本发明属于洗涤剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种多功能洗涤片及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着洗涤剂工业的发展,国内日化洗涤品不断推陈出新,其中根据不同的使用环境,洗涤剂的种类也不相同。
家用洗涤一般分有衣物洗涤剂、厨房洗涤剂以及卫浴洗涤剂,对于衣物洗涤剂主要可分为洗衣粉、洗衣皂以及洗衣液,洗衣粉通常采用高塔喷雾生产工艺,设备复杂、耗能大,其通常为袋装,包装打开后容易导致洗衣粉受潮、结块而影响其溶解性和清洁力,在取用的过程中洗衣粉用量无法控制,而且非常容易散落,难以清理;洗衣皂的用途受到限制,只能手洗的时候使用,在搓洗的过程中,其表面会残留水分,使用完在放入皂盒后,水分的长期留存会软化洗衣皂,进而造成不必要的浪费;洗衣液用水作为载体,表面活性剂等成分在水中稳定性不高,而且取用时需要使用测量杯进行测量,另外,在取用的过程中容易导致洗衣液溢出等,增加了洗涤后的清洁工作;对此,随着科技的进步,洗涤片进入了人们的生活,由于其具有使用方便,用量精确,外型美观,洗涤效果好等特点越来越受到人们的欢迎。对于厨房洗涤剂以及卫浴洗涤剂而言,目前市面上基本上都是洗涤液,洗涤片还没有进入到厨房洗涤用品和卫浴洗涤用品中,其主要因素有:在使用过程中,洗涤片溶解速度较慢,导致清洗效率底;洗涤片中为保证洗涤的功效含有大量的洗涤剂成分,形成大量泡沫,造成水资源的污染和浪费;抗菌能力差等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的技术问题,提供一种多功能洗涤片及其制备方法,该洗涤片的溶解速度快,洗涤效果好,而且还功能多样,在厨房以及卫浴均能够使用;其制备工艺简单,成本低廉,易于工业化规模化生产。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种多功能洗涤片,所述洗涤片由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成,纯碱20-40%、洗涤助剂1-5%、非离子表面活性剂8-15%、阴离子表面活性剂1-10%、软水剂8-28%、无水柠檬酸10-40%、以及苯甲酸钠5-15%,其中,洗涤片还包括6-20%的聚乙二醇6000。
优选的,所述洗涤助剂为滑石粉、云母粉以及沸石粉中的一种或多种。
所述非离子表面活性剂为BEROL 226 SA。
所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂醇硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠以及十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱中的一种或多种。
所述软水剂由6-8%的无水硅酸钠、1-10%的EDTA二钠以及1-10%的软水盐组成。
一种多功能洗涤片,其中,所述洗涤片由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成,纯碱20-40%、滑石粉1-5%、BEROL 226 SA 8-15%、无水硅酸钠6-8%、EDTA二钠1-10%、软水盐1-10%、无水柠檬酸10-40%、苯甲酸钠5-15%、聚乙二醇60006-20%以及十二烷基硫酸钠1-10%。为了克服洗涤片存在溶解速度慢的缺点,本发明添加无水柠檬酸,通过无水柠檬酸作为崩解剂,有效的提高了产品的溶解速度,起到了快速溶解的效果。
一种用于上述多功能洗涤片的制备方法,其中,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)、配料:按照配方比例称取原料;
2)混料:将纯碱、滑石粉、BEROL 226 SA、无水硅酸钠、无水柠檬酸、EDTA二钠、软水盐、苯甲酸钠以及十二烷基硫酸钠混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ;将聚乙二醇6000和溶剂混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅱ;将混合物Ⅱ加入到混合物Ⅰ中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物Ⅲ;将混合物Ⅲ进行干燥、粉碎、过筛得到固体Ⅳ,其中混合物Ⅲ干燥的温度为50-55℃;
3)压装成型;将固体Ⅳ挤压成型,得到洗涤片成品。
4)包装:按一定数量将成品的洗涤片装入包装瓶内,然后入库。
本发明的有益效果是:1、本发明的配方中添加了甲苯酸钠,苯甲酸钠的亲油性较大,易穿透细胞膜进入细胞体内,进而干扰细胞膜的通透性,以抑制细胞膜对氨基酸的吸收;进入细胞体内后会电离酸化细胞内的碱储,并抑制细胞的呼吸酶系的活性,阻止乙酰辅酶A缩合反应,从而起到防腐、抗微生物的作用;2、本发明采用非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂复配,具有稳定性高,并且互相产生协同作用,有效提高了去污能力;3、在洗涤片中单纯使用表面活性剂可以获得令人满意的洗涤效果,但如若添加一些软水剂,不但能够获得更好的洗涤效果,使其具有多功能清洗的作用,而且还更经济实惠,软水剂具有与高价阳离子起鳌合作用,软化硬水,对固体污垢有抗凝聚或分散作用,可防止污垢再沉积;4、在配方原料中添加水溶性聚乙二醇6000,能有效隔离无水柠檬酸中的酸性成分,并隔离空气中的水蒸气,防止洗涤片受潮,进而降低了洗涤片的储存要求,延长了保质期;5、本发明的洗涤片在无水柠檬酸的作用下能更快的在水中溶解,进而提高了清洗效率。

