechanism includes: a driving transmission 56 and a driven transmission 57, the body segment 571 forming at least a part of the driven transmission 57.
The driving member 51 can drive the driving member 56 to rotate, the driving member 56 is matched with the driven member 57, because the driving member 51 drives the driven member 57 to move downwards to a smaller extent, the main body segment 571 of the driven member 57 is connected with the locking member 52 through the amplification mechanism 90, under the action of the driving member 51, the driving member 56 drives the driven member 57 to move, the driven member 57 can drive the locking member 52 to move, and under the action of the amplification mechanism 90, the stroke of the locking member 52 is increased, the condition that the locking member 52 cannot be matched with the slot 53 is avoided, and the matching of the locking member 52 and the slot 53 is facilitated.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first door 30 and the second door 40 have a joined state, that is, the first door 30 and the second door 40 cooperate to achieve linkage, and the first door 30 and the second door 40 also have a separated state, in which the first door 30 and the second door 40 can be used alone, wherein the first door 30 and the second door 40 can be switched between the joined state and the separated state.
Wherein, under first door body 30 and second door body 40 are in the engaged state, locking piece 52 and slot 53 are pegged graft and cooperate to make first door body 30 and second door body 40 can realize the linkage, be in the detached state at first door body 30 and second door body 40, locking piece 52 and slot 53 break away from the cooperation, so that first door body 30 and second door body 40 can the exclusive use, can close staving subassembly 20 alone like second door body 40, thereby vibration transmission to first door body 30 during can preventing to wash.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the door assembly 200 further includes a protrusion 41, the locking member 52 is disposed in the first door 30, and the locking member 52 is movable relative to the first door, the protrusion 41 is disposed on the second door 40, that is, the protrusion 41 and the locking member 52 are respectively disposed on different doors, the protrusion 41 defines a slot 53, and the locking member 52 can be inserted into the slot 53 to achieve the matching of the two.
The first door 30 further has a matching groove 36, that is, the matching groove 36 and the locking member 52 are located on the same door, and the matching groove 36 and the protrusion 41 are located on two doors respectively.
Convex part 41 can stretch into the matching groove 36, and locking piece 52 also can stretch into the matching groove 36, under the locking piece 52 and the state of slot 53 grafting cooperation, can make first door body 30 and second door body 40 join, two door bodies can link, stretch into the matching groove 36 through convex part 41, make first door body 30 and second door body 40 can cooperate in the inside of a door body, and need not to design extra assembly space between two door bodies, thereby can reduce the gap between two door bodies, reduce the thickness of whole door body subassembly 200, improve holistic aesthetic property.
Of course, the protrusion 41 may also be disposed on the first door 30, and then the locking member 52 is disposed on the second door 40, in this state, the matching groove 36 is located on the second door 40, and the protrusion 41 may extend into the matching groove 36 to match with the locking member 52, so as to reduce the gap between the two doors, reduce the thickness of the whole door assembly 200, and improve the overall aesthetic property.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the protrusion 41 has a guiding surface 411, and the guiding surface 411 extends from the outside of the slot 53 to the inside of the slot 53 gradually and obliquely along the insertion direction of the locking member 52 into the slot 53, so that when the locking member 52 is inserted, the guiding surface 411 can play a role of guiding the locking member 52, and prevent the locking member 52 from being inserted to the outside of the slot 53, which affects the reliability and stability of the two door bodies.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the protrusion 41 is disposed on the second door body 40, the protrusion 41 includes a longitudinally extending section 412 and a first transversely extending section 413, one end of the longitudinally extending section 412 is connected to the second door body 40, the other end of the longitudinally extending section 412 extends away from the second door body 40, the other end of the longitudinally extending section 412 is connected to the first transversely extending section 413, an insertion slot 53 is defined between the first transversely extending section 413 and the second door body 40, so that the locking member 52 can be inserted between the first transversely extending section 413 and the second door body 40, and the first transversely extending section 413 is used for limiting the displacement of the locking member 52 in the transverse direction (the front-back direction shown in fig. 3), so as to prevent the locking member 52 from falling out of the insertion slot 53 and affecting the engagement of the two door bodies.
