Description

Train temporary speed limit issuing method and system based on track circuit
Technical Field

Background
The temporary Speed limit tsr (temporal Speed restriction) is defined as a Speed limit having real-time performance on a railway line except for a fixed Speed limit due to geographical conditions and the like of each section of the line. According to different dividing conditions, the temporary speed limit is specifically divided into two types: natural disasters (such as debris flow, flood, landslide and falling objects), sudden speed limit caused by line faults (such as rail faults and equipment faults) and planned speed limit caused by line maintenance, construction and the like.
A Chinese Train Control System (China Train Control System), namely a CTCS System, is a Train Control System which is set according to international standards in China and combined with national conditions in China from the aspect of requirements and is suitable for railway development in China, and is divided into 5 grades from CTCS-0 to CTCS-4 according to functional requirements and equipment configuration; the CTCS-3 system is a train operation control system for checking the occupation of a train based on GSM-R transmission information and by adopting a track circuit and other modes, is oriented to a speed-up trunk line, a high-speed new line or a special line (300 km/h-350 km/h), and is compatible with a CTCS-2 system.
The temporary speed limit application mode of the existing railway system is mainly the combination of a CTCS-3 system and temporary speed limit, namely, the CTCS-3 system is adopted to issue a temporary speed limit command, and the specific process comprises the following steps: the temporary speed limit server (TSRS) receives a temporary speed limit command issued by a dispatching centralized system (CTC), the temporary speed limit server (TSRS) automatically splits the temporary speed limit command according to the starting point of a speed limit area, the end point of the speed limit area and the speed limit management range of a Radio Block Center (RBC) on a track line corresponding to a line number, then sends the corresponding temporary speed limit command to the RBC, and the RBC transmits the speed limit information to the vehicle-mounted equipment through GSM-R.
The above-mentioned mode of giving down of current interim speed limit has following problem:
1) the method is only suitable for trains of the motor train unit which is in a CTCS-3 level working mode and is provided with CTCS-3 level vehicle-mounted ATP, and is not suitable for common locomotives;
2) wireless network coverage area applicable only to GSM-R; the requirement on the wireless network communication quality of the GSM-R is high;
3) the temporary speed limit information cannot be transmitted to the train in one way by the ground equipment, and the train receipt information is required;
4) the temporary speed limit information and the normal signal authorization information are sent separately, and the condition that only the normal signal authorization information is received but the temporary speed limit information is not received can occur, so that the traffic safety problem is caused;
5) when the temporary speed limit is issued, the driver can not be effectively informed through the ground signal machine.
