Compared with the prior art, the coating has excellent boiling resistance and adhesive force.

(3) adding chlorinated polypropylene resin, coumarone resin, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, an inorganic pigment, a leveling agent and mica powder in a formula ratio into a stirring kettle, adding a solvent for adjusting viscosity, stirring uniformly at 1000r/min for 500 times without hard blocks, adding the organic bentonite paste prefabricated in the step (1), grinding by using a grinder until the fineness is below 25um, adding the aluminum paste obtained in the step (2), stirring uniformly, adjusting the viscosity, and filtering to obtain a coating product.

1. the coumarone resin and the chlorinated polypropylene resin are mixed and blended, and the coumarone resin has good performance, most of the resins are acrylic modified resins, the glass transition temperature of the resins is higher, the resins are generally mixed and used with the chlorinated polypropylene, and the miscibility is poor.
2. By adopting the flaky mica powder and the non-floating aluminum paste, the sealing property of the coating can be improved, a water channel in the coating is further sealed, a water vapor permeation path is reduced, and the boiling resistance is improved.