In some examples, an end of the first lateral extension 413 facing the mounting portion of the locking member 52 has a guide surface 411, so that when the locking member 52 is engaged, the first lateral extension 413 guides and limits the locking member, thereby improving the convenience and reliability of engagement.
As shown in fig. 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the convex portion 41 includes: a longitudinally extending section 412, a first transversely extending section 413 and a second transversely extending section 414, the second transversely extending section 414 is disposed on a side of the second door body 40 facing the first door body 30, the second transversely extending section 414 protrudes out of an outer surface of the second door body 40, the second transversely extending section 414 is connected with one end of the longitudinally extending section 412, the other end of the longitudinally extending section 412 extends away from the second door body 40, the other end of the longitudinally extending section 412 is connected with the first transversely extending section 413, the first transversely extending section 413 and the second transversely extending section 414 are arranged at a distance, an insertion slot 53 is defined between the first transversely extending section 413, the longitudinally extending section 412 and the second transversely extending section 414, thereby facilitating the thickness of the insertion slot 53 to be controlled, for example, the length of the longitudinally extending section 412 is adjusted during the manufacturing process according to the thickness of the locking section 522 so as to be matched properly, thereby preventing the locking piece 52 from shaking in the insertion slot 53 to affect the stability of the structure or the use experience, meanwhile, the locking piece 52 is prevented from colliding with the second door body 40, the structure of the second door body 40 is prevented from being damaged, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In this embodiment, the number of the longitudinally extending sections 412 is one, that is, the first laterally extending section 413, the second laterally extending section 414 and the longitudinally extending section 412 define the slot 53 with one end open, which can reduce the interference that may occur between the locking section 522 and the wall of the slot 53 during the process of entering the slot 53 (if there are two longitudinally extending sections 412, that is, if the slot 53 is a closed area, the locking section 522 is easy to contact and interfere with the two longitudinally extending sections 412).
In some examples, the end of the second lateral extension 414 facing the mounting portion of the locking member 52 has a guide surface 411, so that when the locking member 52 is mated, the second lateral extension 414 guides and limits the locking member, thereby improving the convenience and reliability of mating. Of course, the first laterally extending section 413 and the second laterally extending section 414 may be provided with the guide surface 411, and the protrusion 41 may also be provided on the first door 30, and at this time, the matching groove 36 and the locking member 52 are located on the second door 40.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the door body where the matching groove 36 is located has the first sliding slot 311, the locking member 52 is slidably matched with the first sliding slot 311, the first sliding slot 311 is located on the upper side of the matching groove 36, and the first sliding slot 311 is communicated with the matching groove 36, so that the locking member 52 can extend into the matching groove 36 to realize matching with the slot 53.
In some specific examples, the dimension of the fitting groove 36 in the width direction (the left-right direction as shown in fig. 1) of the first slide groove 311 is B2, the width of the first slide groove 311 is B1, wherein B2 is greater than B1, thereby enabling the locking piece 52 slidably fitted with the first slide groove 311 to smoothly slide into the fitting groove 36 without being interfered by the side wall of the fitting groove 36, and improving the convenience and reliability of the overall structure.
Further, the depth of the engaging groove 36 is H2, i.e. the distance between the opening of the engaging groove 36 and the bottom wall is H2, and the depth of the first sliding slot 311 is H1, wherein H2 is greater than H1, so that the locking member 52 can smoothly slide into the engaging groove 36 without being interfered by the bottom wall of the engaging groove 36, and the convenience and reliability of the whole structure are further improved.
The laundry treating apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body 10, a barrel assembly 20 and a door body assembly 200, wherein the refrigerator body 10 is provided with an opening 11, the barrel assembly 20 is arranged in the refrigerator body 10, the barrel assembly 20 is provided with a clothes taking and placing opening 21, the first door body 30 is used for opening and closing the opening 11, and the second door body 40 is used for opening and closing the clothes taking and placing opening 21.
According to the clothes treatment equipment 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the door body assembly 200 is adopted, so that the first door body 30 and the second door body 40 can be linked, the opening and the closing are more convenient, and the second door body 40 can directly close the clothes taking and placing opening 21, so that a sealing ring with folds in the prior art can be omitted, the phenomena of mildewing, peculiar smell, dirt storage, dirt holding and the like are avoided, the use experience of a user is good, and the market competitiveness of the clothes treatment equipment 100 is improved.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tub assembly 20 has a mounting portion thereon, the second door 40 is provided at the mounting portion, and the second door 40 is pivotably connected to the tub assembly 20, so that the laundry access opening 21 can be opened or closed.