一种多功能洗涤片,所述洗涤片由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成,纯碱20-40%、洗涤助剂1-5%、非离子表面活性剂8-15%、阴离子表面活性剂1-10%、软水剂8-28%、无水柠檬酸10-40%、以及苯甲酸钠5-15%,其中,洗涤片还包括6-20%的聚乙二醇6000。
优选的,所述洗涤助剂为滑石粉、云母粉以及沸石粉中的一种或多种。

实施例3:本发明提供一种多功能洗涤片,其制备方法为:①将质量百分比为35%的纯碱、4%的滑石粉、13%的BEROL 226 SA、7%的无水硅酸钠、14%的无水柠檬酸、2%的EDTA二钠、2%软水盐、8%的苯甲酸钠以及6%的十二烷基硫酸钠混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ;②将9%的聚乙二醇6000和溶剂混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅱ;③将混合物Ⅱ加入到混合物Ⅰ中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物Ⅲ;④将混合物Ⅲ进行干燥、粉碎、过筛得到固体Ⅳ,其中混合物Ⅲ干燥的温度为55℃;过70目数的筛网;⑤将固体Ⅳ挤压成型后,包装入库。
实施例4:本发明提供一种多功能洗涤片,其制备方法为:①将质量百分比为40%的纯碱、5%的滑石粉、15%的BEROL 226 SA、8%的无水硅酸钠、10%的无水柠檬酸、1%的EDTA二钠、1%的软水盐、7%的苯甲酸钠以及7%的十二烷基硫酸钠混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ;②将6%的聚乙二醇6000和溶剂混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅱ;③将混合物Ⅱ加入到混合物Ⅰ中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物Ⅲ;④将混合物Ⅲ进行干燥、粉碎、过筛得到固体Ⅳ,其中混合物Ⅲ干燥的温度为50-55℃;过50-70目数的筛网;⑤将固体Ⅳ挤压成型后,包装入库。

Claims (9)
1.一种多功能洗涤片,其特征在于:所述洗涤片由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成,纯碱20-40%、洗涤助剂1-5%、非离子表面活性剂8-15%、阴离子表面活性剂1-10%、软水剂8-28%、无水柠檬酸10-40%以及苯甲酸钠5-15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能洗涤片,其特征在于:所述洗涤片还包括6-20%的聚乙二醇6000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能洗涤片,其特征在于:所述洗涤助剂为滑石粉、云母粉以及沸石粉中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能洗涤片,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为BEROL 226 SA。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能洗涤片,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂醇硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠以及十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能洗涤片,其特征在于:所述软水剂由6-8%的无水硅酸钠、1-10%的EDTA二钠以及1-10%的软水盐组成。
7.一种多功能洗涤片,其特征在于:所述洗涤片由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成,纯碱20-40%、滑石粉1-5%、BEROL 226 SA 8-15%、无水硅酸钠6-8%、EDTA二钠1-10%、软水盐1-10%、无水柠檬酸10-40%、苯甲酸钠5-15%、聚乙二醇6000 6-20%以及十二烷基硫酸钠1-10%。
8.一种如权利要求7所述的多功能洗涤片的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)、配料:按照配方比例称取原料;
2)混料:将纯碱、滑石粉、BEROL 226 SA、无水硅酸钠、无水柠檬酸、EDTA二钠、软水盐、苯甲酸钠以及十二烷基硫酸钠混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ;将聚乙二醇6000和溶剂混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅱ;将混合物Ⅱ加入到混合物Ⅰ中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物Ⅲ;将混合物Ⅲ进行干燥、粉碎、过筛得到固体Ⅳ;
3)压装成型;将固体Ⅳ挤压成型,得到洗涤片成品。
4)包装:按一定数量将成品的洗涤片装入包装瓶内,然后入库。
9.根据权利要求8所述的多功能洗涤片的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中混合物干燥的温度为50-55℃。
