Abstract
The invention provides a non-welding type washing machine inner barrel which comprises a barrel body, front end covers and a barrel bottom, wherein the front end covers and the barrel bottom are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the barrel body; the first joint part of the barrel body is mutually clamped and connected with the second joint part of the front end cover; the first joint part is a first U-shaped piece which extends outwards along the side wall of the barrel body and is folded back in an anti-parallel mode; the second joint part consists of a second U-shaped piece and a third U-shaped piece, wherein the second U-shaped piece wraps the outer side of the first U-shaped piece, and the third U-shaped piece is folded back along one side of the second U-shaped piece in an anti-parallel mode and inserted into the first U-shaped piece, so that the first U-shaped piece is nested in an inner space limited by the second U-shaped piece and the third U-shaped piece. The invention also provides a washing machine with the non-welding type washing machine inner barrel. Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a non-welding type washing machine inner barrel which comprises a barrel body, front end covers and a barrel bottom, wherein the front end covers and the barrel bottom are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the barrel body; the first joint part of the barrel body is mutually clamped and connected with the second joint part of the front end cover; the first joint part is a first U-shaped piece which extends outwards along the side wall of the barrel body and is folded back in an anti-parallel mode; the second joint part consists of a second U-shaped piece and a third U-shaped piece, wherein the second U-shaped piece wraps the outer side of the first U-shaped piece, and the third U-shaped piece is folded back and inserted into the first U-shaped piece along one side of the second U-shaped piece in an anti-parallel mode, so that the first U-shaped piece is nested in an inner space limited by the second U-shaped piece and the third U-shaped piece.
Preferably, the front end cap includes an opening portion provided at a center, an outwardly protruding flange portion surrounding the opening portion, a first annular flat plate surrounding the flange portion, a first triangular die provided on the first annular flat plate, and the second engaging portion provided at an outer edge of the first annular flat plate.
Preferably, the barrel bottom comprises a lining plate arranged at the center, a reinforcing rib arranged around the lining plate, a second annular flat plate surrounding the reinforcing rib, and a second triangular profiling arranged on the second annular flat plate.
Preferably, the tub includes a dehydrating section and a lifting rib provided in an axial direction of the tub.
Preferably, the dewatering zone is composed of a plurality of dewatering holes, and the dewatering holes are arranged in an evenly spaced manner in the axial direction and in an evenly spaced manner in the circumferential direction.
Preferably, the dewatering holes are conical holes with large inner parts and small outer parts.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides an inner tub of a non-welding type washing machine, which includes a tub body 1, and front end caps 2 and a tub bottom 3 respectively disposed at front and rear ends of the tub body 1.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first joint 11 of the tub 1 and the second joint 21 of the front cover 2 are engaged with each other. Specifically, the first joint 11 is a first U-shaped member 111 extending outward along the side wall of the tub 1 and folded back in an anti-parallel manner. The non-welded washing machine inner tub as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front cap includes an opening portion provided at a center, an outwardly protruding flange portion surrounding the opening portion, a first ring-shaped flat plate surrounding the flange portion, a first triangular press formed on the first ring-shaped flat plate, and the second engaging portion provided at an outer edge of the first ring-shaped flat plate.

The non-welded washing machine inner tub according to claim 1, wherein the tub bottom includes a lining plate centrally disposed, a reinforcement rib disposed around the lining plate, and a second annular flat plate surrounding the reinforcement rib, and a second triangular press formed on the second annular flat plate.
4. The non-welded washing machine inner tub as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tub body includes a dewatering area and a lifting rib provided in an axial direction of the tub body.
5. The non-welded washing machine inner tub according to claim 4, wherein the dewatering zone is composed of a plurality of dewatering holes, the dewatering holes being arranged in an evenly spaced arrangement in an axial direction and in an evenly spaced arrangement in a circumferential direction.
6. The non-welding type washing machine inner tub as claimed in claim 5, wherein the dewatering holes are conical holes having a large inside and a small outside.
7. The non-welding type washing machine inner barrel of claim 4, wherein the barrel body is cylindrical, and both ends of the lifting rib are respectively connected with the first triangular press and the second triangular press.