The pivot axis of the first door 30 coincides with the pivot axis of the second door 40, that is, the pivot axis of the first door 30 may be located on an extension line of the pivot axis of the second door 40, and the first door 30 and the second door 40 rotate along the same axis.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second door body 40 is pivotably provided at the mounting portion by a connection hinge 70, and the connection hinge 70 includes: the first connection portion 71 is disposed at the mounting portion, that is, the first connection portion 71 is located between the edge of the opening 11 and the edge of the laundry loading and unloading opening 21, the first connection portion 71 is connected to the tub assembly 20, and the second connection portion 72 is disposed on the second door body 40, so that the second door body 40 is connected to the tub assembly 20 through the connection hinge 70.
Further, the first connecting portion 71 is provided with a first bending portion 73, the first bending portion 73 is rotatably connected with the second connecting portion 72, the first bending portion 73 is bent from the rear to the front direction toward the outside of the clothes placing and taking opening 21, that is, a first end 731 (end close to the mounting portion) of the first bending portion 73 is fixedly connected with the first connecting portion 71, a second end 732 (end far from the mounting portion) of the first bending portion 73 is located outside the first end 731 in the radial direction of the tub assembly 20, and a second end 732 of the first bending portion 73 is connected with the second connecting portion 72, so that the second pivot 49 of the second door 40 can be located on the straight line where the first pivot 39 of the first door 30 is located, so that the first door 30 and the second door 40 can rotate along the same axis.
Preferably, the first bent portion 73 forms an arc shape gradually rounded outward from the first end 731 to the second end 732.
In some examples, one of the first bent portion 73 and the second connecting portion 72 is provided with a rotating shaft 75, the other one of the first bent portion 73 and the second connecting portion 72 is provided with a shaft hole, the first bent portion 73 and the second connecting portion 72 are connected by the cooperation of the rotating shaft 75 and the shaft hole, the rotating axis of the rotating shaft 75 coincides with the pivot axis of the second door body 40, that is, the second door body 40 rotates along the rotating shaft 75, and the rotating axis of the rotating shaft 75 coincides with the pivot axis of the first door body 30, so as to ensure that the first door body 30 and the second door body 40 rotate along the same axis.
The rotating shaft 75 may be directly formed on the first bending portion 73 or the second connecting portion 72, and the rotating shaft 75 may also be a pin disposed on the first bending portion 73 or the second connecting portion 72.
In some specific examples, the first bending portion 73 includes two first bending portions 73, the two first bending portions 73 are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction, the second end of each first bending portion 73 has a shaft hole, the rotating shaft 75 is directly or indirectly disposed on the second connecting portion 72, a part of the second connecting portion 72 is directly or indirectly connected between the two bending portions 73, and two ends of the rotating shaft 75 are respectively inserted into the shaft holes, so as to achieve the rotational connection between the second end of the first bending portion 73 and the second connecting portion 72.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, in some examples, the second connecting portion 72 is provided with a second bent portion 74, a first end 741 of the second bent portion 74 is fixedly connected to the second connecting portion 72, and a second end 742 of the second bent portion 74 is located between two first bent portions 73 arranged at intervals along the vertical direction, specifically, the second bent portion 74 is provided with a rotating shaft 75, and the first bent portion 73 and the second bent portion 74 are rotatably connected through the rotating shaft 75; in this way, the second bending portion 74 is disposed to enable the second connecting portion 72 to be opened in a wider range relative to the first connecting portion 71, which is beneficial to avoiding a possible interference phenomenon in the opening and closing processes of the first door 30 and the second door.
