The scavenger and the cleaning method do not influence the functions of a tunnel water-proof and drainage system and concrete, do not seriously influence the environment and ecology, and have the advantages of convenient construction, quick dredging speed, basically no environmental pollution and relatively low cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for cleaning blocked pipelines and a scavenger, in particular to a method for cleaning and dredging blocked drainage systems of tunnels and the scavenger used in the method.
Background
The blind pipe in the tunnel system mainly plays a role in removing excessive moisture in the tunnel. The main causes of these water contents are: moisture contained in the soil, moisture permeated into the soil by rain and snow, and the like. Because the water contains salts formed by certain metal ions (mainly calcium and magnesium ions), the salts can be gradually deposited in the blind pipe to block the blind pipe under the change of the environment such as temperature, light, oxygen, carbon dioxide, humidity and the like, so that the drainage is not smooth, and the service life of the tunnel is further shortened. The problem of drainage system (blind pipe) blockage generally exists in the karst tunnel of the multi-rock stratum mountain land rock fusion landform. The whole drainage system is invalid due to the blockage of the drainage system (blind pipe), so that the conditions of water leakage, lining cracking or facility failure and the like occur in the tunnel, the maintenance period and the service life of the tunnel are shortened, and the safety of trains, automobiles and pedestrians passing through the tunnel is seriously threatened. The phenomenon that a drainage system (blind pipe) is blocked is common, so that the safe use of the tunnel is greatly influenced. How to solve this problem is a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for cleaning blockage of a drainage blind pipe and simultaneously provides a scavenger for blockage of the drainage blind pipe.
The invention relates to a scavenger for dredging the blockage of a drainage blind pipe, which comprises 15 to 35 weight percent of formic acid and the balance of water. The concentration of formic acid used in the scavenging agent is not easy to be too high, if the concentration of formic acid is too high, the scavenging agent can corrode reinforced cement, but if the concentration of formic acid is too low, the speed of scavenging blind pipes is slow, and the scavenging agent is not favorable for construction.
Preferably, the scavenger for dredging the blockage of the drainage blind pipe, disclosed by the invention, is also provided with 5-12% of citric acid by weight.
Preferably, the scavenger for dredging the blockage of the drainage blind pipe also comprises 0.5 to 5.0 weight percent of surfactant.
More preferably, the surfactant in the scavenger for dredging the blockage of the drainage blind pipe can be an acidic thickening surfactant V98 or sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate which is used for replacing the V98 acidic thickening surfactant.
The invention provides another scavenging agent for dredging the blockage of a drainage blind pipe, which comprises 20 to 50 percent of acetic acid, 12 percent of citric acid, 0.5 to 2 percent of surfactant by weight and the balance of water.
Preferably, the surfactant in the scavenger for dredging the blockage of the drainage blind pipe is an acidic thickening surfactant V98 or dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid.
The method for dredging the blockage of the drainage blind pipe is to inject any scavenger for dredging the blockage of the drainage blind pipe into the blocked drainage blind pipe.
Preferably, the method for dredging the blockage of the drainage blind pipe is to inject a scavenger with the temperature of 10-60 ℃ into the drainage blind pipe to dredge the blockage.
The drainage blind pipe is blocked due to geological conditions. By analyzing the mechanism of karst development and deposition, the blockage system of the karst tunnel drainage system is caused by the effects of chemical crystallization and debris deposition. When groundwater flows through calcium carbonate rich rock formations such as limestone, it will carry a significant amount of calcium salt material. After flowing water enters the tunnel area, calcareous precipitates can be generated at the part with slow flow speed or accumulated water in the pipeline, and the precipitates can be crystallized and coagulated into blocks after long-term precipitation accumulation. On the other hand, from the engineering influence factor, the dissolved substances of the concrete lining, the design and construction of a drainage system and the underground water balance state caused by tunnel excavation are all factors causing the blockage of the drainage system of the karst tunnel.
The deposits of blind tube blockage formed by the tunnel are mainly chemical crystals, namely carbonate, sulfate and phosphate precipitates formed by calcium and magnesium ions. The use of acids to dissolve such salts seems to be a viable solution as is generally thought, but more careful consideration has to be given to the interaction of the acid with the tunnel waterproofing system and the concrete, and the environmental effects that may result after dissolution of the acid. While the cost of such treatment will necessarily be a concern.
The cleaning agent is finally obtained by various experiments, comparison and screening, can take various factors into consideration, does not influence the functions of a tunnel water-proof and drainage system and concrete, does not have serious influence on environment and ecology, is convenient to construct, has high dredging speed, basically does not pollute the environment and has relatively low cost.
Detailed Description
The invention is illustrated below with reference to examples and corresponding experimental results.
The invention provides the following specific cleaning agents and conditions of related experiments:
1) 30% formic acid, and the balance water.
2) 30% formic acid, 1.5% V98, and the balance water.
3) 30% of formic acid, 0.8% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the balance of water.
4) 20% formic acid, 12% citric acid and the balance of water.
5) 20% formic acid, 12% citric acid, 1.5% V98, and the balance water.
6) 20% of formic acid, 12% of citric acid, 0.8% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the balance of water.
7) 30% of acetic acid, 12% of citric acid, 0.8% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the balance of water.
8) 20% acetic acid, 12% citric acid, 1.5% V98, and the balance water.
The thickness of the deposit 1 of the tested blind pipe is 1.0 cm, the scavenger is injected at room temperature and then is removed and dredged, and the effects are as follows:
the scavenger 1) took 18 minutes, and the reaction rate was evident during the treatment, and a large amount of bubbles were generated, which hardly reacted to the reinforcing steel bars, but slightly reacted to the cement.
The scavenger 2) or 3) takes 12 minutes, the reaction speed is obvious in the treatment process, a large amount of bubbles are generated, the reaction on the reinforcing steel bars is almost avoided, and the reaction on the cement is slight.
The scavenger 5) or 6) takes 20 minutes for treatment, and the reaction speed is high, bubbles are generated, the reaction on the reinforcing steel bars is almost not carried out, but the reaction on the cement is slight.
The scavenger 5) or 6) is heated to 60 ℃ and then injected, the treatment time is 13 minutes, the reaction speed is obvious in the treatment process, bubbles are generated, the reaction on the steel bars and the cement is mild, and the bubbles are generated and are corroded.
The treatment time of the scavenging agent 7) or 8) is 25 minutes, the treatment has no influence on the steel bars, and the cement is slightly corroded.
The scavenger 7) or 8) is heated to 50 ℃ and then injected for treatment, the treatment time can be shortened to 20 minutes, the steel bar is slightly corroded, and the reaction to cement is quicker.
The effect on the reinforced cement is mainly related to the strength of the acid, the concentration of the acid and the reaction temperature. Acid-resistant cement is recommended to be used for the part contacted with the blind pipe, or the scavenger is fully recycled to avoid long-time contact.
