Description

Packing box using paper as reinforcing ribs on corrugated board
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a packing box (packing box) using paper as reinforcing ribs on a corrugated board, and more particularly, to a packing box of a corrugated board, in which a majority of the packing box is composed of a corrugated board, and reinforcing ribs are further provided on paper at predetermined positions in the interior of corner portions to enhance strength and protect a weighted packing product. After use, the volume of the packing case can be minimized by folding the central portions of both sides so that it can be recycled, and the contents can be sufficiently protected from being damaged by the reinforcing structure inside the tray or the lower side.
Background
Generally, a packing box used for logistics transportation and packing is made of a plate material into a box so that a carrying tool such as a forklift can carry a loaded cargo on a pallet. And transported by mounting the pallet on a container of an aircraft or cargo ship.
When loading the packing box, the wall surface of the packing box is formed by mutually combining wood plywood or corrugated board and the like on a tray made of square wood or steel, and the tray is bent by a steel belt or wound by an adhesive tape to manufacture the packing box.
However, such conventional packing box technology, when using thin wood plywood, has a drawback in that the packing box is vulnerable to impact. In order to prevent this problem, when a thick wood plywood is used, there is a problem in that the total weight of the packing case is increased.
In addition, the packing box using the corrugated cardboard is not provided with a separate supporting structure, and is not only easy to be impacted like the wood plywood but also has an undesirable appearance when being bent or wound with adhesive tapes; in addition, the bending or tape wrapping related operations are also complicated.
In the prior art, korean patent application No. 1137441 (granted publication No. 2012.04.10) discloses a corrugated cardboard packing case, comprising: the corrugated paper board with one first side is erected and oppositely arranged at each corner of the quadrangular tray so as to be convenient for placing packaged articles, the corrugated paper board with the first side is combined with a support frame to form a side wall, and the support frame is provided with 1 st and 2 nd combining surfaces which are vertical to each other; the second side corrugated paper is oppositely arranged at two end parts of the first side corrugated paper which is oppositely arranged and forms the other side wall; and the upper corrugated board seals and locks the inner space formed by each corrugated board and is combined with the upper end of the column frame, so that the upper corrugated board is formed.
And the two sides of the first side corrugated board are respectively combined through fasteners under the state that the two sides of the first side corrugated board are in surface contact with the first combining surface, but the length of the first side corrugated board in the horizontal direction is smaller than the distance between the second combining surfaces of the strut frames, and an insertion space is formed between the second combining surfaces and the two end parts of the first side corrugated board.
Both sides of the second side corrugated cardboard are inserted into the insertion space and sandwiched between the second combining surface of the pillar brace and the end of the first side corrugated cardboard.
Wherein the upper corrugated cardboard is coupled to the upper frame, and the upper frame is coupled to the post frame and forms an edge.
Wherein the upper frame has a corner bracket detachably coupled to the post frame, the corner bracket protruding from an upper portion of the corrugated cardboard.
However, in similar prior art, the assembly process on each corner face is very complicated and difficult to operate.
In another prior art, utility model patent No. 0374148 (publication No. 2005.01.14) discloses a corrugated cardboard packing box, comprising: the supporting plate is provided with a rectangular bottom surface, and an outline with a preset height is formed at four sides of the bottom surface;
a side support plate including an inner corner bent at a right angle and coupled to an inner side of an end of each support plate, the support plate having a predetermined height, and an outer corner bent at a right angle and coupled to an outer side of an end of each support plate to form a fitting groove between the inner corner and the outer corner;
the front plate and the rear plate are inserted and supported between the assembling grooves of the side supporting plates; and
a cover having a four-sided upper face, four sides of the upper face having contoured walls of a predetermined height.
However, in the prior art, each face of the corrugated cardboard has a predetermined size, and inner and outer corners are provided on the inner and outer sides of the corrugated cardboard at the four corner portions, and thus, there are disadvantages in that it is difficult to provide relatively strong bending angles in the four faces, and the supporting plates and the front and rear plates of the corrugated cardboard are required to maintain high strength, which increases the packing cost.
The packing box made of the corrugated board has the advantage that the cost can be greatly reduced. However, corrugated containers often contain high value products that may be damaged during shipping and storage, where the cost of compensating for the damage is more expensive than the cost savings. To overcome these drawbacks, it is necessary to increase the strength of the package, but this is very difficult. Moreover, the packaging box made of the corrugated board occupies a large space and is difficult to recycle.

Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, the present application provides a packing box made of multiple-structure corrugated cardboard, which is used for packing four front, rear, left and right surfaces of an article, and after a space is formed between the multiple-structure corrugated cardboard, a corner is arranged at four corner portions of a tray formed with the space, so as to maintain compressive strength.
Another object of the present application is to improve strength by forming reinforcing walls at predetermined intervals on the inner and outer sides of a long corrugated cardboard.
Yet another object of the present application is to further improve the packing strength of the packing box by reinforcing ribs of improved strength, which improves the strength of the center of the reinforcing wall paperboard formed of corrugated paperboard, and at the same time, the central portion of the reinforcing ribs is folded inward and outward, so that the thickness thereof is only equivalent to the thickness of the reinforcing wall paperboard, contributing to reduction in size, convenience in handling and reuse.
It is another object of the present application to provide a reinforcing structure for pallets formed of wood to protect products stored in the interior of the package from the effects of total loading and impact.
Another object of the present application is to protect the products stored inside the cardboard from the total loads and impacts by means of the internal stiffening components arranged inside the cardboard stiffening cradle.
The application provides a packing box, includes: the tray comprises a bottom plate, interval maintaining belts arranged on the upper side of the bottom plate at intervals of a preset interval, and an upper transverse plate and an upper longitudinal plate which are arranged on the upper side of the interval maintaining belts; a reinforcing rib formed by stacking paperboards and coating surface paper on the surfaces of the stacked paperboards through an adhesive, wherein the reinforcing rib is provided with a side reinforcing part and a surface reinforcing part; a cardboard reinforcing bracket and/or a cardboard reinforcing cover; the reinforced wall paperboard is arranged between the paperboard reinforced bracket and the paperboard reinforced cover;