In addition, in the embodiment, an accommodating space 733 is formed in the middle of the two first bending portions 73 arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, and the accommodating space 733 is adapted to accommodate at least a portion of the second bending portion 74, so that when the first door body 30 and the second door body 40 are in the joint state, the second bending portion 74 is accommodated in the accommodating space, thereby facilitating the reduction of the size of the connecting hinge 70; in some embodiments of the present invention, the first bending portion 73 and the second bending portion 74 have substantially similar shapes, such as the bending direction of the first bending portion 73 and the opening direction and size of the arc-shaped region (when the first bending portion 73 and the second bending portion 74 have the arc-shaped region), so that when the first door body 30 and the second door body 40 are in the engaged state, the second bending portion 74 is better accommodated in the accommodating space, thereby further reducing the size of the connecting hinge 70; in the front-rear direction, the extension of the first bent portion 73 is greater than the extension of the second bent portion 74, so that when the first door body 30 and the second door body 40 are in the joined state, a gap 76 (as shown in fig. 8, the gap is located on the front side of the first connecting portion 71 and the rear side of the second connecting portion 72) exists between the first connecting portion 71 and the second connecting portion 72, and the gap is used for accommodating at least part of the thickness of the second door body 40, thereby being beneficial to the compact structure of the door body of the present invention.
The first pivot shaft 39 of the first door 30 is located in the plane of the first door 30, the first pivot shaft 39 is collinear with the rotating shaft 75, and in the direction of rotation of the second door 40, the second door 40 is spaced from the rotating shaft 75, so that the first door 30 and the second door 40 can be spaced apart, and in this state, after the opening 11 is closed by the first door 30, the second door 40 is located at the rear side of the first door 30, and the second door 40 can extend into the inner side of the opening 11 (as shown in fig. 2, if the second door 40 is provided with door glass, the door glass can extend into the opening 11), so as to close the clothing taking and placing opening 21.
Meanwhile, when the second door 40 closes the laundry taking and placing opening 21, the rotating shaft 75 and the first pivot shaft 39 are both located outside the second door 40, so that the door opening and closing actions are reasonable and smooth, and the influence on the user experience caused by extra interference during door opening and closing is avoided.

In some examples, a sealing ring is sleeved on one side of the second door body 40 facing the tub assembly 20, when the second door body 40 closes the laundry taking and placing opening 21, the second door body 40 is in sealing fit with the tub assembly 20 through the sealing ring, the sealing ring does not need to be provided with a corrugated section, the structure is simple, and the sealing performance of the laundry taking and placing opening 21 can be further improved.
In some examples, the front side of the enclosure 10 has a front sealing door 12, the front sealing door 12 defines an opening 11, the first door body 30 is pivotally connected to the front sealing door 12, and after the second door body 40 is engaged with the tub assembly 20, the second door body 40 can move with the tub assembly 20 without affecting the structures of the first door body 30 and the front sealing door 12.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in a specific example, when the first door 30 and the second door 40 need to be opened synchronously, a user manually operates the driving member 51, the driving member 51 drives the shift lever 511 to rotate, the shift lever 511 applies an acting force to the engaging lever 561, that is, a torque force is applied to the driving transmission member 56, so that the driving transmission member 56 rotates to drive the driven transmission member 57 to move downwards, and further drive the locking member 52 to move downwards, when the locking member 52 is inserted into the slot 53, the locking protrusion 82 of the locking member 81 can be just inserted into the locking groove 5211 on the side of the locking member 52, so that the locking member 52 can be kept at the locking position, and the first door 30 and the second door 40 are in the engaging state, and can be linked.
When the first door body 30 and the second door body 40 need to be separated and used independently, the control system controls (for example, a signal is given after the second door body 40 and/or the first door body 30 is locked, and the control system receives the signal to control the driving motor 14 to act) the driving motor 14 to drive the resisting rod 13 to pass through the second avoiding hole 15 and the first avoiding hole 38, the resisting rod 13 presses the reset protrusion 84 on the locking piece 81 to move forward, so that the locking protrusion 82 is disengaged from the locking groove 5211, the locking piece 52 moves to the withdrawing position under the action of the third piece, so that the locking piece 52 is disengaged from the slot 53, separation of the first door body 30 and the second door body 40 is realized, the second door body 40 can be tightly matched with the bucket body assembly 20 to realize sealing of the clothes taking and releasing port 21, and facilitate subsequent washing processes, wherein the second door body 40 can vibrate along with the motion of the bucket body assembly 20, since the second door body 40 is separated from the first door body 30, the vibration does not affect the first door body 30 and the front sealing door 12, and the stability of the whole structure is improved.
