During implementation, the hasp lock is opened to separate the hasp 12 from the lock tongue 13, then the surrounding part 11 surrounds the insulator string, the hasp 12 and the lock tongue 13 are buckled and locked, the surrounding mechanism 2 is guaranteed to surround the insulator string, the gear teeth of the tooth-shaped climbing wheel 8 are located between two adjacent insulators, then the driving motor 4 is opened, the tooth-shaped climbing wheel 8 is driven to rotate through the driving motor 4, and therefore the crawling mechanism can crawl on the insulator string. The matching mode of the encircling mechanism 2 and the tooth-shaped climbing wheels 8 is compact in structure, stable in transmission, strong in crawling capability, simple in structure, easy to maintain and replace, and easy to realize and control in the walking driving mode of the tooth-shaped climbing wheels 8, and compared with the situation that the existing insulator string walking device needs a plurality of driving devices, the walking device can walk only by controlling one tooth-shaped climbing wheel 8. The insulator chain is driven to walk on the insulator chain in a tooth-shaped climbing wheel 8 walking driving mode, horizontal walking and vertical walking can be achieved, the tooth-shaped climbing wheel 8 walking driving mode can adapt to height differences among different insulators, requirements for shapes of the insulator chain are low, and the application range is expanded.
The insulator string walking device of the preferred embodiment is a typical electromechanical integrated system, can effectively integrate the technologies of machinery, electronics, control and the like during specific implementation, is simple in structural design and assembly, low in manufacturing cost, capable of completing the walking operation of the insulator string, strong in adaptability and good in practicability.
