Abstract
The invention relates to a production line product partition mechanism which comprises a partition baffle, a mounting slide block, a fixing part, an eccentric positioning block and a limiting part, wherein the mounting slide block is arranged on the partition baffle; the partition baffle and the mounting slide block are rotatably connected through a fixing part; one end of the partition baffle is provided with a first bulge; the limiting parts are arranged at two ends of the mounting sliding block; the eccentric positioning block is circular; the partition baffle is provided with a circular through hole matched with the eccentric positioning block, and the eccentric positioning block is arranged in the circular through hole in a matching way; the eccentric positioning block and the mounting sliding block are rotatably connected through a fixing part. Compared with the prior art, the tray collision prevention device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to manufacture, low in cost, capable of effectively preventing adjacent trays from colliding, suitable for trays of different sizes, capable of improving assembly line efficiency, convenient to adjust, capable of saving manpower and material resources and the like.

Background
Along with the continuous progress of scientific and technological, the degree of automation of production, life is higher and higher, and the needs of modernized large-scale production have been difficult to satisfy to traditional manual work or semi-automatic mode, and the application of automatic assembly line is favorable to using manpower sparingly and improving production efficiency, and in order to prevent that the material from piling up the collision on the assembly line, prevent that the product from touching and causing the damage together, can install some mechanisms and separate two adjacent trays messenger's product and not touch together on the assembly line. With the trend of diversification, small batch and customization of product orders, flexible and universal design requirements are provided for automatic manufacturing and assembly. However, the partition mechanism on the existing production line cannot adjust the width of the trays with different widths on the same production line, the unused partition mechanism is replaced for different trays, the original partition mechanism is dismounted and then is repositioned and a proper new partition mechanism is installed, and the operation of replacing the partition mechanism is troublesome, time-consuming and labor-consuming; is not beneficial to improving the production efficiency and reducing the equipment investment, and can not meet the design requirement of the automatic assembly production line.

a production line product partition mechanism comprises a partition baffle, a mounting slide block, a fixing part and a limiting part;
the partition baffle and the mounting slide block are rotatably connected through a fixing part;
a bulge is arranged at one end of the partition baffle;
the limiting parts are arranged at two ends of the mounting sliding block;
the positioning device also comprises an eccentric positioning block which is round;
the partition baffle is provided with a circular through hole matched with the eccentric positioning block, and the eccentric positioning block is arranged in the circular through hole in a matching way;
the eccentric positioning block and the mounting sliding block are rotatably connected through a fixing part.
The circular through hole is arranged in the middle of the partition baffle.
The partition baffle comprises two limiting side faces and a positioning side face, an acute angle included angle is formed between the limiting side face and the positioning side face, and the protrusion is arranged at one end of the positioning side face.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the rear part of the partition baffle plate is provided with the protrusion, and when the conveying chains of the partition baffle plate are parallel by utilizing the lever principle, the protrusion at the rear part is equivalent to a stop, so that the subsequent tray can not pass through. The tray at the front does not stop the partition baffle from rotating until flowing away, and the tray at the back can smoothly flow out, so that two adjacent trays are prevented from colliding. By utilizing the principle of a cam mechanism, the rotation of the eccentric positioning block can enable the partition baffle to be adjustable within a certain range so as to adapt to trays of different sizes.
When the tray is replaced, the corresponding partition is not needed to be replaced, only the fixing screws need to be loosened during adjustment, the eccentric positioning blocks are rotated to further adjust the installation positions of the partition baffles, the single tray passes through the partition, namely, the position is adjusted, and then the fixing screws are locked.
Compared with the prior art, the tray partition device is suitable for trays with different sizes by arranging the eccentric positioning block and rotating the eccentric positioning block to adjust the installation position of the partition baffle. The invention has simple structure, convenient manufacture and low cost, and can effectively prevent the collision of adjacent trays; and, through setting up eccentric locating piece, under the condition of not dismantling and changing off device, can be applicable to not unidimensional tray, improve assembly line efficiency, easy operation, adjust convenient material resources of using manpower sparingly.

Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the invention, and the assembly line product partition mechanism comprises a partition baffle 1, an eccentric positioning block 2, a mounting slide block 3, a fixing part 4 and a limiting part 5.
The eccentric positioning block 2 is of a circular structure, a circular through hole with the same shape and size as the eccentric positioning block is formed in the partition baffle 1, and the eccentric positioning block 2 is arranged in the circular through hole in a matched mode; the eccentric positioning block 2 is rotatably connected with the mounting slide block 3 through a fixing part 4, and the eccentric positioning block 2 drives the partition baffle 1 to rotate relative to the mounting slide block 3; the partition baffle 1 comprises two limiting side surfaces and one positioning side surface, the partition baffle 1 is of a trapezoidal structure in the embodiment, the two side surfaces of the trapezoidal structure are the limiting side surfaces, the lower bottom surface of the trapezoid is the positioning side surface, the rear end of the positioning side surface is provided with a triangular bulge, a sinking structure is arranged at a position close to the bulge, and when the positioning side surface is parallel to a conveying chain of a production line, a subsequent tray is clamped at the bulge; the eccentric positioning block 2 is circular, and limiting parts 5 arranged on the trapezoidal structure are arranged at two ends of the mounting sliding block 3; the fixing member 4 and the stopper member 5 are both screws.
Fixedly installing the installation slide block 3 on the assembly line, so that the installation slide block 3 is parallel to the assembly line conveying chain; when the first tray is in contact connection with the front end of the partition baffle 1, the positioning side face of the partition baffle 1 is parallel to the conveying chain, and the second tray is just clamped with the bulge of the partition baffle 1, so that the second tray stops moving forwards and cannot pass through the bulge; when the first tray moves forward, the first tray does not contact with the partition baffle 1 any more, the second tray extrudes the bulge of the partition baffle 1, the partition baffle 1 rotates, the second tray moves forward through the bulge and contacts with the front end of the partition baffle 1, the positioning side face of the partition baffle 1 is parallel to the conveying chain, and the operation is repeated to prevent the two trays from contacting and colliding.
When the structure of the tray changes, the fixing part 4 is loosened, the eccentric positioning block 2 is rotated, the partition baffle 1 is driven to move, the installation position of the partition baffle 1 relative to the installation sliding block 3 is adjusted, and the positioning side faces are close to or far away from the tray, so that the tray is suitable for trays of different sizes; when a single pallet is just passing, i.e. the position is adjusted, the fixing part 4 is locked.
Through setting up eccentric locating piece, rotate eccentric locating piece, adjust the mounted position of wall baffle, adapt to the tray of not unidimensional. The invention has simple structure, convenient manufacture and low cost, and can effectively prevent the collision of adjacent trays; and, through setting up eccentric locating piece and with the supporting through-hole of eccentric locating piece, under the condition of not dismantling and changing the off device, can be applicable to not unidimensional tray, improve assembly line efficiency, easy operation, the convenient material resources of using manpower sparingly of regulation.
Example 2
In this embodiment, the partition baffle 1 of the assembly line product partition mechanism is of a triangular structure, the protrusions on the partition baffle 1 are of a wedge-shaped structure, and the shapes and the connection relations of the rest of components are the same as those in embodiment 1.

1. A production line product partition mechanism comprises a partition baffle (1), a mounting slide block (3), a fixing part (4) and a limiting part (5);
the partition baffle (1) and the mounting slide block (3) are rotatably connected through a fixing part (4);
one end of the partition baffle (1) is provided with a bulge;
the limiting parts (5) are arranged at two ends of the mounting sliding block (3);
the device is characterized by also comprising an eccentric positioning block (2), wherein the eccentric positioning block is circular;
a circular through hole matched with the eccentric positioning block is formed in the partition baffle (1), and the eccentric positioning block (2) is arranged in the circular through hole in a matched mode;
the eccentric positioning block (2) and the mounting sliding block (3) are rotatably connected through a fixing part (4).

8. An assembly line product partition mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member (4) is a fixing screw; the limiting component (5) is a limiting screw.