Since the load may generate an outward pushing force on the second door 40 when the load of the laundry is large in the tub assembly 20, there may be a situation where the second door 40 is not closed properly, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a tightening device 60 therein, one of the first door 30 and the second door 40 has a tightening device mounting portion thereon, the tightening device 60 is mounted on the door through the tightening device mounting portion, the tightening device 60 includes a movable plug 64 and a plug driver 61, and the plug driver 61 is used for driving the plug 64 to switch between an extended state and a retracted state.
Under the condition that first door body 30 and box 10 are locked, top driver 61 drives the activity of top 64 for top 64 ends with a part of another door body, because first door body 30 and box 10 locking cooperation, under top 64's the effect of ending, can make second door body 40 and staving subassembly 20 realize locking cooperation, and this makes second door body 40 can close and targets in place, thereby has guaranteed staving subassembly 20's leakproofness, is convenient for carry out the washing process.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tightening device 60 is disposed in the second door 40, the plug 64 is adapted to extend and then abut against and engage with the first door 30, and the first door 30 is locked and engaged with the cabinet 10 and remains stationary, so that the plug 64 can push the second door 40 reversely, and further the second door 40 can be locked and engaged with the tub assembly 20, thereby realizing locking of the second door 40.
As shown in fig. 16, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the jacking device 60 is disposed on the first door 30, the first door 30 includes a first frame 301 and a second frame 302, a mounting cavity is defined between the first frame 301 and the second frame 302, the jacking device 60 is fixed in the mounting cavity, the second door 40 is disposed on an inner side of the first door 30, i.e., a side close to the tub assembly 20, the second frame 302 has a through hole, and the plug 64 can protrude through the through hole and is in abutting engagement with the second door 40, so that the second door 40 can be locked with the tub assembly 20 after the second door 40 is jacked.
As shown in fig. 16, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the tightening device 60 further includes: rotate piece 62 and moving member 63, the drive shaft of top driver 61 is connected with rotation piece 62 and rotates the piece 62 rotation in order to drive, rotates piece 62 and the cooperation of moving member 63 to can drive moving member 63 and remove, moving member 63 is connected with top 64, and then drives top 64 and switch between the state of stretching out and withdrawing, under top 64 and a door body complex effect, make the second door body 40 can with staving subassembly 20 locking cooperation.
In some preferred examples, the rotating member 62 is a lead screw, the moving member 63 is a sliding block, the sliding block is in threaded fit with the lead screw, the top driver 61 is a motor, and an output shaft of the motor is connected with the lead screw so as to drive the sliding block to move linearly along the axial direction of the lead screw; as shown in fig. 16, in some examples, the plug 64 is disposed on one side of the rotating member 62, the moving member 63 is provided with a connecting portion 631, and the connecting portion 631 extends toward the plug 64, so that the moving member 63 is connected with the plug 64 through the connecting portion 631, and the moving member 63 moves while moving the plug 64.
One specific plug 64 according to the present invention is described below in conjunction with fig. 16.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, one of the first door body 30 and the second door body 40 has a first mounting portion 33, the ram 64 includes a ram 641, the ram 641 is disposed on the first mounting portion 33, and the ram 64 can also swing between a first ram position and a second ram position, in a state where the first door body 30 and the cabinet 10 are locked, the ram 641 can swing to the first ram position, and at this time, the ram 641 can tightly push the door body without the first mounting portion 33, so that the second door body 40 is in locking fit with the tub assembly 20; when the top rod 641 swings to the second top position, the top rod 641 is spaced apart from the door body where the first mounting portion 33 is not provided.
As shown in fig. 16, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first mounting portion 33 has a first fixing lug 331, one end of the top rod 641 has a first connecting lug 6411, and the top rod 641 is inserted through the first fixing lug 331 and the first connecting lug 6411 by a first pin 332, so that the top rod 641 is rotatably connected to the first mounting portion 33, and the top rod 641 can swing between a first top position and a second top position.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first mounting portion 33 and the top rod 641 are both disposed on the first door body 30, the inner side of the first door body 30 has a through hole, the top rod 641 is adapted to extend through the through hole, the through hole forms an elongated hole, and under a condition that the top rod 641 is located at the second top position, that is, the top rod 641 is located completely inside the first door body 30, an orthographic projection length of the top rod 641 on a plane where the through hole is located is smaller than a length of the through hole, and of course, may be equal to the length of the through hole, thereby ensuring that the through hole does not interfere with the top rod 641 in a process of extending the top rod 641, and avoiding a situation that the top rod 641 cannot swing.
