The stop structure ensures that the mounting position of the outer barrel body 11 is accurate, the quality of the inner and outer barrel assembly is improved, the fixing is firm, the sealing effect of the sealing ring 15 is good, the water leakage problem is avoided, and the service life is prolonged.
The stop structure may be a protrusion disposed on the front flange 12, and at least two protrusions disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the front flange 12 can perform an abutting positioning function on the edge of the outer cylinder 11. In the embodiment, the stop structure is a flange 121 disposed at the edge of the front flange 12, and the flange 121 is annular and extends outward in the radial direction of the front flange 12. When the outer cylinder body 11 is assembled with the front flange 12, the edge of the outer cylinder body 11 is abutted against the flange 121 for limiting, and the accuracy of the installation position of the outer cylinder body 11 is ensured.

The other end of the outer cylinder 11 is abutted to the outer cylinder support 14, an accommodating cavity is formed among the outer cylinder 11, the outer cylinder support 14 and the rear flange 13, and the sealing ring 15 is sleeved on the rear flange 13 and is located in the accommodating cavity. The shape of the sealing ring 15 is matched with that of the accommodating cavity, and the accommodating cavity is filled with the sealing ring 15 after being extruded.
The outer wall of the sealing ring 15 is provided with a plurality of first bulges 151 abutted against the outer cylinder body 11, the inner wall of the sealing ring 15 is provided with a plurality of second bulges 152 abutted against the rear flange 13, and the outer cylinder body 11 and the sealing ring 15 are abutted against the first bulges 151 and the second bulges 152 to deform. In this embodiment, the three first protrusions 151 are disposed in parallel at intervals to perform a three-layer protection function, if water passes through the first protrusions 151, the second first protrusions 151 block the water, and if water passes through the second first protrusions 151, the third first protrusions 151 block the water, so that the three-layer protection greatly avoids the water leakage problem. In this embodiment, three second protrusions 152 are disposed in parallel at intervals, and the working principle thereof is the same as that of the first protrusions 151, which is not described herein again. Of course, the number of the first and second protrusions 151 and 152 is not limited herein.
In order to enable the outer cylinder body 11 to tightly abut against the sealing ring 15, a V-shaped ring 16 is arranged, the V-shaped ring 16 is arranged around the joint of the outer cylinder body 11 and the outer cylinder support 14, and the V-shaped ring 16 presses the outer cylinder body 11 to tightly abut against the sealing ring 15. The section of the V-shaped ring 16 is V-shaped, and the inner wall of the V-shaped ring 16 is tightly propped against the outer cylinder 11 and the outer cylinder bracket 14.
In order to adjust the abutting force of the outer cylinder body 11 on the sealing ring 15, a locking piece is arranged on the V-shaped ring 16. In this embodiment, the V-shaped ring 16 includes two arc rings that the interval set up, and the both ends of two arc rings are passed through the retaining member and are connected, and the retaining member can adjust the tight power of support of V-shaped ring 16 to outer barrel 11. The two arc rings are abutted against the joint of the outer barrel body 11 and the outer barrel support 14, and a certain interval is reserved between two ends of one arc ring and two ends of the other arc ring. The retaining member is including setting up in the solid fixed ring 161 at the both ends of arc circle and the bolt (not shown in the figure) that is used for connecting two solid fixed ring 161, and the bolt passes solid fixed ring 161 and connects two arc circles, and through adjusting bolt's nut position on the screw rod, the spaced size between two arc circles can be adjusted, changes the tight power of supporting of V-arrangement circle 16 to outer barrel 11, and then adjusts the tight power of supporting of outer barrel 11 to sealing washer 15. Of course, the V-shaped ring 16 may be formed by connecting more than two arc-shaped rings, and is not limited herein.
In the present embodiment, the inner cylinder 17 is disposed inside the outer cylinder 11. The inner cylinder 17 is coaxially installed with the outer cylinder 11, the rear flange 13 and the outer cylinder bracket 14.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the embodiment of the invention further provides a drum washing machine, which comprises a frame 2 and the inner and outer drum assemblies 1 of the washing machine. The stop structure on the front flange 12 is abutted against the frame 2, so that the inner and outer drum assemblies 1 of the washing machine can be accurately positioned in the whole machine, the positioning error is reduced, and the failure rate is reduced.
A plurality of fixing pieces 3 are arranged on the rack 2 at intervals, the fixing pieces 3 bypass the outer peripheral surface of the outer barrel body 11 and are fixedly connected with the rack 2, and the fixing pieces 3 are tightly abutted against the outer barrel body 11 and are fixed to the outer barrel body 11. In this embodiment, there are two fixing pieces 3 respectively connected to the front end and the rear end of the outer cylinder 11, so as to ensure the force balance of the outer cylinder 11.