That is, when the top rod 641 is at the first position, the top rod 641 is located in a state of ejecting the through hole 35, when the top rod 641 is at the second position, the top rod 641 is located in a state of not ejecting the through hole 35, and regarding the projection of the top rod 641 on the plane where the through hole 35 is located, the projection length of the top rod 641 in the ejected state is smaller than the projection length in the unextruded state, that is, the projection length of the top rod 641 in the first position is larger than the projection length in the second position, and since the orthographic projection length of the top rod 641 on the plane where the through hole 35 is located is smaller than or equal to the length of the through hole 35 under the condition that the top rod 641 is at the second position, the orthographic projection length of the top rod 641 on the plane where the through hole 35 is also inevitably smaller than the length of the through hole 35 under the condition that the top rod 641 is at the first position, thereby ensuring that the top rod 641 can pass through the through hole 35, and realizing the swing between the first position and the second position.
As shown in fig. 16, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the laundry processing apparatus 100 further includes a movable rod 642, the movable rod 642 is connected to the top rod 641, under a condition that the first door 30 and the cabinet 10 are locked, the movable rod 642 can drive the top rod 641 to swing, the movable rod 642 can be fixedly connected to the top rod 641 to drive the top rod 641 to swing along a circumference, the movable rod 642 can also be rotatably connected to the top rod 641, so as to tightly push the first door 30 or the second door 40 by using the top rod 641, and under a thrust or a counter-thrust, the locking engagement between the second door 30 and the tub assembly 20 is achieved.
In some embodiments, one end of the movable rod 642 is hinged to the top rod 641, the other end of the movable rod 642 is movable relative to the first mounting portion 33, and the top driver 61 can indirectly or directly drive the movable rod 642 to move, so that the movable rod 642 moves relative to the first mounting portion 33, and since one end of the top rod 641 is rotatably connected to the first mounting portion 33 and the other end of the top rod 641 is hinged to the movable rod 642, the top rod 641 can swing along with the movable rod 642 during the movement, thereby enabling the top rod 641 to swing between the first top position and the second top position.
In a state where the lift lever 641 is at the first top position, a distance between one end of the movable rod 642 and the first mounting portion 33 is H1, and in a state where the lift lever 641 is at the second top position, a distance between one end of the movable rod 642 and the first mounting portion 33 is H2, where H1 is smaller than H2, thereby ensuring that the lift lever 641 can extend from the first door body 30 and stop against the second door body 40 in a state where the lift lever 641 swings to the first top position at the second top position.
In some examples, one of the first door body 30 and the second door body 40 has the second mounting portion 34 thereon, that is, the second mounting portion 34 and the first mounting portion 33 can be located on the same door body, the second mounting portion 34 can move relative to the first mounting portion 33, and the movable rod 642 can be movably connected to the second mounting portion 34, and during the movement of the second mounting portion 34, the movable rod 642 can move synchronously with the second mounting portion 34, so that the lift rod 641 swings between the first top position and the second top position.
Of course, the second mounting portion 34 may be located on a different door body from the first mounting portion 33, and the second mounting portion 34 may be movable relative to the first mounting portion 33.
As shown in fig. 16, in some specific examples, the second mounting portion 34 has a second fixing lug 341, one end of the movable rod 642 has a second connecting lug 6421, and the movable rod 642 is movably connected to the second mounting portion 34 by the second pin 342 passing through the second fixing lug 341 and the second connecting lug 6421.
As shown in fig. 16, in a further example, the limiting portion 32 may be a slide way, the limiting portion 32 may limit one end of the movable rod 642, so that one end of the movable rod 642 moves linearly, the movable rod 642 is installed in the slide way through the second installation portion 34, the second installation portion 34 may slide in the slide way, and under the action of the slide way, the second installation portion 34 and the movable rod 642 can only move linearly, so that the movable rod 642 is prevented from rotating to affect the normal swing of the push rod 641.
As shown in fig. 16, in a specific example, the top driver 61 can drive the rotating component 62 to rotate, so as to drive the moving component 63 to move along the axial direction of the rotating component 62, one side of the moving component 63 has a connecting portion 631, the second mounting portion 34 is fixed on the connecting portion 631, or the second mounting portion 34 is integrally formed with the connecting portion 631, the movable rod 642 is hinged with the second mounting portion 34, the first mounting portion 33 is located right above the second mounting portion 34, the first mounting portion 33 is fixedly connected with the first door body 30, the lower end of the top rod 641 is hinged with the movable rod 642, the upper end of the top rod is hinged with the first mounting portion 33, under the driving action of the top driver 61 and under the limiting action of the limiting portion 32, the lower ends of the moving component 63, the connecting portion 631, the second mounting portion 34 and the movable rod 642 move along the axial direction of the rotating component 62, so as to drive the top rod to swing between the first top position and the second top position, when the rod 641 is located at the first top position, the front-rear distance between the lower end of the rod 641 and the first mounting portion 33 is the largest, and the rod 641 can be stopped by the second door body 40; when the top rod 641 is located at the second top position, the front-back distance between the lower end of the top rod 641 and the first mounting portion 33 is minimum, and can be close to zero, and the top rod 641 can be completely located in the first door 30, so that the top rod 641 is prevented from occupying extra space.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first door 30 has a first latch hook 303, the box 10 has a first lock head 16, the first latch hook 303 and the first lock head 16 can be cooperatively connected by plugging or clipping, the second door 40 has a second latch hook 401, the bucket assembly 20 has a second lock head 24, and the second latch hook 401 and the second lock head 24 can be cooperatively connected by plugging or clipping.
When the first door 30 and the box 10 are not locked, the locking piece 52 on the first door 30 is inserted into the slot 53 of the second door 40, and after the first hook 303 and the first lock head 16 are detected to be matched, the driving motor 14 works to drive the stopping rod 13 to extend out to press the reset protrusion 84 on the locking piece 81, so that the locking piece 52 is separated from the slot 53, the first door 30 and the second door 40 are separated, and whether the second door 40 is locked and matched with the barrel assembly 20 is detected.
After detecting that the second locking hook 401 is engaged with the second locking head 24, the laundry treating apparatus 100 may perform a washing process to wash the laundry.
When detecting that the second lock hook 401 is not engaged with the second lock head 24, the plug 64 on the first door body 30 is controlled to extend, specifically, the plug driver 61 drives the rotating member 62 to rotate, so as to drive the moving member 63 to move upward, the connecting portion 631 and the movable rod 642 move upward, and as the upper end of the plug 641 is fixed, the movable rod 642 pushes the lower end of the plug 641 to swing outward until the lower end of the plug 641 extends out and abuts against the second door body 40, so that the plug 641 can push the second door body 40 to a certain extent.
In this state, because the first door 30 is locked and matched with the cabinet 10, the second door 40 moves in a direction close to the tub assembly 20 under the action of thrust, and then the second door 40 is tightly pressed against the tub assembly 20, and when the second door 40 is tightly pressed against the tub assembly 40, the second locking hook 401 is locked and matched with the second locking head 24, so that the second door is locked with the tub assembly, and further the laundry processing device 100 can execute a washing program to wash laundry.
In addition, after the plug 64 is controlled to extend out and tightly push the second door body 40, after it is determined that the second door body 40 is locked with the barrel assembly 20, the plug driver 61 rotates reversely, and then drives the moving member 63 to move downwards, the connecting portion 631 and the movable rod 642 move downwards, the movable rod 642 pulls the lower end of the plug 641 to swing inwards, the plug 641 retracts into the first door body 30, the plug 64 of the tightly pushing device 60 retracts, and at this time, the second door body 40 moves along with the barrel assembly 20, and the structure of the first door body 30, the front sealing door 12 and the like cannot be affected.

the mounting shaft is provided with a first reset piece matched with the driving transmission piece, and the first reset piece drives the driving transmission piece to rotate to the first position.

6. The door assembly of a clothes treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the driving member has a lever extending into the first door, and the driving member drives the driving transmission member to rotate through the lever in a state that the driving member is active.

a case having an opening;
